| General InformationName: Cirrus Shikyo Nickname/Alias: Saint Cirrus [One of "The Saints"] Age: 23 Gender: Male Looks: Cirrus has spikey blonde hair that varies to white and silver in different lights. He stands at a good 6'3". Cirrus weights 225 lbs with a very minimal of body fat, being mostly muscle from constant, rough training. His eyes are a silvery blue, varying to aqua blue, and other different shades in varying lights. His shoulders are moderately wide and he is conscidered descent looking in his clan. He varies in clothes, often wearing black. He has a mark on most of his possesions, an enraged tiger with a hook through its mouth. This is always on the right side of anything with the mark. He wears basic shirts, sometimes layering his shirts, with a top layer always a zip up black vest. He wears shoulder pads of varying types, however, only on his right shoulder, that match his other black clothing. The shoulder pads are all custom made, made of extremely strong leathery substance reinforced with steel plating and chainmail built inside of it. This can easily stop an extremely sharp, quick moving weapon with a significant amount of force put into it. The shoulder pad holds in place the moderately sized cape he wears. It falls down to the back of his shins. He uses the cape for strategic disarmings aswell as chance events where something extra is needed. He also wears comfortably fitting black pants with a few hidden pockets. He wears two black belts that don't hold up his pants, however, are made of an extremely strong material and can catch ledges or hold things in place easily. Used often to stop the flow of blood to battle wounds. They are each roughly 42" long. He wears black gloves on his hands that are easy to move in, however, are made of a strong leathery material, preventing many cuts during sword or other battles. With enough precision, one would easily beable to catch an arrow in these gloves. Aswell as coushined black shoes, switching between pairs for different situations, however, every pair is custom made and designed for minimal sound. If he steps on something with these shoes, as long as it is completely under his shoe it will keep the sound from traveling farther then ten feet. The shoes have a side compartment that holds small sized blades easily concealed. On his back he has a large sheath that, despite how it looks, is very easy to move around with. The sheath is usually the keeper of the large sword from his clan. The sheath is extremely strong and could be used as a substitute for his sword. Able to block and strike direct blades without much scratching. It is positioned on his back to prevent weapons from stealthy attacks from hitting parts of his body that would prove fatal, covering most of his back and all of his spinal. He is always calm in the face, and his emotions are extremely hard to determine by simply looking at him. In almost all cases, you can tell which way or how someone will approach something by their stance. This is not so with Cirrus, he maintains the same stance, a calm stance that often produces unexpected moves and catches many off guard. His facial expressions change only when he knows he is secure, and only when he is around his clan or those whom he cares for. As with all members of his clan, he has a scar that crosses across his right breast above his heart on his chest. It is roughly 4" (inches) long and curves diagnoally towards the center of his chest. He has no obvious markings on his visible body that can be immediately recognized, any marks that appear are usually covered by some form of clothing or removed by a medical ninja of his clan. Personality: Cirrus's personality is very complex. He tends to see things in logical ways without thought of the emotional conflict. He evaluates everything he sees, regardless of what it is, who it is, or where it is coming from. He scans everything for flaw, piecing apart everything and everyone he meets. He keeps his thoughts to himself, unless directly asked for his opinion. Often he wont express his true opinion, however will speak in a manner that states the awnser in an abnormal form avoiding the question, thus avoiding the act of sharing his opinion. He is very cruel in thought, and constantly developes ways to inflict mental or physical harm upon anyone who crosses his path, including his own friends. Cirrus is constantly at thought, his mind always racing about something that happened, could happen, should happen, or will happen. He is unable to control the wild and uncontrollable being that is his own mind. Often restless, he has lower levels of insomnia from evaluating everything about the day, or what may happen the following day. Lacking true emotional concern, his thoughts are often how to win or defeat in any way, whether noticeable or not, anyone, everyone, and everything. He despises people who act supirior, however is hypocritical in that he feels anyone who cannot keep up with him in any one state is inferior. He expresses most of his feelings in the form of thoughts, as he lacks the ability to express true feelings. Due to this, any feeling he appears to express is considered a lie. His lower ability to reveal how he feels to anyone, or about something leaves him often alone. Despite his thoughts, he is a very kind hearted person. He acts for others before he does himself. In his mind, even though the world is corrupt and will never function, the smaller acts of kindness create a chain reaction which does not end. In his thoughts, he has ruled out any reason for existing at this point except the preservation of idea. The idea that however unlikely, or nearly impossible it would be to help build a world where people care for eachother, regardless of relation to another is what most of his actions are based on. Although he has few emotions, he cannot break the sympathy he has for everyone around him. He gives to those who cannot provide for themselves, he helps those who cannot help themselves, and, although difficult, opens his heart to everyone around him. Cirrus's relationships with people however are limited. He trusts no one, and instead evaluates percentages of action success. Often having to implement a lack of concern to permit things people are constantly doing that make absolutly no sense. His popular thoughts and feelings are, "If you can do nothing, than do nothing.", "When the last tear falls, would the first have been worth dropping?", "In the end, there will be peace, for if we continue on this path of chaos, we will have nothing more to wage our wars.", "When you are lost, follow the wind. When you sad, see to the skies. When you are dieng, forgive those who would not forgive you, and leave this world in peace.". In combat, Cirrus is very passive. He does not act without provocation and is usually the first to strike if neccesary. He has a very strong sense of control on both his actions and his anger. Very few people can irritate him, and those who are able, are those whom he has let get too close. He feels that nothing should ever make someone back down, fear is an emotion that breaks the mind and body simultaneously; In order to maintain ones compusure and ability to properly function, one cannot take in the existence of fear. Cirrus has become adept at destroying bad in the world. Alongside his brother, Dameon, all that which is evil will be removed so that all which is good may prosper. Cirrus left Sunagakure with Dameon due to his belief in litterally destroying evil. His strong sense of vigilante justice has led him down a different path, one seperate from laws and authoritys. One cannot purge the darkness from the world while standing on a white line, one must take all paths down all roads to ensure good. Personality Trait's: Cirrus is centered around his ability to strategize. He often forces things to happen by simply using the possible amounts of action/reaction based on the sorroundings. He is both good and evil. Catch Phrase: "I see.." "May God have mercy on your soul.. Because we will not.." "And shepherds we shall be. For thee, my lord. for thee. Power hath descended forth from thy hand, that our feet may swiftly carry out thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to thee and teeming with souls shall it ever be. E Nomini Patric, E Fili, E Spiritu Sancti" Clan Information*Cirrus was born to the Shikyo clan by father, however he retains the full KKG of his mother, one of the Xiahiw, whilst taking the name of his father, Shikyo. As tradition, however, the Xiahiw still chose him as their leader, even if the name of the leader is Shikyo. Clan Name: Xiahiw Kekkei Genkai: Shadow of the Mind The Xiahiw clan have evolved mentally to near psychic levels. However, this is not entirely the case. Members of the Xiahiw have a much stronger mind then normal Shinobi, regular genjutsu convinces the mind already of the effects of the genjutsu, however, members of the Xiahiw clan have evolved and are able to convince other forms of consciousness. The chakra of their mind has evolved and reaches out to other minds around them. Undetectable to anyone other then the Xiahiw clan, this evolution does nothing until a member of the Xiahiw clan activates a form of their Kekkai Genkai, merely acting as a bridge for much quicker effect. It would be expected to lose chakra from the outflow, however, the chakra never detaches itself from the body, and thus is still useable in other forms if neccesary. Ability: 1.--The first form of the mind manipulation is Genjutsu based. When a member of the Xiahiw clan uses their Kekkai Genkai together with Genjutsu, all forms of consciousness on the opponet beleive whatever the genjutsu is having them image. Once ended, the Genjutsu's creates a lasting effect on the opponet, slowing the recovery of the mind from the genjutsu. Normally after ending, the opponet would feel only traces of the genjutsu, however, the effect lasts for up to 6 hours after the Genjutsu ends. It can vary by opponet's, and those with average minds can be permanently effected. Only the effects, the opponet does not see within the genjutsu still, other then the traumatic memories from the experience. This requires one-half extra chakra of the used genjutsu. So, if it takes 20 chakra, it would thus take 30 chakra, 60 would be 90, and so on. 2.--The second form of the mind manipulation is memory displacement. When a member of the Xiahiw clan activates this part of their Kekkai Genkai, their chakra extends to the opponet's mind, and other forms of the mind. Essentially, chakra from the Xiahiw clan member forms a barrier on the memories of the opponet, temporarily disabling their thoughts. Using similar concepts of genjutsu, the chakra is directed at the mind instead of the senses. Unable to remember exactly what they were doing, who they are, etc. for an amount based on the chakra used to hold up the barrier. A maximum of 5 minutes. Unfortunately however, when the technique ends, members of the Xiahiw have been recorded to have memories of the opponets, and targets have been reported to lose memories, this can cause permananent confusion if the member is not able to distinguish their own memories from someone else's. 3.--The third form of the mind manipulation is blackout. When a member of the Xiahiw clan activates this part of their Kekkai Genkai, their existence is wiped from the mind of several targets, a Maximum of 5 at one time. The target is convinced that the member does not and never has existed, although phyisically visible, the target pays absolutly no attention to the member, they do not feel a sense of firmiliarity even with the closest presence of the Xiahiw clan member. This however does not mean the opponet cannot see the Xiahiw member, although likely expecting nothing, the opponet is capable of defending themselves should the member attack. Attacking after having used this ability is an extreme strain on the Xiahiw clan member, as the member has used a large amount of chakra, and is slightly exaughsted. The only way a member would attack, would have to be quick and unexpected Clan Symbol: A pharoah's eye Clan History: The Xiahiw clan have evolved mentally to near psychic levels. | Rank Information: Rank: Akatsuki Village: Konohagakure
Skill Information
Skill Specialty: Main: Genjutsu Sub: Ninjutsu
Elemental Affinity: Main: Lightning Sub: Wind
Special Characteristics: Thought Persuasion: Cirrus is able to persuade someone into what he wants, where he wants to go, etc, by use of words. He may have a vast plan conscidering all possabilities in a situation and moving the people involved around like pawns on a chess board. He can make a situation seem as if the only possible way of getting out/in/otherwise succesfully is if they follow his rule and do what he says. He is even able at times to persuade someone into killing themselves to save people, or things not in harms way. The Trained Mind: Cirrus is able to ignore certain factors of a situation. Having trained his body and mind, he can ignore pain, or even factors that effect his nerves. This can go as far as preventing bruising from trauma to a specified area of his body, or preventing swelling. Able to control the majority of his mind, he can convince his body to flush out impurities in his body. He can convince himself, his body, and most aspects of himself of just about anything. Unpredictable Movement: Cirrus has trained himself to not show signs of movement in different directions. Those who know what to look for on a person as they move, or speak, can likely tell which direction they are going, or if they are lieng. Knowing these ways, he has trained himself to be unpredictable. Even special qualities such as the Sharingan are at times able to be fooled. Extensive Training: Through extensive training, both from his clan, his village, and himself, Cirrus has gained extremely quick reflexes. His speed and strength are also significantly higher than average. Alongside his clan's fearless and quick reaction speed, he has trained extensively increasing the majority of his abilities physically. He has used his sword and possessed it since birth, this allows him to manuever it as a Samurai would a Katan. He often forgets he even has it in his hands, to explain the firmiliarity. This makes him strong even if limited by rank. Stealth is a primary factor in being apart of his clan, without having siginificant training, he would not be fit to lead his clan or his rank. Love For Thy Brother: Cirrus and his brother have been training and fighting since they were tots. They know just about everything about eachother including the way they fight and how they react to certain situations leading to perfect timing between the two as well as perfect teamwork. However if something were to happen to his brother Cirrus would gain more strength and speed from sheer anger and worry that he would be even more of a force to be reckoned with. Cirrus has an Irish accent.
