Description:fires a stream of lightning from the users finger tips, damage and effects can vary depending on amount of chakra used in forming the jutsu. use of this jutsu builds up a light immunity to electricity to it's user.

D: These techniques can cause localized pain. If a victim is electrocuted for long enough, localized burns will develop.
C: These techniques will cause localized pain and involuntary muscle contractions as well as light burns. Since muscle groups are contracting against one another, extended electrocution will cause muscle damage. Current directed to the head can make the victim black out.
B: These techniques will cause extensive pain and involuntary muscle contraction as well as heavy burns. Blacking out would not be unusual. The victim will find it difficult to breath, but this will only last while current is being applied.
A: These techniques will cause extensive pain, and involuntary muscle contractions can tear muscles on the spot. Extensive burns will result, and there will be difficulty breathing. These techniques will also cause damage to internal organs by burning them. If current is applied for extended periods of time it may cause heart failure, but not in all cases. Current applied to the head or spine will result in seizures. When properly applied by a medical nin, these techniques can be used to defibrillate the heart.
S: These techniques will cause massive pain as well extensive internal and external burns. Muscle groups will contract and rip violently. Current applied anywhere near the central nervous system (let's just say the body's trunk) will probably result in seizures and loss of consciousness. They will halt breathing while the current is being applied, and may also result in heart failure. When properly applied by a medical nin, these techniques can be used to defibrillate the heart.

Name: Raiton Ikazuchi Genkotsu no jutsu

Description:
The moment one desires they let a small ball of lighting float in front of the users fist for a couple of seconds, injuring and paralizing the hit bodypart. The ball's diameter would be around 30 centimeters and be held to the fist with a small line of electricity.
the electric ball on front of the user's fist or palm is capible of rendering a bodypart useless for a turn and doing a mild amount of damage.

Description: Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

Description:The user performs a quick hand seal and develops a small amount of chakra in their hands and convert it into electrical chakra. The user then puts a strong charge in this chakra magnetically pushing most metals away. (swords, shuriken, and other metal weapons.) This ability costs a medium amount of chakra but is a good defense against weapon users. This ability does not block wood weapons or elemental weapons. Only metal.

Description:
After performing the handseals one creates a small orb, no bigger than a inch in diameter which can be placed, shot and even let fly towards a target. When using the release-seal for this jutsu the orb will explode in a bright green flash and gives out a powerfull shock to everything close, but not after sending out dozens of other orbs, which on their turn will do the same. All these expansions can make the field covered by this technique over a circular radius of 25 meters.
Effect: if the released bolts explode near the victim he/she will be blinded for one post, if one of the bolts hit it will do a hudge amount of damage to their body nerve system.

Description: The user forms a string of hand signs and focuses a amount of chakra in his both hands and converts it into lightning chakra,charging this up to a big bolt.This chakra is then launched at the sky.When the lightning bolt explodes in the sky the electrical charge it evokes near the clouds where it exploded will create a lightning storm (this process takes 2 posts)
Two posts later a rain of lightning bolts will come down from the sky. burning and electrifying everything it it's path.
Effect: when the victim is hit by this lightning storm it will leave big burning marks behind

Description:
First one performs a set of one hand seals. After that they let a lightningbolt strike down from the clouds upon them. The moment the lightningbolt hits the user their entire body will be covered in lightning, which then shoots multiple lightning bolts in a circular radius around the user. If hit one cannot move for two turns. From the lightning bolt comming from the sky till the smaller bolts shooting off at others takes less than a second to execute.
Effect: if it hit's the victim will be paralized for one post

Name: Raikou Senpuu Bun'ya no Hinoko

Description:
First one performs the same handseals for the Raikou Senpuu but adds another five secret finger seals. After the handseals are made a lightning bolt will drop down from the sky but instead of dropping down on the user it stops at 15 meters above him, and creates a sphere. The sphere isnt visible but if someone is inside of it blue sparks will come from their body and let them drop down, rendering their bodies incapible of moving for a certain period of time
Effect: Lets everybody in a radius of 120 meters around the user be paralized for one turn

Name:Kyoumou Doragon Jutsu(Fierce Butcher Dragon Jutsu)

Description:The user forms a very long string of hand signs (one post worth of time) and focuses a huge amount of chakra in their right hand and converts it to purified lightning chakra. This chakra is then launched at the opponent. Once fired the chakra takes on the form of a huge dragon made of swirling electricity. It will then fly at the target with the speed of lightning and smash its head into the opponent.Once the dragon hit's it target it instantanious burns it victim with high voltage electrical waves.[it can burn it victim in 3th degree or it can have a killing effect. The downsides to this jutsu are that it takes a massive amount of chakra and exhausts the user incredebly.The jutsu makes the user numb in their right hand [1 week no use] and the user also takes mild electrical burns.[1week] only a well placed S ranked Wind jutsu will nullify it.
