A tight black sweater with some lines of red. The stomach is showing.
The pants are long and tight and are of colour black. Bandages are wrapped around the knee area. A skirt which doesn't go completly around but leaves the front open. The lenght of the skirt is almost enough for it to reach down to the knees. A belt is wrapped around the skirt and it has the equipment bag attached to it. Also a number of smaller packs is stuck to the belt and it looks to be filled with normal sized shurikens.

Personality: Determined and morallic girl. Her goal is to become the kazekage and be the leader of everyone. She has a strong eager to have contol over things and to predict the future. Jouchi is calm and calculated but sometimes slow thinker. However, she is a good leadertype who has big self-confidence and doesn't hesitate to say what she thinks. She often likes to see herself as the leader and hence dislikes when she has to talk to higher ranked people.
Jouchi isn't afraid to fight but might not be sure if she will survive the next one. She, hence, rather sends out someone else first and waiting in the back row.
Jouchi is looking for a man to build a family with but it must be of good genes, to have a higher chance of getting overpowered ninjas to kids.

Clan Name: Odolwa Clan

Kekkei Genkai: The Odolwa clan's Kekkei Genkai is very simple, however the way they go about using it is more complex. They can activate multiple seals at once with the same amount of chakra, making their uses very efficient.(Usually a seal requires chakra to be set and then chakra to be activated, with the seals tattoo'd to the skin, one must only apply chakra and blood to the seal) A less simple concept of 'Odolwa rituals' that allow for the use of Circle Area Seal techniques; Static Seals whose abilities effect all within their radius. Now for the more interesting part...
The Odolwa clan leaders are refered to as elders, and every new child born into the clan must under-go a ritual of Bonding Life. The baby is pricked and a sample of it's blood collected. The blood is then mixed with a natural ink that is used to tattoo the babies arms from wrist to neck, and then along their colar bone to their neck. The ink itself fades into the babies skin, where it's effects lay dormant until they become Genin. When they turn thirteen, the ritual of release is preformed, where these old tattoo's are reawakened. The user can then began using the Kekkei Genkai to their advantage from that point on, by making perminant summoning connections between ones tattoo and an object or animal. Three summons at Genin level, Five at Chunin, Seven at Jounin, at Ten at S-Rank (Once declared they are perminant to the character). The circle seals are also tattoo'd to the body and are activated through the process of the Clan's secret jutsu.

Clan Symbol:

Clan History: The Odolwa clan go back later than the foundation of Kirigakure itself. They were originally a nomadic clan that traveled from place to place following food, water buffalo. They thus are very Earth element oriented. They remained a tribal clan for quite some time coming up to the creation of Kirigakure. Under the first Mizukage they were promised a part in the formation of nation of water. So the once Nomadic society settled down within the walls of a new village known as Kirigakure no sato.
However, as a result of not following their food source and settling down they became more dependent on Kirigakure itself and it's cultures had to be overhauled. The Odolwa clan, stubborn to keep their culture and traditions, continued with their normal rituals and as they became closer to the militaristic aspects of Kirigakure, began turning their rituals into jutsu and using them as signatures. This pool of jutsu continued to grow as it was passed down through generations and became an important part of the Odolwa's way of protecting their way culture. In the current day, it is possible to see the Odolwa members by their unique symbols, colors (Amber and Blue) and the tattoo's from their many unique rituals. Though neutral, the Odolwa remain a friendly and loyal part of the Kirigakure community.
Odolwa Shinobi were well known for their ability to survive and cope will in one on one situations. Before the graduation ritual of one on one combat was banned, nearly all Odolwa that were pitted against other Academy students and Genin were Victorious thanks to one of their secret jutsu. The specific jutsu was made forbidden by Third Hokage during the early days of his term, and has been eradicated from being passed from generation to generation. A version however, of that very jutsu is still taught, and also considered forbidden.
In common day, the oldest and highest rank Odolwa carry the burden of managing the teaching of the jutsu and leading the clan. A single branch of the Odolwa has been enlisted with documenting all of the Jutsu made sense their merge with Kirigakure and are treated like royalty with the highest respect in the clan. They never actually learn all of the jutsu, and are never allowed to become ninja. Finally, in the spirit of the samurai, apart of the original tattoo ritual equips each Odolwa with a seal to kill themselves, in the form of a jutsu. All shinobi are told about this seal, and instructed to activate it if captured to take the secrets of their tradition to the grave.

By 'unsummoned' it is meant that the connection keeping the animal tethered to the summoner is temporarily broken, sending them back to where-ever they were summoned from.
In 'C-rank' form, the radius of the circle is limited to 10meters and can only 'unsummon' C-ranked and down summons.
In 'B-rank' form, the radius of the circle is limited to 10meters and can only 'unsummon' B-ranked and down summons.