Items/Weapons:
Name: Silence Appearance: See character pictures. Rank: D-C Special Abilities: The weapon makes no noise regardless of situation. Origin: The weapon is a clan inheritance, see backstory. A main reason this weapon makes no sounds, is when forged, the weapon was secured perfectly on it's hilt. This holds it steady allowing it to be smashed against solid stone at excessive rates with minimal vibration and force back. If the wielder has blood of the Xiahiw, the weapon is known to transfer vibrations down their chakra stream in to the ground, causing no sound as it lessens on the way. By the time it would reach the ground, the vibrations would be depleted.
Jutsus: (Use the the following template)
Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique Rank: E Type: Supplementary Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
Kawarimi no Jutsu - Change of Body Stance Technique Rank: E Type: Supplementary Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.
Nawanuke no Jutsu - Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Supplementary Description: Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.
Kakuremino no Jutsu - Magic Cloak of Invisibility Technique Rank: E Type: Supplementary Description: Kakuremino no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja uses a camouflage cloth to cloak themselves in the background.
Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Supplementary Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.
Name:Bikou Ninjutsu - Shadowing Stealth Technique Rank: E Type: Supplementary Description: Bikou Ninjutsu is the technique ninjas use to follow their targets covertly. The manner in which the ninja shadows their target can differ, from the basic hiding under a nearby object, to using a jutsu to turn oneself invisible. The skill and length in which one can stay hidden varies by rank and ability. For Cirrus, he is able to stay stealth for over a weeks time, however, as he currently has no invisiblity jutsus, he relys on the cover of objects. Being extremely advanced, he can succesfully stealth undetected behind even Kage level ninja.
Sennen Goroshi - One Thousand Years of Death Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack Though it is called "Leaf's Ancient Supreme Technique", Sennen Goroshi serves more as an insulting shock technique rather than a skilled Taijutsu technique. The ninja forms their hands into the seal of the tiger, and then jabs their fingers into the nether regions of their target. The result is shocking violation of the targets sanctity and often their launching in the air to stop the awkward feeling.
Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing Rank: - Type: Supplementary Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed
Muon Satsujin Jutsu - Silent Homicide Technique Rank: - Type: Attack Style Muon Satsujin Jutsu, the ability to commit a silent homicide, is a technique to dispatch your foe with no warning. Your quick speed and skills will instantly kill them before they can provide a defense
Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: - Type: Supplementary A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.
Doton no Jutsu - Earth Release Technique Note: Requires high skills or elemental affinity Rank: - Type: Earth and/or Highly Skilled Ninja Doton no Jutsu, the act of using the Earth Element, allows the ninja to change their chakra into earth. This allows the ninja to go into the earth and hide from his opponents, manipulate the earth in attacks or create earth to use against their opponents. Cirrus is only capable of manipulating it to hide and move beneath the earth.
Explosion Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: - The user will activate an explosion tag. Normally, the tag will be placed by them, so they know where it is and can easily activate it.
D Ranked Jutsu: Name: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu - Shadow Shuriken Technique Rank: D Element: N/A Description: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a giant Fuuma Shuriken. When throwing the shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. The hidden secondary shuriken can then approach the target without their being aware.
Mirror Bunshin no Jutsu Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Description: As regular bunshin clones, these clones are strange as they turn into any form visible to the user of the Jutsu. They take all the shapes, edges, sizes, etc, of whatever they were formed from, however, disperse as clones do. The limits of this jutsu are buildings, mountains, extremely large objects.
Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique Rank: D Element: N/A Description:Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. This gives the user 1 free post.
Jutsu Name: Kai - Release Rank: D Element: N/A Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell
Shunshin no Jutsu - Body Flicker Technique Rank: D Range: - Type: Supplementary Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
Jutsu Name: Nerve Release Rank: D Range: - Element: Lightning Description: User sends a light pulse of lightning through their body, this releases tension from muscles that are stunned or other factors preventing the body from moving aswell, ultimately removing all paralysis effects. However, it also increases the body's system fuctions, making poisonous effects twice as effective, and will exaughst the person greatly if repeated more then 3 times per day. This can be used on any directly touched target, including user, even if user is already paralyzed or otherwise. The user must beable to perform handsigns to do this.
Jutsu Name: Static Ignition Rank: D Range: 5x5x5 meters Element: Lightning Description: User charges up chakra into a lightning based attack, when released, the move will not visibly send anything out, only a slight silvery glow where it was released, and then nothing. However, the user charged up static that ignites many dead organic substances, aswell as light, flammable substances within the area. The charge, however, does not effect the user, as it is released from their body out. This jutsu can be used to destroy explosive traps attached with tags in the area, aswell as be used in a variety more defensive and offensive strategies.
Chakra Impact Rank: D Element: - Description: During Melee combat, user builds up chakra into contact points of their body, feet, knees, fists, etc. Upon contact with target, user will release the chakra in a burst. This will cause a small amount of extra damage, it will also Traumatize the targets chakra points in the area of contact. By doing this, the target will have extreme difficulty withdrawing chakra, or emiting chakra from those points. The chakra burst from this attack is possible to spread outside of the body thus contact is not neccesary, however, close range is. The user of this cannot neccesarly see the chakra points of an opponet, thus this may not always work.
Magen • Narakumi no Jutsu - Demonic Illusion • Hell Viewing Technique Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary/Genjutsu Magen • Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The ninja will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast the world will appear normal to the target until they see the illusion. This lasts 2 user posts.
Chakra Kyuuin Jutsu - Chakra Absorption Technique Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack After activitating the technique, user's hand will glow with chakra. When he touches his palm on his opponents body, he can withdraw the physical and spiritual energy out of them. By reducing their chakra, it greatly increases user's advantage over their opponent. Withdraws 10 chakra per post. User must have a hand on the opponet to withdraw chakra.
Forced Faulter Rank: D Element: Wind User will inahle, using chakra to compress air in their mouth. They will exhale in a direction causing a large burst of air in that direction. This forces objects, targets, and others backwards. Able to move objects up to 250 pounds.
Shocking Touch Rank: D Element: Lightning In an area on the user's body, lightning chakra will build up releasing upon touch of a target. If not released, it will simply disperse, taking 1/2 the initial chakra cost to use. This is used primarily when in a situation where an opponet will touch the opponet. The shock is enough to make the opponet jump back, and the area of the opponet that touched user to lose coordination for 3 posts. The shock continues up the major part connected to the shocked part of opponet's body. Hand would go up to arm, foot to leg, etc. This works in reverse effect, allowing user to touch opponet causing same effect on the touched part of the opponet.
Blink Rank: D Type: Genjutsu User does not require handsigns for this jutsu. Once inflicted upon an opponet, everytime the opponet blinks, [Estimated 4 times per post] they will see another looking exactly like the user, doing exactly what the user is doing, however, the image may be placed in a different part of the area. The image is exactly like a clone, however, there is no flaw in it. Attacks on the 'clone's result in failure. The clone will simple appear to dodge. Ends in 3 user Posts.
Decaying Scent Rank: D Type: Genjutsu User does not requir handsigns for this jutsu. The target smells a sickening scent. The scent is if they were standing in a battlefiled of decaying bodies. The opponet may become disoriented, vomet, have watery eyes, and other effects associated with extreme scents. This Genjutsus can be detected by special means only, as it is not an obvious effect of genjutsu. Uchiha for example, could tell. Lasts for 3 user posts.
C Ranked Jutsu: Lighting Bolt Rank: C Element: Lightning Description: A Bolt of lighting 3x3ft is launched towards target. Being lightning, it is unpredictable and almost impossible to block.
Shocking Wind Rank: C Element: Lightning Description: Amplifies any wind with a lightning current, the current of lightning is blended in with the wind, thus making it impossible to notice until contact. A wind attack infused with the lightning current is like getting hit with an electrical burst aswell as a force from the wind attack. When the wind attack hits, it does its initial damage, adding damage and shock from lightning chakra.
