Techi has an indescribable white color, seeing as it isn’t too dark and not too light. He’s rather short, and muscular. He stands at around 5’5 inches and weighs around 136, of almost pure muscle. He’s very fit, and acrobatic. He always has stylish leather gloves that he uses to conceal the extra mouths on his palms. [It’s impossible to see the mouths through the fabric of the glove, so don’t even try.] He keeps his sword, Hakumei, sheathed on his right side. Also, he has a medium sized mouth on each palm, a rather large mouth on his chest, and an incredibly small mouth in his bellybutton.

Techi also has the most beautiful blue eyes, you’ll probably ever see. His black hair perfectly shrouds his eyes, seeing as the banes drop down to his cheek. Another distinct feature he possesses is his admirable collar bones. They’re almost perfectly installed into his body. Anyone who considers the appearance down to the last detail would notice his perfect collar bones.

Personality: Techi ‘s personalities don’t match each other at all. For instance, at times, Techi is extraordinarily lazy, and it’ll take a pretty high ranked ninja to force him to do something. But in battle situations, he always packs as much as he can, and processes every battle movement through his brain. When battling, he is very strategic and energetic. Even though he utilizes his sculpting skills a lot, he absolutely hates art. He is particularly talented in this department, but he never could find it interesting.

As far has happy and angry goes, Techi will always appear gleeful to you. Even if he is at one of his most depressed moments, he will portray himself as a happy child. Again, it takes an observant ninja to see through his mirages of expressions. Also, he isn’t a very shy person. If he sees something/someone of interest to him, he will surely go engage in conversation/combat. A bad thing about his emotions is that he can get rather bossy when battling with teammates, seeing as he thinks he plans are always the right way to go.

Personality Trait's: Techi centers around his indisputable laziness or his exceptionally energetic attitude. It really does vary.

+Sculpting Ability: Techi has always been one with a natural talent for sculpting, even though he hated doing so. He could sculpt any model in a matter of seconds, given the right equipment. In battle, he is able to sculpt anything, using his extra mouths, in a matter of four seconds.

+Mouths: Techi has a small mouth on each palm, a rather large mouth on his chest, and a really small mouth in his bellybutton. Each mouth can place any clay within them, mould the clay over with his destructive chakra, model it to his likings, and release.
Note: Techi always stores little pieces of clay in his bellybutton mouth.

+Photographic Memory: Techi can see anything just once, even just a glimpse, and instantly remember it forever. This is key to his magnificent grades in school, and the reason he is key for reconnaissance missions.

+ Hand Sign Reading: Techi has been studied hand seals since he was six, seeing as he masters in Ninjutsu. In doing so, he can easily predict which basic jutsu a ninja is going to do, just by viewing his hand seals. Also, he can easily detect the element a ninja is going to produce, just by viewing his hand seals. It gives him a basic, but incredibly advantage in fights with low-level ninja.

+Sly Tongue: Techi has mastered the art of lying, if you will. He can tell a lie without any of his vocal patterns, heart rate, body functions, etc. changing. It takes an observant ninja to see through his sly tongue.

+Strategic: Techi has an act for considering every step in battle. He can quickly make up an intelligent plan at almost any given time.

+Explosive Chakra: Techi has a unique, explosive chakra, which is what really allows him to explode his clay. The destructive chakra he implants into each clay model reacts to the seal and call, “Katsu.” There, it’ll explode an explosion differing upon which chakra he used.

Items/Weapons:

Name: Hakumei
Appearance: The sword is stained an old, golden color. The hilt is black, with a green emblem glistening bright in the center. You can tell that the sword has been passed down for years though.

Special Abilities: The user can implant his Doton chakra into the emblem, changing the weight of the sword. As a Genin, the user can only magnify the weight of the sword up to x25. If the sword was to hit another sword at x25 its weight, it’d be sure to break through it. As a Chuunin, the user can magnify the weight of the sword up to x50 its regular size.
Note: The user can channel his chakra into the emblem from a distance of 10 meters, meaning if someone were to take the sword, and were in the range, I could magnify/minimize the weight of the sword.
Note:A user with Kenjutsu as a specialty and Doton as an element can also use the sword, if they ICly knew how to operate it.
Origin: The sword, Hakumei, has been passed down from generation to generation. Every ninja of the Fujiwara family are destined to attain Jounin rank, with Hakumei as their weapon of initiative; although, Techi was different. After he was born, with the several mouths on his body, the family questioned his liability to the family. Techi wasn’t supposed to receive Hakumei, seeing as he was placed in a foster family. His father, who was murdered for this, gave Hakumei to his foster parents, where they would wait until he received Genin rank to bestow it upon him. Immediately after becoming a Genin, his foster father completed the deal, and placed Hakumei in his possession, where he could continue the legacy of the Fujiwara family.

Name: Clay Pouch
Appearance: An old, dark red, leather clay pouch. The leather is incredibly thick, meaning it’s almost impossible to cut. Even the strap is incredibly thick, though not as thick. The pouch is completely 100% fire resistant and water proof, meaning there is no burning the pouch along with the clay, or drenching the pouch enough to affect the clay. The only way to steal the pouch would be to unbuckle it, dismantle it, and then physically remove it.
Note: Techi wears two pouches, one on each side. They’re always full, seeing as he doesn’t believe in over preparing.
Note: Seeing as it’s leather, Raiton jutsu will also be ineffective on the pouch.

Origin: Techi’s foster mom, Maka, was talented at weaving, and knew Techi would need a secure pouch to place all of his clay in. Maka, along with Shizu, were the only two to know about Techi’s ability. She created the pouch of the toughest fire resistant and water resistant material she possessed.