Description: The 'Element Rejection Technique' seal's purpose is to eliminate the immediate threat of elemental jutsu. Once the element is declared, within the radius of the circle, it becomes impossible to create elemental chakra of that element, and nullifies control of the element. Thus, jutsu of that element cannot be used within the radius of the circle, and if jutsu is cast outside of the radius of the circle, they will lose their ability and structure upon entering the area of the circle.
In 'C-rank' and 'B-rank' form, the radius of the circle is limited to 10meters and can only stop nullify jutsu of it's rank respectivley.
In 'A-rank' form, the radius is increased to 20meters and can stop 'A' rank and down jutsu.
A shinobi can only nullify the casting of a jutsu of his own rank or lower. ( E.X. Chunnin seal cannot prevent Jounin elemental jutsu)
In the case of S-ranked jutsu, NONE of the effects apply. Elemental jutsu of S-rank can be used, even started within the seal without effects of the jutsu being altered.

Background Information
Childhood arc
Jouchi grew up in Wind without any parents. When Jouchi was 3 years old, her mother died and her father became a missing ninja because of it. Father were often gone, at a run, since he was hunted. He came back once and a while during dark to visit Jouchi. She was the only little thing which mattered to him anymore, except the dark revange seeking. The father's name was Fumito and he often had small presents with him, in an attempt to buy Jouchi's love. Jouchi didn't mind, she just enjoyed all the exotic things. It was also like this, he was her father and she loved him because of it. Some nights, he introduced her some fighting skills, learned some ninja techniques to her. It was mostly about fuuinjutsus and he watched proudly at her when she completed her first seal. Later, it was bound to happend since he was a missing ninja, Jouchi at the age of 5, heard about her father that had died at the hidden Leaf village on a kidnap attempt. Jouchi was now all alone, no family left.
Academy arc
At academy, she was bright and made alright grades. Often finished by top 5. Jouchi dreamed of becomming a legendary hero to protect and to save the citizen of the village from evil. To get the gratitude from the elderly and kids asking for autographs. She was determined to always stay on the good side. Jouchi once saw a kid getting bullied, and she remembered her ideals and went forth to protect the exposed boy. The bulliers were bigger, as unfortunatelly they always are (imagen if they would be small for once), and there only way of discussing things were with fists. They couldn't hit a girl, as it would be degrading, so they had no choice but to turn their backs and leave. Until that day, she has been a protector of exposed kids at the schoolyard.
Genin arc:
At the end of the school, she got the exam and were promoted to a genin. Jouchi was also recruited to a 3 man team and was the one with best grades of that group. The sensei of the group was a middle aged man with a lot of experience and good arsenal of techniques. Jouchi developed a good team tactical thinking and learned some basic techniques. The sensei saw that she was a genjutsu type but he had no talent himself in genjutsu, so he couldn't help much to develope her. Her mates are slowly beginning to outrun her. But that won't stop her from being the captain of the three. Jouchi is the leader when the sensei isn't around and is holding the group in a leash. Always making sure that they are properly dressed and having everything with them. Being 30minutes earlier at the scene of the appointed meetings are also known to the group.

RP Sample:RP sample: Naito looks to the right and then to the left and follows up with pretending of not to have heard anything from the bushes. He focuses back on his bugs and stares down at his art. "Now, the final stage of completing it!" Naito sits down to meditate and seems to attempt to focus on something. Until a flash of chakra suddenly explodes at his head and it looks to disturb him. His breathing changes to slow and deep ones and irregular chakra is flowing at and inside his head. The phenomenon is a secret technique, known to the summoned bugs, the scavenger bugs. It is about transfering information between minds with help of lots of chakra signals. The master bug of the group jumps up on Naito's knee and prepares to yell out from his mini mouth. "Done, can we go home now? We have been with you and working for 2 hours now!? My men are to the limit of making a revolt!" The bug leader looks at Naito who doesn't even react with sound nor movement. Naito looks to have fallen asleep. The technique is, indeed, known to take a lot of mental strenght. "Sir!? Naito-sama!?"
"Ye-ye, you can go now. Pff..." Naito suddenly responses with almost yelling and only opening his eyes after he had said what he had to say. Like if it was the end of the world. He looks down at his hands and feels pleased.
"It was so worth it!"

RP Sample2:
Single bugs were crawling around and it was possible that one had detected a new food source by the lady. But for now, Naito was full. The technique requires, besides chakra, mental strenght. He feels very tired by now after experiencing the Scavenger bug technique. Naito lays down to rest by the feet of the corpses. He stretches out his arms and he looks very relaxed. His breathing is calm and it is hard to tell if he is sleeping. His black glasses are hiding his eyes and his mouth is hidden by the big sweater of his.
The scavenger bugs are finishing and they all go, almost at the same time, time&space technique back to their homeland. Leaving only puffs of numberous small smacks of sound and a big white smoke covering their previous area.

I didn't know it would be so wrong to have some basic fist fighting skills or some shuriken throwing. It is a ninja world after all. I thought since I was allowed to choose 2 elementals, even thought I didn't pick Ninjutsu as a skill. It wouldn't hurt to choose 2 fighting styles even if taijutsu nor weaponry were chosen skills.

I won't comment the number of 75 but isn't 10 kind of too low? Because of the size, I would say that there goes 10 shurikens in each kunai, if you look at the weight. I got nothing to back it up with but by the looks of it, shuriken is light stuff.