Flash Rank: C Element: Wind/Lightning Utilizing the wind and lightning elements, user will build up lightning chakra compressed by air in a small area. Releasing the compression on the lightning creates a large flash. For the user whom knows it is coming, this will have minimal effect. It causes an extreme distraction, and if stared into, can temporarily blind a target for up to 3 posts.
Lightning Daggers Rank: C Element: Lightning Description: Daggers of Lightning fire at target, due to them being lightning, they are difficult, if not impossible to block. The daggers can slice through solid wood and possibly rock. They vary in amounts depending on how much chakra is used.
Ripples of Insanity Rank: C Type: Genjutsu Description: Target sees strange ripples in the air and area around them ( Like ripples of a mirage only much larger and more visible) , this causes great confusion aswell as difficulty forming handseals, throwing any weapons, or using taijutsu. Target also begins to hear voices influincing them to commit suicide, aswell as many other suicidal/homicidal thoughts. Target has a very high chance to beleive the voices are his/her own thoughts. The thoughts may be specific to a person that they know or do not know, influencing them to possibly kill. This Genjutsu, convincing the target, has a lasting effect. Ends in 5 user posts.
Mirrors of Fear Rank:C Chakra Cost: 55 Type:Genjutsu Description: Target beleives he/she is sorrounded by endless amounts of Mirrors. Images and sound may be placed within the mirrors to strike great fear into the opponet. Ends in 4 user posts.
Fall of Titans Rank: C Type: Genjutsu Description: Effected Target(s) see themselves falling into an endless black, the consistent falling has a moderate chance of causing heart attack or other problems within the body. Also effects the mind, possibly corrupting it through hopeless descent into nothingness. Ends in 3 user posts.
Re-Emerge Rank: C Type: Tracking This jutsu amplifies the senses of the user, allowing them to track from extended ranges, able to see a slight movement of leaves on the ground, discoloration, even the slightest footstep, etc. The user can easily pick up, or re-pick up a trail by activating this jutsu and looking at their sorroundings.
Wind Daggers Rank: C Element: Wind Description: Daggers of condensed razor sharp wind launch at target, due to them being wind, they are nearly unblockable, and invisible to the naked eye. The amount varies on the chakra used, and each dagger has the capabilities of penetrating solid wood, and possibly rock.
Ignite Rank: C Element: Wind Desctipion: A thrown weapon is hit with an extreme force of wind shattering it, the shattered pieces act as shrap metal in an explosion shooting out into multiple directions at extreme speeds.
Instability Rank: C Type: Genjutsu Target becomes dissy, their coordination seems to be off. Objects begin to double, hallucinations may be put inside this genjutsu. It can cause a large variety of effects depending on the hallucination. These hallucinations cannot however seem to inflict harm, so it is more a fear inflicting genjutsu, causing panic, fright, possibly shock and/or heart attack.
Formless Eye Rank: C Element: Wind User swirls the wind around them, not enough to be noticed, however, sufficient enough to get an accurate reading on the sorroundings. The air around is like the vision of the user, able to sense what is where within its' reach, undetectable, it is like a formless eye. It can locate and map out the sorroundings, including hidden objects or people if they have some sort of oxygen flow to them by natural means, for roughly around two football fields placed together 100 yard circle.

| B Ranked Jutsu: Track Rank: B Element: - Type: Ninjutsu Description: User gains insight on accelerated, hidden, or otherwise uncatchable or unseeable targets within a 30 meter radius. By spreading their chakra particles around them, they create an extension of their being. This essentially allows them to locate near exact placements, movements, or adjustements in anything within this area. A target who Shunshins in to this area, for example, would be located as they come in, and their footsteps would be clearly visible to the user, allowing them to intersept. This technique is used for tracking as well, by releasing chakra particles around an area, they can locate otherwise impossible to find tracks. This works by locating chakra prints, or trace evidence of a certain life-form that has been present in the area, and seperating it to the individual or targets being tracked.
Lightning Burst Rank: B Element: Lightning Description: A burst of lightning that launches from user in a 360 degree angle. This move is sort of like rotation, except is alot higher in damage. This jutsu WILL prevent any Taijutsu/Close combat Weaponory users from getting near user when jutsu is used. The lightning continues and does not disperse, unless naturally or until it hits a conductor or something of that sorts. The lightning has a possability of paralyzing the hit target/s temporarily. If hit, a target will have intense tingling sensations and be less efective in coordination for 3 target's posts. The effects of this are of course lessened if hit by it from farther away.
Wind Burst Rank: B Element: Wind Definition: A Burst of wind launches from user in a 360 degree angle. This move is sort of like Rotation, except is a bit higher in damage. This jutsu WILL prevent any Taijutsu/Close combat Weaponry users from getting near user when this jutsu is used. The wind continues and weakens gradually.
Pierce Rank: B Element: Wind Description: The user throws a ranged type weapon at a target, with a focus accelerated continuous flow of wind chakra onto the ranged weapon, the weapon can pierce through a siege castle wall, through and through. The after effect of the force from the thrown weapon often creates an extreme suction to the area in which it flew through. If it hit a brick wall piercing through one stone, it is likely it would drag the entire wall right after it, for a short distance. This can be done to many thrown weapons at once.
Chain Lightning Rank:B Element: Lightning Description: Similar to lightning bolt, except the bolt continues onto select targets in the area, possible returning to the original target.

The victims of the genjutsu will believe they are being engulfed by a torrent of fire and flee their location for safety. Ends in 3 user posts.
Wind Armor Rank: B Type: Defensive Element: Wind The user of this jutsu will compress wind around their body, extending six inches. It will begin to spin rapidly, able to deflect and shatter kunai, and reduce the blow to almost any attack significantly. It will negate all Taijutsu or close range attacks and because of the rapid movement of the wind, likely slice through the opponet's flesh as they attempt to attack. This defence is extremely versatile, able to withstand large attacks including things such as Chidori. This does not mean the user will not be hurt by direct attack as powerful as Chidori, but the blow will be signifantly lessened. Fire is virtually useless against a user with the wind armor on. Lightning is the wind armor's only major weakness. The wind armor merges around itself, the user is not harmed by it.

Each form of their consciousness will entirely ignore anything that may disrupt their peace, this includes being unable to see, hear, smell, etc anything that disturbs the area. Disruptions are loud noises, known enemy targets, unknown targets, frightening images, battles, attacks, etc. . However, when one under this genjutsu is hit with a moderate amount of damage or force, such as a strong punch to the face, or a large cut, they immediately awake from the genjutsu, unaware of what is going on as their mind has blocked everything out, but aware that they were just attacked. The effect lasts for as long as the creater of this illusion is in the area.
Fake Hands Rank: A Type: Genjutsu Description: Fake Hands is a Genjutsu placed on up to three targets. The select targets will see no change in the scenery, making this genjutsu almost undetectable by those not in clans such as Uchiha. This genjutsu allows the targets to expel chakra without disrupting the genjutsu. Targets whom would battle the user, do so, however, they are not battling the true form of the user. Expelling their chakra in attempts to attack the user, or defend the attacks from the user is what this genjutsu is to achieve. The battle is played out in the opponets head, each jutsu they use expels the chakra from their body as it would, however, producing no jutsu. The user of this jutsu usally approaches targets in a few different ways while in the genjutsu. One way, is allowing the opponet to attack the user, the user would faulter, or give false hope to the opponet to expel more chakra. Another way, is to make the opponet use a large amount of chakra defending, or lowering the opponet's morale by dodging most of their attacks. The target's body(s) remain in one spot outside of the genjutsu. This jutsu lasts for 15 posts from each effected from the genjutsu, each person would get to post 15 times each.
Ranshinshou - Chaotic Mental Collision Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Element: Lightning Changing the chakra in user's hand into electricity, user can create an electric field to disrupt their targets nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, user can use the field to disrupt their targets ability to move. S Ranked Jutsu:
Immortality Interupted Rank: S Element: Lightning Type: Ninjutsu ; Taijutsu ; Genjutsu Description: The user of this jutsu first releases a warning lightning bolt within the range of an opponet. Once done, the user taunts the opponet, getting them to look at him. Using quick movements, the user gets behind the opponet. However, the opponet sees the user fall forward to the ground in a poof of smoke, this is the genjutsu part of the jutsu. Following the poof of smoke, the target cannot move, they feel paralized throught their body. Having swiftly moved behind the opponet with the cover of the genjutsu, the user can perform an attack on the opponet during the brief pause from the paralyzing genjutsu. Blocking this attack is nearly impossible, unless the opponet has eyes on the back of their heads. Even so, the opponet, logically, would be looking at where the user of the jutsu dissapeared on the ground, followed by automatic questioning due to the human mind. Blocking the attack would also be nearly impossible, due to these factors.
Chain Reaction: The Silver Serpent Rank: S Type: Lightning Description: A basic yet powerful lightning attack in which the user releases a condensed cone of lightning about 2ft Wide, and about 16 feet long. Length and size is changeable. A basic yet powerful lightning attack in which an accelerated bolt of lightning is launched down the center of Silver Serpent; Variation one. The bolt splits Silver Serpent; Variation one, into two parts while it runs down the middle, the split bolts now move much faster. A jutsu that turns specified lightning attacks into the form of serpents, the lightning serpents have at this point been increased in power and the lightning serpents turn a silvery-snow color looking as a lightning storm from hell. The serpent's jaws open and clash onto target, engulfing the target with lightning. If used properly, the three preveous bolts of lightning will become as described in jutsu defintion. The fangs of the snakes from preveous combinations deal an extremely large shock to the point of contact making the hit target surge with lightning, after the massive damage it already deals. This often causes temporary paralysis, significant nerve damage, brain damage, and/or/aswell as a variety of other tissue damage to the body, this usually takes effect if the target lives, which is highly impropbable. Optional: User of this jutsu jumps into the lightning of preveous Silver Serpent combination attacks. He/she is then removed from sight and strikes from the front of the lightning snake with either weapon, another jutsu, or both. The process of this jutsu takes prep post -> attack post (2), the user posts they begin to make a string of handsigns, then the jutsu is released moving at extreme speeds nearly undodgeable. The three lightning serpents are very large and move unpredictably.