Background Information
Birth: Techi has had a very difficult life, since his birth. Immediately after noticing the easily noticeable mouths on his body, his family disowned him. He was forced into a foster family, where they trained him nonstop in his ninja abilities. His foster father, Shizu, wasn’t one to practice in the art of Kenjutsu, but he made an exception for Techi, which readied him for Hakumei. At the age of ten, Techi entered the Academy.

Academy: Techi always kept his extra mouths a secret, with the use of black leather gloves. He attempted to use them as a fashion statement, but it was really to keep his dark secret a secret. His grades in the Academy were beautiful, but he never cared to graduate. He wanted to know all the basics as an Academy Student before he proceeded to the rough life as a Genin. Also he wanted to prepare himself mentally, for the many insults that were to come. His life has been severely lonely up until now, seeing as he wanted to keep his secret a secret. He heard one of the past Kazekages possessed his same problem, but he decided to neglect it. Anger and loneliness was building up at a very young age, but he's always fought it. Eventually, he graduated from the Academy with his standard A’s, due to his photographic memory.

Genin: The day Techi exited the Academy, Shizu concealed a gift behind his back for him. Techi had no idea what the gift was, seeing as he thought no one cared for his life. Shizu moved the sword from behind him, allowing Techi to see a gold-stained sword with a black hilt. Within it held a green emblem, which glistened in the light. It didn’t take him long to master the sword, Hakumei, seeing as he had been practicing Kenjutsu since birth. He harnessed his skills, kept his extra mouths a secret, and patiently awaited a squad.

RP Sample:
Techi was enjoying a delicious breakfast with his mother and his father at the dinner table. Midway through the breakfast, an Anbu had stealthily come through the window. The Anbu nodded to my father in respect, seeing as he used to be a veteran Jounin. After he was done an Anbu’s form of introducing themselves, he turned to me. “ Nara, Techi. You have recently been assigned to Squad Three. Your squad is currently meeting at the public park,” he recited in a rough, assertive tone. After nodding, he simply disappeared in a cloud of smoke, leaving our house without a trace. Techi devoured one more dango before pushing away from the table. On his way out the door, he rotated his head towards his father. “I’ll be sure to make them proud, father. Just like you did,” he said in a serious tone. His father nodded his head in approval, as Techi soon set off.

It didn’t take much time for Techi to arrive at the public park. Upon entry, he immediately scoped out the sensei, seeing as wings were blossoming from his back. He walked over there in a somewhat, speedy fashion, before speaking with a relaxed attitude, “Hello there sensei; squad members. My name is Nara, Techi, and I will be the new addition to your squad. I hope I didn’t miss too much.” He tried to smile to dismiss everyone’s attention from the fact he was excessively late.

Name: Dochuu Senkou - Underground Submarine Voyage

Name: Retsudo Tenshou - Revolving Split Earth Palm

Name: Earth Style, Earth Pillars Jutsu

Description: An earth chakra using ninja strikes the ground and causes three large pillars to rise in front of him, each three to four feet tall. Although this could stop an attacking opponent, this jutsu has another purpose.
Closer inspection reveals that the pillars are separated into twelve pieces each. The ninja who created the pillars then sweeps his hand around in a circular sweeping motion and strikes the top portion of each pillar, sending it flying off towards an opponent. This is repeated twelve times before the pillar is expended, not necessarily successively.


Name: Earth Style, Ant Lion’s Funnel

Description: A ninja strikes the earth and causes it to rapidly change into a funnel similar to an ant lion’s with the user at the bottom. The sides of the tunnel are made of loose earth, making escape difficult without aid or chakra. The size of the funnel is based on the chakra used to perform this technique, ranging from a few feet, to nearly 20ft. at it’s widest point.

Description: The user spits a river full of mud at his opponent, that’ll normally push him back, and possibly tangle them deep in the mud. It’s just a burst of mud that could possibly delay someone’s movements or even counter an attack.

Name: Earth Style; Earth Holding Technique

Description: As the user strikes the ground, the earth creases beneath your opponent’s feet. Hands extract from the ground, and attempt to contain the opponent’s ankles to the ground. You can’t dodge right, left, forward, or backwards, seeing as the hands would just trace your new location. The only way to evade the jutsu is to jump. The hands are very short, and they have a ten second time limit per hand, meaning; if your opponent jumps, and then falls, the previous hands won't still be able to grab them amongst their landing. Also, the opponent must be at least 15 meters away. If caught in this jutsu, you must go 10 seconds/1 post without being able to move your legs. Note, a piercing jutsu/object would be able to break the earth.

Name: Doton, Hakabashi Suna no Jutsu [Earth Style, Sand Whirlpool Technique]

Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation jutsu is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

Description: This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed hand seals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Name: Kibaku Nendo – C-1 [Exploding Clay C – 1]

Description: These are the smaller clay models, normally resembling a spider, bird, fish, or some type of animal. They can be controlled with the use of his chakra. Each animal he creates has a different type of specialty. Spider = Silent. Bird = Fast. Etc. The explosions are much smaller than that of C – 3, C – 4, etc, but they are dangerous none the less.

I don't see any major problems with this application, just maybe the special characteristics might be too much. However, since they aren't drastic, I don't really see a problem.

As for this, I wouldn't exactly say that only a ninja two ranks above can see through his deception. It really depends on the character, and how observant they are. If you don't mind, please fix that a bit.

Basically, that's it. Though you might wanna add a paragraph or two to each of your arcs in your history, nothing wrong with a little extra detail. :]