Wide Spread Peace Rank: S Type: Genjutsu This genjutsu is used by the Xiahiw. A legnedary and secrative technique. It is used as a wide effect. There are several genjutsu linked to this one. When placed under this genjutsu, which is very hard to predict. Many cannot tell when it is coming, because it is known only to the Xiahiw, and thus, even the Uchiha are surprised in its' actions. This genjutsu sets everyone in the targeted vacinity, usually no more then a football stadium, to peace. They do not realize anything different then the excpected to happen. This means, if they are watching a fight in a stadium, they would see what they wanted to happen. They would applaud, and everyone would supposably go home. However, the area does change in a sense that if someone is to attack the area, they would see them and every move made would be taken as it normally would, from the attacking ninja. The Shinobi in the stadium would defend themselves or their village from harm, in doing so, they would use jutsu, etc. The trick with this genjutsu, is they may think they are using jutsu at a target, but they are simply dispersing their chakra. While in this genjutsu, they can do nothing but watch. They can attack, but it would seem as if they are slightly too slow, or their attacks miss by a hair. Not enough to notice. Conscidered the perfect Genjutsu by the Xiahiw. The perfect infilitration or assasination technique when taking out a high priority target in a secure area. Lasts until user has left the area.
Name: Forbidden Technique : Phantasmal Killer - Mind Purge Rank: Secret Forbidden Clan Technique - S Clan: Xiahiw Element: N/A Type: Genjutsu-Xiahiw Description: The Phantasmal Killer Genjutsu is based on the fact that the body cannot live without the mind. This secret technique requires many, many years of mastering, as it kills the mind of an individual. Much sacrafice is neccesary to accomplish the use of this Genjutsu. In order to properly perform it, one must undergo the training of the Shepherd, an anchient tradition based member of the Xiahiw. The purpose of the Shepherd is to keep safe the most powerful Genjutsu of the Xiahiw, the Mind Purge. How this genjutsu works, is based on the use of the clan's Kekkai Genkai, the ability to convince levels of the mind that factors of a genjutsu are reality. This Forbidden Genjutsu is entirely useless without the master of all three levels of the Kekkai Genkai. To begin the Genjutsu, the user must have the opponet within 35 feet. From there, the handsigns are made to perform the Genjutsu, then nothing appears to occur. However, the genjutsu has begun. The user draws a weapon, such as a sword, a lance, a Kunai, etc, and walks towards the opponet. The opponet seems to be unable to move. Then, when face to face with the opponet, the user stares into their eyes. Taking the weapon and slowly driving it into the heart of the target. The target's body begins to lower, however, the user must keep contact at all times with both the weapon and the opponet. The user turns the weapon, obliterating the heart of the opponet [within the genjutsu], and the opponet's mind dies when the last breath within the genjutsu occurs, once the blade is turned. With every forbidden technique, there are reprocusions on use. The user of the genjutsu feels the pain of the opponet, its' great surge forces the user to lose consciousness, this takes effect approximately one hour after the use of the Genjutsu. The loss of consciousness lasts for exactly 36 hours. When the user awakens, part of their life is lost. Recovering from the genjutsu is also neccesary. For the next week, the user is weakened, unable to use any techniques B rank and above. They must rest and consume sufficient nutrition, or they will perish. When/If this genjutsu is used to kill, which is its' only purpose, the user of the genjutsu dreams about each person who has been killed by this genjutsu since it was created, nightmares that forever haunt the user. The faces of every individual seen at night, which can drive one insane, to kill themselves, or to seek every opportunity of death, for a weak mind may not use this genjutsu, less they die by their own hands. In order for this to properly work together, it requires 2 steps[posts], with limitations. One may only move within a 15 foot circumsphere or the Genjutsu will not succeed in use. The opponet may not run away, meaning, they cannot get far beyond the reach of the genjutsu (250feet). The user must protect their mind at the same time, meaning, they can still move within their circle, they can still defend, however, they are not as quick to respond, they HAVE to maintain concentration. The first step, is the beginning handsigns. The second step, is defensive concentration of the mind. The third step is the final handsign that inflicts the genjutsu.
Field of Lightning Flowers Jutsu Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Description: User spirals once, released to the ground are many flowers of all different kinds and colors. They scatter in a circular position of up to 135 yards all around. Every flower then produces a bolt of lightning which shatters and richochets off other flowers in the area producing a field of powerful lightning all around the user, but does not effect the user. Anyone within this field is likely to be dazed by the beauty of the scene when the jutsu initiates.

| Background Information History: Newborn Arc Many years before the Xiahiw, a tradition of their descendants, the Zhao, was practiced within the sacred walls of their temples. At the greatest temple of the ancestors of the Zhao, the first son would be born. He was born into the center of the temple. Performed was one of the most respected, sacred, and strongest of the Zhao rituals. The Silencing, to test the will of newborns into the Zhao. To choose the leader amongst them. The Zhao beleived that the blood of their new leader would flow free of tears if shed. They would take the sacred sword forged of sacrafice during creation, cutting along the breats of the infant, above the heart. Their tears would decide their fate, to be of the high council, the great leader, or a honored member. The Zhao reasoned that a leader is born of their ancestors, chosen by their ancestors. The child would be born with the knowledge of the great rituals, of their great traditions. They would know these things at birth and know that if they shed tears, they would be given the path of the warrior, to strengthen their soul. Even before the child leaves the womb, they are gifted with the knowledge of their soul. Given will be the great ancestors, their blood would be shed by the great blade without little more then a stair. The leader of the Zhao was not based on the current leader, they leader's child would not take over the clan. Instead, it was up to the ancestors. Even outcasts were brought in for the chance of their children taking a position of high honor in the clan. It was the birth right of every Zhao member to have their child on the alter, and be given the opportunity to take over and bring honor to their parents. This helped prevent much fightning and killing within the clan, as all had the chance, the clan needen't betray eachother to become leader. The clan was always with who was chosen by the great ancestors, never were there any disputes over it. If there was any, it brought great dishonor to the member. Their Ancestors were said to not allow those who argue their will to enter the temple upon their death. Instead, they would be forced to ring the bells of their awakening until they are given another chance through rebirth. An ultimate dishonor holding ultimate consequences that did nothing to the body, but marked and scared their souls until they could redeem themselves. Unfortunately for the Zhao, an anchient war forced them to flee their great temples and leave their ancestrial grounds. They were beseiged by an enemy unknown, wearing the masks of gods to hide their appearance. Living in hiding, the clan tried to replenish their honor and take back their land, however, they could not, instead, they had to stay in hiding to preserve their traditions. It was as if the gods themselves had been taking wrath upon the Zhao, if they seeked the destruction of the Zhao for some unknown cause. The clan was united however, through beleifs and trust in eachother, they managed to preserve their traditions. They branched into different clans, although unwanted, it was neccesary to keep the clan's spirit strong. To spread until they could retake the ancestrial grounds that they bled on at birth. The Xiahiw was one of these branches. The great Xiahiw contained the preveous leader of the clan, he whom held the great sword used in the rituals of Silencing. Maintaining all traditions, containing all the secrets of the Zhao, the clan perched in Konohagakure. Fortunate to be direct descendants of the eldest leader, they prospered. They continued traditions and built a sacred temple to preserve their new ancestors. A few traditions, of course, were developed over time. The sword and Soul tradition is one of these, combined with the Silencing ritual. The sword used to traditionally choose the leader of the clan is given to the newest clan leader at birth. The Xiahiw have changed their beleives of battle honor, the blood of the enemy bleeds the same as the blood of the ally, and thus, the sword brings great honor in battle. Having bled every member of the clan, it was used to slay enemies, thus the mark of the Xiahiw was forever on the souls of those lost in battle. The sword brought even greater honor as the blood of those slayed by its awesome might was infused with that of each new member. Loss of the weapon would bring grave dishonor to the clan, and thus, if the leader fell in battle, the weapon was to be retrieved, and whom retrieved it was to be the next leader, as long as the battle was won with the sword in their hands. The Father's Life Michail Xiahiw lived under the honor of his father. Expected to excel to the level of his father with equal or greater honor gained. He was watched intently by each clan member, mistakes made were never forgiven, and each of his moves had to be consistant, flawless. His father, Serhail Xiahiw was a great warrior of the Xiahiw. He was revered by the clans he slayed. A general of the clan, he faught in countless battles, slain twice as many men. Releasing the souls of the enemy with honor, and gaining as much so. Wherever Serhail was, the battle was won. Leading the members of the Xiahiw into clan or guild wars, Serhail was what members of the Xiahiw strived to be. His son however, was, although equally powerful, not a source of honor. Michail was not as honor hungry as his father, in fact, he may have been the complete opposite. He may have thrown honor away to seek shame and misfortune. Michail never faught in the battles of the Xiahiw, he refused every calling. He instead, stood home and learned what he could of the anchient ways. Anchient knowledge, legendary jutsus and scripts were his life. He knew more then any member of the Xiahiw had in centuries, yet still he was conscidered useless. The only thing he would do was give advice to the council, always in extreme descreteness tho. If caught, the council member would bring shame to himself for accepting the advice of the inexperienced, or so those who did not fight were called. Michail was the strongest and smartest of the Xiahiw, everyone knew it, tho nobody admitted it. Instead they virtually exiled him, often he got no invitations to clan events. After a while, they stopped sending him summons to the defence of the Xiahiw. The council took to his wife, looking to her, hoping she could convince Michail to fight alongside his brothers and sisters. Amaterasu, after the goddess of the sun, was his bride. Beutiful in every aspect, smarter then most men of the clan, she was one of the greatest minds the Xiahiw had preserved. Tho, being a female, they also refused, as the nature of men, to admit inferiority. Amaterasu could create genjutsu that would leave a wake of destruction in the minds of a hundred people at one time. Seven months prior, she was declared pregnant, the baby would be due in december. This was great news to everyone except those who would rather see their children taking the place of any leader in the clan. Tsukiyama went to her husband to convince him of joining the cause of the clan, joining in their feuds. It was the wars that got the Zhao into their predicement, it could only do the same for the Xiahiw. This was what kept Michail from the wars, he saw it, and even the words of his beloved could not convince him otherwise. Every wife of the Xiahiw, however, hates to see their husbands go to war, for the chance of them not returning. This caused her to merely bring it up, nothing more. The clan's war went on for a few months, ending with many casualties and the complete extinction of the opposing clan. They had faught against a clan based in the sand country. The ending of the war marked the soon to come birth of Amaterasu and Michail's child. Traditionally, the parents of the Xiahiw would choose the child's name before birth. Gender was not entirely important in the Xiahiw, tho, many did not see it that way. By rights and traditions, even a female could rule the Xiahiw. The soon to be child of Michail had many choices for names, from Kail to Zhir. One day under the clouds, that was all it took. Looking up at the sky, Amaterasu saw a cloud, the cloud was shaped, in her eyes, like a baby. The cloud was a scientifically named a Cirrus cloud. She watched it closely, and saw another cloud colide through it. The opposing cloud was shaped like a sword, in fact, it looked quite like the sword used in the Silencing. A silly event, maby, however, it decided the name of the child. Cirrus, was to be the name of the baby on the way. Distress and unease was in the high rankings of the clan, the leader of the clan was unwell, tho nobody outside the council knew why. During the battle between the Xiahiw and the sand clan, the leader was struck with an extremely lethal poison. The poison had a slow effect to torture the induced. Hours passed as the leader, Teh'lkar suffered agonizing pain. The decision of the council, only one member of the clan studied enough to attempt removing the toxin from Teh'lkar's body. Michail, the dishonorable. Messengers from the clan were sent to the home of Michail, greeted with a smile. "Welcome brothers." Michail stated as he opened the door. "Michail, we need your assistance." responded the first messenger. "And whom would I be assisting?" replied Michail. A momentary silence, the second messenger drew a note from his pocket, sealed with the mark of the council. Michail looked at the noot as it was pulled from the messengers pocket and outstretched his hand to receive it. The messenger handed it to him, and Michail opened it. Reading through it in silence, his facial expression turned from a half smile, to a slight frown, to a deep frown. Even those in the clan whom were conscidered without honor still respected the leader of their clan. Especially Teh'lkar, as Michail had grown up with the now glorious leader. For many years Teh'lkar seeked Michail's opinion on everything, from politics to clothes, even as far as personal relationships. Looking back up to the messengers, Michail nodded. He stuffed the letter in his pocket and grabbed his sword, fastening it to his belt. With a deep sigh, he looked over to Amaterasu and she nodded. He stepped outide with the messengers and nodded to them in preparation. After securing his belongings and preparing for what may happen on the short journey, he went sped off following the messengers to the great temple. Upon arrivng, the messengers led him into the temple, pausing in respect at the door and performing a prayer to the great ancestors. They passed through security rooms until arriving at the chamber of council. The messengers stepped outside the doors. "Michail, this is far as we are permitted, you understand." the messengers stated backing away from the door. They were both his cousins, he understood every aspect of every member of his clan, and nodded to their comment. "Yes, I know where to go from here, thank you." stated Shukumei. He looked away as the doors closed. Observing the room, he saw the slit in the wall where the passage to the great chamber was at, the room where the leader of the clan would stay during his personal hours. Walking silently to the door, it opened without him having to touch it. He notice the opener, his great uncle Teroyal. He nodded to his uncle, and his uncle returned the respect. "How have you been uncle Teroyal?" stated Michail. "As good as he whom looks after the dieng lord can be, I suppose." responded Teroyal in a calm tone. "Well then, I suppose we should mvoe quickly ubcle." They descnded down what seemed like hundreds of feet of staircase, pausing to deactivate trap after trap after trap. The staircase was lit with a dim blaze of candles, barely enough to see the steps. After roughly twenty minutes of descending, they reached the door of Teh'lkar. Knocking once, Teroyal opened iit, entering cautionsly. Michail followed with slow footsteps. They entered an ornately decorated room as large as the council's chamber. It was roughly 80 feet square, and was crafted by great masters of stone masonry. The room seemed to be without flaw. Beautifully carved desks, bookshelfs, carpets, brea hides, even paintings of demons in great wars with men or themselves outlined the vast dwelling. In the center, there was a large bed, carved of the finest wood, secured with gold playing and draped with silver cloth, inside, lay the leader of the myserious clan. Teh'lkar sat up to the best of his ability, glancing in the direction of the entering two. "Michail, my old friend, come brother.." Teh'lkar spoke as he held out his hand in the direction of Michail and Teroyal. The two stepped closer, still dazzled by the chamber, even Teroyal who was in the room frequently was dazed by its beuity. It was a room that one could enter a thousand times and see a thousand new things. Michail bowed lightly to the clan lord. "What ills you Teh'lkar? What devestation has befallen your body? Nothing I know has been able to force you to your bed my friend.." Michail spoke in slight sarcasm, however, with a tone of extreme sereousness. Teh'lkar smiled and shook his head lightly. Lifting himself up against the backboard of his bed. "You will never guess what toxin I managed to suck in.. That stupid one from the sand.. Remember what it did to Larry? Poor guy.. Well, hell, it will probably take me the same my friend." he spoke with the humor of a teenager, as if he was not sick at all. Pausing momentarily he spoke again, to Teroyal. "You may exit old friend, when you come back, I may not be alive, know you served me well, and no other would I have chosen as my security." Teroyal nodded, reserving his personal feelings for another time, he was blessed with great honor from the words of his lord. He did not speak, simply walked to the door, glanced back, then stepped out and shut the door silently behind him. "Well then Michail, I know you have no legendary technique that can cure me, I am the same as Larry, I have that plauge the sand unleash.." he stopped, coughing harshly, he covered his mouth and a splash covered his hand. Looking down he saw it was blood. Raising an eyebrow, he wiped his hand off on a cloth next to him and continued. ".. So this is why I brought you here.. I want you to do something that failed to.. I never had a son.. Raise yours in my ways, teach him honor, even if you don't fight, let him pick his path.. Lay them out for him.. In my closet there." He pointed over to an amoir that stood tall, decorated finely and layered with gold. "..In my closet there, under my shirt, there is a book.. Take it, it is about the Zhao. Read it to your son, im sure he will enjoy it.." he stopped again to cough once more. After a short pause, he began to speak again, this time with increasing clarity. "How have you been Michail?" Michail looked at his old friend, still pondering his friend's fate. ".. I .. I suppose I have been alright. I mean, not as good as you, clearly, but I get along.." he responded with obvious sarcasm in his voice. Teh'lkar smiled and layed back down. "Go ahead and get the book my friend, I would like to spend my last minutes alone, if you do not mind." Michail lowered his head, looked over to the closet, then back to his dieng friend. He turned quickly, walking silently over to the beauitiful cabinet, opening it. He observed the contents of the closet, it was full of armor and weapons, however, he spent not much time in there, lifting up shirts until he found the book spoken of. He grasped it firmly, paused in silence, then stepped back, shut the closet, turned looking once more at his friend. A few moments past when he realized he had dazed in memories of his friend, he looked over to the door and walked over to it in swift, silent footsteps, knocked once. After a short pause, the door opened, Teroyal held it. Looking over at the bed, Teroyal frowned, glancing to Michail for reassurance. Michail nodded in response, and Teroyal closed the door after they were both out of the room. Michail returned to his wife, the baby was on the way. Rushing to the temple Amaterasu cried out in agony. People moved out of the way, then followed like a pack behind them. A new child would be ripped into this world today. Slamming through the temple doors, they ran into the council chambers. Teroyal, still present in the temple, immediately rushed and got the council. Each member arrived a second too late. Michail followed the council through the large hallways of the temple. The walls were carved from stone, etchings of an indescribable anchient writing swirled all over them. Great lanterns hung about ever 3 meters, and windows were seen scarecely. Finally, stopping at a door, one of the seven council men pulled out a key. The council men were plain, average looking males. One was tall, dark, and had little features you would not see on the guy next to you. The others were similar, very plain. The key was shoved into the lock of the door, turned once left, twice right, three times left, and once right. Large locks were heard moving. The council member grasped the door knob and opened the door. Inside there was a candle sorrounding. It was a dark room, plain, roughly 25'x25' in solid stone. On the roof was anchient writing and drawings of what seemed to be a baby being born, and a sword through its' skull. Swarming in, the council lit all the candles. Immediately the stood in a circle in the center of the room. The spoke a prayer, then made a hand motion. Michail hesitated, then set Amaterasu down in the center of the circle... Many complications occured, many medical ninja were called in to help. The child was a boy, perfectly healthy. They passed the sword to Michail, still hesitant, he took the sword, and slowly cut along the boys chest. The boy made no noise, as if he had no spirit, no soul, no emotion. The child's eyes were strange, as if they were painted black, tho, this was only a trick of the light, it added theatrics to the tradition. The boy stared at the ceiling, all the knowledge of the world in his mind, as they say new born children have. The doors of the chamber closed.. The new leader was born... Outside the chamber, a messenger delivered news to the other members. They were blessed by their ancestors with a great new leader. Many were enthused, some in tears, but only one burst in anger. Demitri opened his door to the messenger, his wife was pregnant aswell. The messenger told him of Cirrus, the newly born leader. Demitri frowned, slammed the door in the face of the messenger, and turned to his wife. ".. That child had better die in it's sleep.." he said in a echo of silent hatred.. The eyes of the newborn gazed at the dark ceiling, the twilight of the candles mesmerized the room... Academy Arc Cirrus began to grow, swiftly. His clan was proud to call them their leader when he took his first steps very young, before he had even crawled. He fell several times, none the less, however, took the record for youngest to walk in his clan. He became extremely lustful to learn. He wanted to know everything, able to read at age 2. He spent his night times, nap times, and day times reading strategies of previous warriors. Great battles, maps, tho some of this he would not understand until later, he spent night and day learning all he could about the world around him. A curious leader indeed. His clan took great interest in teaching him the best of everything they knew, bringing scrolls of anchient jutsus, great artifacts, books of the known universe, legends, history books. His library began to mold into one of the greatest every known. Only, he was too young to comprehend a large amount of books in his library. Young, tho seemed like a curse then, was one of the greatest acheivements he could have had. Being young allowed him to retain all the knowledge of his library. He knew up and down the books present, nearly recite every page, from his history books, to his jutsu scrolls, to his psychology studies, down to the tale of the three little shinobi and the big bad boulder.. That ended poorly, for the shinobi... The moral of that story, easy to understand, you may think you are strong with your allies, but there is always something to crush you... Cirrus grew every year, obviously, however, much more then one would think. At age 3, he was discussing theories, although barely able to speak fully, he would sit at the table with the council members of his clan, and help plot future events. Every time he was present, the room was filled with inspiration, tho, no one ever realized how much more they accomplished with him in the room until later. The boy enjoyed theory, whether it was musical theory, moral theory, practical theory, psychological theory, mathematical theory, or just a random idea, he loved it. He particularly took interest into the theories of the soul. How the eyes are said to be the gateway. Your reflection being a mirror image, if stared at for extended periods of time, to your soul. So many factors influenced his young life, so much learning. This did not however, get in his way of becoming the greatest Shinobi and most powerful member in his clan. As he grew in intellegence, he grew in strength, speed, and hidden deep inside, he grew a unpredictable feat, revenge. Anything that had ever threatened his clan put him over the edge, his mother and father often took books away from him after he had read them because they contained material against his clan. Cirrus began his true training at age 4, being born in Konoha, he would go to their academy and be recognized as a ranked Shinobi in their city, however, his true concern was ranking amongst his clan. At his age, he understood enough about this world to know that respect amongst his equals was a priority over respect from the majority. He trained fiercly, often without rest. His abilties excelled at great speeds to great extents. He was able to use his first genjutsu when he was 4, producing a minor illusion. The Mirror Image type technique known as blink he found most interesting, and so worked it as long as he could until he completely formed the genjutsu. Able to produce himself like a clone, only, in the opponets mind was a great feat. He followed by learning the academy jutsus so he had little to learn when he got to the academy. He had already the knowledge of the history in Konoha, about the great Kages. For him to waste his time as an academy student was unacceptable. High ranking officials of his clan saw his accel at these basic jutsus and insisted he be accepted into the Academy when he hit the age of 5. Being extremely diplomatically and militarially important to Konoha, the Kage made an exception for him, and one year later he was accepted. Not before making a few friends, that is. He found it easier to make friends when not set under a strict enviornment, so he could see who people realy were. He met a boy, who he would later call his cousin. Of course the boy was actually his cousin, but more then that, he would be his best friend. Ferit, was his cousins name, and a great tragedy would later befall him... None of the other kids particularly liked Cirrus, because he was better then them all. Not to mention he was younger then them. He was often called names, tho none of them realy effected him as he knew the difference in age, and thus, the other students were hurt, cut down on any pride they had, by the five year old climbing the ranks faster then they could keep up. Many parents came in the classroom to observe Cirrus, just to see how much harder they had to push their children. They needed examples, but what they should know, is they cannot force a child to become the greatest, the child must want to be the greatest. The other children only wanted to show their parents what they could do, make them proud, they had short term goals, inferior, irrelevant, short term goals. This is what kept Cirrus from all the rest. He did not feel he needed to impress his parents, all his studies of thory and psychology led him to beleive his parents would be proud no matter what he did, so he seeked out power and ability, more then parental approval. Despite his age, Cirrus was not the smallest kid in the class. He was quite large for his age, rivaling the moderately sized males in the classroom, being often stronger then half the larger boys. His extreme training would only continue, his strength and mind would only gain, never lessening in potential, never becoming too full. When it came time for the Physical portion of the Academy, Cirrus could jump a wall in a hearbeat. He could outrun many of the students, even if he was not faster then them. His stamina surpassed more then two thirds all the other students. He was better then them all. His only downfall was he was young still, immature, in the eyes of others. This would soon be overcome, but not without age. For age brings wisdom, even to the wisest.. Impatiently waiting for the academy to pass, Cirrus stood in line to register at his first day of school. Accompanied by his cousin Ferit who had just turned 10. As they say, the gig was on. He easily passed every class ahead of everyone else, tho he did often hold back so he could help Ferit along. His teachers were amazed that a child 5 years younger then all the rest of the students could surpass each and every student at everything, from basic knowledge, history, to the final test, instead of making a single clone, Cirrus made 5. The Hokage shook his head, it was more of a show off act then anything, and the wise kage knew it. His Academy diploma at hand Cirrus continued his persuit of being legendary amongst his clan, already, he was getting in the books. Going home the day of his graduation, he was sat at the head seat of th council. The spot reserved for him when he would reign over his clan and set the fueds straight. Unaware, that the reason he sat at the front of the table that day, was because his clan was going to war with another. The Great Xiahiw were going to war with a can from Kirigakure, it woud be held in secret, so no interference would be dictated by any of the Kages. He planned battle procedures with the council. Laying maps of the area, he could finnaly understand what they were used for, getting first hand experience. One never understands fully until they have fully experienced what they wish to understand. His ability to plot the destuction of others worried the council slightly, however, did not waver them. It was one of the greatest skills a Shinobi could have, especially a Shinobi of the Xiahiw. The plans of Cirrus were held strict and he led the most succesfull campaign against any enemy in the history of his clan. A most astounding victory indeed. He was now, a legend. The greatest tactical magistrate of the Xiahiw, at age 5. A graduate of the academy, at age 5, and there was more to come... | |

| Genin Arc - Cirrus was now 6, he had taken on all that was to be his clan. He would now rise as a Genin. Training was fierce, but nothing to him. His team was well trained, as he was apart of it. They were the future of Konoha, should have been trained by the Hokage in person, however, were not so lucky. They were better then all the rest, always had been, and soon, always will be. For many, their power was only a sign of destruction on the village. To prevent the inevitable rage of one of the Genin, the Hokage was sure not to train them himself. Even tho he did assign the best teacher the village had, other then himself. The team of Genins were the ultimate team, led by Cirrus on the secondary. When the Jounin was not there to help, Cirrus took it upon himself to help his team rise to the top, farther then they had already. He took them to their clan headquarters to train. Many a time he was called on by the council because of it, but every time he insisted it was for the best. The council trusted his guidance, even tho he was young. They had discovered age was not exactly the key to becoming the greatest. Trusting in their youthfull leader was always the best way to go about things, especially because Cirrus always had his way, whether he had to remove a council member, or partake in more and more clan related jobs, he would make the world a better place for his clan, his clan alone. His team was becoming a stronger fellowship, leaders of the future. This the Hokage saw, and he groveled at the potential, regreting not training them himself. He was given many missions as a young prodigy, known for his quick thinking and precise evaluations of situations. He could get a cat out of a tree from a mile away. He could walk someone's dog without a problem. He could cut a tree, trim a tree, shape a tree. He performed any task placed in front of him quickly, efficiently, and without hesitation. He took his time learning, and seeked to out perform everyone on the field. The signs of a true warrior, one of patience, and will. Only time would tell however, whether or not he would become all he could, the best. He was given his first mission with action when he turned 7, a hostage situation in one of the outer towns. The Hokage had strictly stated, 'minimal loss of life, if any'. That would be a flaw in Cirrus's plan. Instead of destroying the building and letting the rubble tell the tale, he had to be specific in who he saved. Being the master tactician he was, that would not be difficult, however, it did bug him, his plans always succeeded. He snuck onto the top of the building, he listened with his instinct and carved a hole silently in the roof, dropping down suddenly, he disposed of the terrorist from the back. The hostages escaped quickly, the terrorist had a split spinal cord and would not be getting up. Leaving the building, he did not realize that he had just killed a man. He looked back, staring at the blood on the ground. They say you feel all the emotions of a person when you kill them, as they die, leave their body. You know who someone truly is. Once you kill someone, it becomes habit, you enjoy it more and more. This was true for all cases, even the best of them. After the mission, the Chuunin exams would start. The Chuunin exams were set by all the Kages. This one would be tough for all those whom opposed Konoha, Cirrus was a patriot, even his allies who were his enemies he helped. He defeated swiftly anyone who got in his way, and helped Konoha achieve more Chuunin then the rest. His test he passed flawlessly, there was no competition for this boy. Graduating into the ranks of Chuunin, first in his class, at age 8. Chuunin Arc- Cirrus rose quickly in ability. He did every mission that he could get his hands on, him and his team loved the action. He was known along the lands, when he showed up so did hope. Tho he wasn't exactly considered sane, he was looked highly upon. He did his best to help those in need regardless of their needs. Unfortunately, he had a hidden bloodlust within him. This bloodlust would emerge in due time. With great power comes great ego, with great ego comes great pain. His favorite mission was a very simple one, he had to read to the son of a man who had gone blind in a battle previously. The man was anbu when it occured and needed time to adjust to the change. He would however continue fighting. The boy had a favorite book, the book was strange but still the boys favorite. The first chapter was rediculously long and had made the kid fall asleep before Cirrus had time to finish, it read, ""The cave echoed, its' darkness was unbearable to anyone who was neither dwarven nor orc. The sounds of dripping water were heard everywhere. A scent of mold and diseased animal filled the air, with each breath, one became nautious. The disorienting feeling of the cave crept through the bones of anyone whom entered. There was scarce amounts of light, provided only by the torches of the two Elves whom entered, which was by far insufficient. Tho the outside of the cave was a wonderous forest, it seemed as if an aura of death prevented anything from growing near it. Bats hung from the top of the cave, the ceiling, unreachable to the two elves. Yellow eyes scattered and blinked above them, as the elven footsteps were heared by the black creatures. Laughing echoed through the cave. It was like nothing they had heard before. There was a different kind of evil in this cave. Neither orc, nor man, nor troll, this was an abomination to the world. Some foul creation, a spawn of Thael'ar the Burdened. Thael'ar however, was not as his title described, he was not burdened, simply mad. His deeds plauged the lands in which he dwelled, the island of Infetel'alar. Known for his undead creations, Thael'ar was a grave robber, a murderer. The two elves, both male, crept quitely into the cave, swords drawn. They were here as mercenaries to collect pay on the head of the Skinwalker. An undead creature who killed all those traveling the nearby path, consuming their corpses. The first, a moderately sized elf, clearly conditioned, wore tattered black pants, and a silken shirt. His hair was dark grey, laying down past his shoulder line. He attempted to grow a mustache, unfortunately, his pure elven origins prevented more then peach fuzz. His eyes were pale green, which glistened in the darkness. The other, was slightly taller, wearing nearly the same clothing, with the exception that his hair was black, and he wore a necklace. It was plain silver, tight link necklace which had sentimental value. An engraving on the back read in elven , "Darkness may sorround all that you know, let your blade be the silver lining, the path to peace." Both the elves swords seemed ornately decorated, having likely been passed through their family to them. One was a fighter, the other, was of barbaric natures. Together they had traveled in search of bountys. Having been exiled from their native lands, and born together in the same elven colony, Faelix and Kinfario were like brothers. The two were cast out for refusing the path which the elves were to take, to flee from a raiding party of humans. Instead of fleeing, the two chose battle, to fight against the humans. For that, they were banished. So they left the forest, their origins, to find a different path. One that involved helping the world, removing evils from wherever they could. Moving through the cave which seemed to be an endless road of darkness, the shorter elf, Kinfario, spoke, "Faelix, there is still time to turn back. This creature, we know nothing of it.. Are you su.." before he could finish speaking, a spear flew through the darkness, impaling the elf. Kinfario was nearly dead before he hit the ground. He dropped to his knees, blood flowing down the side of his mouth. Coughing lightly, he looked up to Faelix, before the darkness consumed him. His head rolled backwards, his eyes remained open. Falling forwards, his stance remained on both knees, the spear holding his body from falling. Blood trickled down his mouth, landing on the spear, and falling to the caves' stone floor. Faelix roared in anger, in rage, his barbaric nature was taking over, his comrade had fallen. He reacted swiftly, picking up the deceased elf's sword and stood on the ready, eyes bloodshot, ready for battle. Another disgusting laugh echoed through the cave walls, an even fouler scent then the cave had already, rushed through the air. Large footsteps were heard moving quickly towards Faelix, a charging evil. There was very little time, Faelix stepped behind his fallen companion, unable to think, he wanted blood, that is all that would quench his rage. A figure burst through the darkness, Faelix jammed his foot down on the end of the spear, which shot up, impaling the strange creature. The Skinwalker appeared grim, face half-decayed, with body parts from what appeared to be many large bodies. Sew marks and thread were all over the limbs of the creature, as if it was made from the dead. Its' eyes were an infernal red, as if empowered by darkness. Blood stained clothing, and a dull axe were what appeared to be its' belongings. The tattered shirt, half ripped off, its' pants torn on the left leg. The creature laughed, swinging the axe at Faelix furiously, who ducked, before jumping towards the creature, sticking both blades through Skinwalker's neck. A wailing screech, as if a banshee was impaled, echoed through the cave. Very little blood dripped from the wounds, the wail of the creature shooting blood into Faelix's face. He spat at the creature. A growl, and with one last movement, the creature headbutted Faelix, who fell to the ground unconscious, blood from both, on the forehead of the fallen elf. Having beheaded himself with his final act, Skinwalker grunted, the swords clanked, hitting the ground, as head rolled from body. His fall, toppling the fallen elf's body as well. The expression on the headless creature was unforgettable, as the eyes of Faelix closed, evil, evil was all that was seen in the Skinwalkers crimson pupils. Faelix fell unconscious.." Simple missions were the most favored for Cirrus. They allowed him to relax, take a breath. To dwell on the power that he could achieve. To grow with bloodlust and hunger for strength. When Cirrus returned to report the mission successful, he was recruited into the ranks of Chuunin Anbu. A program designed for Chuunin who will become Anbu after their training is done. A very strict program, Cirrus accepted the offer and began his training. Chuunin Anbu Arc - The training was rough. Every day the routine was the same, there was no delay in force. Random missions were handed out and each day another went missing in action. Death was a common occurance amongst the ranks of Anbu it seemed. Learning the ways was incredibly hard, it was no wonder the Anbu were feared as recon and assasins. Their training was only missing becoming a god. Everything else it seemed they were trained to do. The training focused on strength, control, endurance. Speed was not neccesary as long as one could outrun an opponet or a target. Essentialyl, the training promoted everything and jutsu development was high on the list for everyone within it. Cirrus was a genjutsu master at this point. It appeared he was nearly unrivaled in all his ventures. Despite his confidence he continued to hone and grow in his abilities. Every day appeared the same, except the last day of the academy. The potential Anbu had no idea what they were about to face. The final phase of the training required them to infiltrate an enemy village, pull intel from the Kage of the villages desk, and walk away untouched, unseen. This task sounded almost impossible. Cirrus was assigned to Kumogakure, Land of Lightning. This is where his dreams started. The night before Cirrus left to enter the village, he had a very abnormal dream, "Cirrus walked hooded to the gates of the village of lightning. He was halted by Chuunin. They questioned him, "You there, why do you come here?". Cirrus raised his head, "I come to stay for the day, I hear there are great restraunts in your village." The chuunin looked at eachother, raised shoulders and opened the gates to their destruction. Walking into the village he immdiately spotted the Kage's office. The administration building must be the first to go, and it must go fast. He would wait till night. Night came, Cirrus sat in an allyway waiting patiently. He drew explosion tags from his bag. He placed them strategically along the Administration buildings, no exit could be made, the building would be demolished. He has yet to take over a village, so this is a new experience. He silently made his way to the suspected Anbu base, there, he did the same as he had done to the administration building. Now only Jounin and Chuunin stood in his way. Nothing had blown up yet, and he guessed that a large amount of the Jounin stayed in homes along higher priced locations. They were on the upside of town, he would not deal with them. He placed tags along the watchtowers, his Anbu captain skills being harnessed, he was undetectable. He then wandered to the gates, there guards were positioned outside. He placed tags above it, to collapse on top and block off the exit. Tho the walls would be avoidable for anyone of high skill. He went back to the alleyway and made the handsign of destruction. Like fireworks the Administration building and the Anbu headquarters exploded. Watch towers crumbled to dust. Panic struck the city as Jounin began to gather people to them. He spotted them, they gathered at the center of the town. He waited until all had gathered there, then he rolled in dust in the alleyway, stood, and ran to the center aswell. When there, he made handsigns. No one saw this, but they were made. Flowers arose from the ground all around them, the people were dazed in awe. Then, as they had came, they exploded in bolts of lightning massacring the entire town. The village hidden in lightning fell. Academy students and Genin ran out of their homes in a panic, what was going on? Cirrus would take them in as his own, raise them as his own, his children... He awoke in fright, he didn't want to raise any silly genin or academy students. The thought occured to him, he didn't mind slaughtering the country, but raising a bunch of kids wasn't on the agenda? He shook it off and continued on. To make things short, the training had payed off and nearly all of the new anbu made their objective.
Jounin Anbu Arc - Renowned as one of the best Genjutsu users ever to have lived, little beleived Cirrus had a rival when it came to genjutsu. He had more complete missions under his belt then many of the older Shinobi. He trained day and night when he was not at work, learning and practicing. He excelled faster then anyone in the history of Konoha, and when he was 16, he was assigned as a Jounin Anbu Captain. Leader of one of the squads of shadows.
Anbu Captain - Cirrus spent many of his days as an anbu captain. He did all the tasks ever laid out for him. Whether it was for his clan or his country, he did it. All until it came to protecting the Hokage from his cousin, his best friend. Cirrus was set on guard duty, his squad was away. He noticed a flicker from a weapon in the distance, he knew the Hokage would be under seige. Quickly, he hid himself, able to deflect many attacks if they were sent on the Hokage. He replaced the Hokage with himself, disguised. The attacker came near and Cirrus slit his throat. Lifting the mask, he saw it was his cousin. His best friend had died, because of the Hokage..
Rouge Arc - Cirrus would seek revenge on the Hokage, however, had many other tales to create before he did. He wanted to be able to take on the entire village at once, he needed the best genjutsu he could ever develope. Conscidered an S level missing Ninja, one of the top priorities in every bingo book, he left the country, ready to plot his revenge... After he left the village he spent a lot of time in libraries reading about ancheint shinobi and some techniques they had. Recreating power is what he wanted to do the most. Tho he read many, he was fond of one, the Legend of Shukumei was the title. Before he went into the book, he read the summary. "Based on an anchient legend, the Naraku." it began, "Shukumei's parents, Lei and Kayl where excited when Kayl found out that Lei was pregnant. He had hoped for a child, and so he was to receive one. Lei and Kayl had gone through much together, however, were growing farther and farther apart. Lei always over-reacted and Kayl had quite the temper, however he never hit Lei even in the most brutal of rages. They both hoped the baby would bring them closer together... Their hopes were wrong. Lei went through stages of depression and Kayl didn't know what he could do. One day Lei randomly went through a phase of anger insulting Kayl, telling him such things as the world would be better without his existance. This went on for months. One month from the due date of the baby, Kayl could no longer handle Lei, however, because he had no one else, slit his wrists in front of Lei and ran a sword across his stomach letting out his intestine onto the ground in front of Lei. At that moment Lei went into labor and gave birth without any doctors. The baby was three weeks early and was given birth over the body of his father. Lei didn't even name the baby before she impaled herself with the sword that Kayl had used to kill himself.
A wandering monk by the name of Fial went into the house to find the event had taken place. He saw the baby and picked him up. He knew little of raising babys however felt a child raised by his temple would grow to be a great leader in his temple, the temple of Shao-Fun. He took the baby but not before blessing the bodys that were laying one on the other both a greousome death. He felt there was no other way except to burn the bodys inside the house with the house coming down on top of them. He felt this would set them free. He took the child to the temple and entered the room of the elders. He showed them the baby and told them the story and what he had done. The elders approved of his actions and called a meeting of the monks. This meeting was to name the baby. They disccused the child's future before finnaly coming up with a name. They named him Shukumei Naraku, or Fate of Hell.
The monk schedule was simple. Spiritual training, Martial Arts, and exorcism of demonic presences and spirits. The Spiritual training involved much into detail of tracking by spirit, the anchient spirits, the human spirit and soul. Each monk could eventually locate anything in the area due to a trained 360 degree spirit energy senses. The martial arts the monks learned were vital to the monk's survival. The monks were taught a very unique, powerful, and anchient form of Taijutsu. This form of Taijutsu taught the monks each point in and on the body to disable other parts of the body. Direct hits or slight hits of nerves causing other body parts to shut down until other re-activation nerves were triggered. This of course could be used to mortally wound and so it was law that the monks only use the art in very dire situations. Each monk gradually went up in weights, the highest lifting monk in the temple carried two weights on each of his arms and legs with a combined weight of 8000lbs. The sealing arts the Monks were taught involved sealing of spirits, demons, lost souls, earthbound souls, and a variety of other seals. However, there were many devised by anchient monks that could extract peices of a human soul or evan an entire human soul from a body. The monks kept these locked under the temple of elders. The abbey had a vast library with knowledge from nearly every event in recorded history, and many those that were not recorded anywere else. Many fabled documents also existed in this library. All the items in the Shao-Fun temple made the temple constantly under attack by raiders.
Shukumei grew up not knowing the fate of his parents and had been told that only the gods could tell him his fate or his past. He received the monk tatoos when he was 6. He grew up following the monk schedule, however, he advanced much faster in all the training and so took much of his time into the books in the great library. When he was 12 he was capable of lifting half that of the heaviest lifter in the temple, he could out-seal almost any of the monks aswell as track spirits from a greater distance then many. When he was 13, he found he had many dreams of future events and moved alot of actions on these dreams. When he was 14, he had read every thing in the great library and was hungry for knowledge. His extreme bordome came from his completion and absolute mastery of everything the monks could teach him. One day he heard of the great scrolls under the temple of elders and saught them out. He snuck out one night and found the scrolls, studying them without consequence. Once done he placed them back as they were and moved back to his room, however, not before noticing ninja sneaking over the Abbey walls. He sounded the alarm and outran monks from within their sleeping quarters. The group attacking the Abbey was none they had seen before. There were easily 100 ninja moving over the walls. The monks were sorrounded. Shukumei knew many he loved would die this night. The battle began. It lasted for approximately four days, six hours. When it was done, Shukumei and one of the elders were the only ones alive. The elder however, was dieng. He walked to the elder who was coughing up blood. He teared from the eyes as he watched the last of his temple die. His furry roared as he ran for the anchient sealing scrolls. He followed the seals step by step without error and tore the remaining souls from each attacking ninja storing every one of them in a possesion from one of the deceased monks. When he was done, he burried the items so that none of the attaker's souls may ever rest, so they would sit in the items for all eterenity.
He wandered from the temple, continuing the practices of the monks each day. He swore on his soul that he would search out each and every demon and earthbound spirit, destroying them as the monks taught him to do. Defending himself against every ninja that challenged him, he faught almost every day of his life until the moment he met a young female ninja from the hidden mist country. He and she talked, fell in love and had planed to marry. He was 16 at this time. They were set to marry on her 17th birthday, however, somehow other shinobi from the village discovered this and told the Kage of the village. She was called to trial for treason. She was found guilty and sentenced to death. He watched his love die in front of him, the last person he would have concern for. He vowed that day to seek revenge on those whom have commited such crimes and became self-righteous on a personal crusade.
Shukumei faught his first demon, anchient demon who was tearing through a village. They faught, demon and man for three days, the demon never tiring, Shukumei never losing morale. Shukumei fell back, the demon had struck Shukumei into near defeat. As the darkness began to consume the eyes of Shukumei, he heard the voices of the monks from his temple. "Arise, you dare not fall to this creature, you dare not dishonor our memory." He tried to speak to the spirits, however he could not. He was simply speachless, tears running from his eyes as he had the flashback of watching every one of his brothers die. Everyone one of those he loved. He stood, fearless, staring into the eyes of death. He tapped into the sacred seal of the Shao-Fun and charged the demon, memory and honor of the monks in his heart. He tore through the demon's face strike by strike. The demon began to waver. However, SHukumei did not let up, attacking again and again, avoiding each move the demon made. He would not and could not stop. He charged the demon one last time and the beast fell, dispersing into nothingness. Shukumei teared from the eyes, "Brothers.. Help me.. Forgive me.. Please! Do not leave me!" He cried until he passed out.
The villagers did not beleive their eyes, a demon had fallen to Shukumei. They took him in and nursed him to health. While he was there a woman fell in love with him. He too loved her, however he could not share love with her as he had lost too much. He tried dearly but only ended up breaking her heart as he had to leave the village forever. The woman commited suicide the following day, Shukumei never heard of this news, he beleived he would return to the woman someday.
One year later when Shukumei was 18, he returned to the village in search of the woman. He heard of the news and was crushed once again. He could no longer bear the loss, his fate was to be alone, this he beleived. He vowed to hold his love within himself as everyone he loves dies. He could no not bear any more loss. He left the village and continued his quest, to slay demons and spirits alike, to stop all that threatened the memory of his beloved monks. To continue that which he swore to do so very long ago..." the backround story was very interesting. Creative in many senses if the story was not true. Regardless, there was much more study to do. If he was to be powerful enough to destroy those who crossed him, such as the Hokage, he would need more then a few fairy tales. When Cirrus was done with his study, he proceeded to the forests. His mind was filled with many objects that had to be relaxed. The forests' queit being often helped him think. 'Hitomi searched around the area with her sharingan. Earlier she had told Cirrus to continue on a little while she and the Hokage spoke. The conversation hadnt lasted long, but convincing the two ANBU ,that were supposed to follow her, to go back home was more difficult and time consuming. After a little talking and a rank superiority confrontation, Hitomi had forced the two ANBU members to go back with the Hokage. They swiftly ran off into the distance and left Hitomi alone. She turned around and used her sharingan to scan the ground for Cirrus's tracks. It took her just a couple minutes before she found the path.
He seemed to be walking, so Hitomi figured she would catch up with him in no time. He didnt seem to be interested in going to far, so she figured he was lounging around just a little up the road. Hitomi was nervous about what she was going to ask of him. He hadnt really been part of Konoha in a long time; however, he seemed interested in helping Konoha. The plan she had come up with would definently make Konoha a safer place, but it was going to be a pain in the ass to do. She knew; however that Konoha would need her power to be at its absolute maximum in the days to come. Hitomi knew that Cirrus was the only man that could do the job of awakening her sleeping powers, and she also knew that awakening them would give her a great deal of pain. She would bear this pain for the village, and would come to their aid when they needed her.

| She quickly caught up with Cirrus. He was walking down a small path at a leisurely pace. Hitomi jumped down from her position to greet him. Cirrus raised his head to the sky. Taking in a deep breath, he closed his eyes. The path in front of him was relatively small. He began down the main road and swirved off on to a side path. He hadn't a destination at this precise moment, only an idea. Opening his eyes, the light consumed him. It was very bright, the world around him seemed to fade. His ears heard a light ringing rather then any noise. Perfect silence as his body adjusted. He did this often, clearing his mind. Setting down his head, a wind blew as his eyes lowered to level. He blinked, it was warm, refreshing. A mild sense of satisfaction took him as he thought about what happened. He was able to stay in Konoha however couldn't enter. The Hokage would be a fool to think he'd obide by such a rule. He had no intention of harming any citizens of Konoha. That aside, he went where he please anyways. He was limited only by lack of oxygen and insuficient ability, he wasn't a god. Tho a sense of supiriority always drifted over his conscious state, his unconscious mind knew he was alone. Listening to the sorroundings he heard the rustling of Anbu in the fading distance. Half of him said he should go observe. The sound of her voice, he knew she wanted something more from him. She couldn't get it unless she was alone. Her supirior rank would definately come in hand, tho the Hokage may have placed orders of recon on her as well. Understandable considering who they were dealing with, rather who they thought they were dealing with. He wasn't as everyone saw him, he was entirely different. They saw him as something to be feared, he was not, he was the opposite. He embraced those he didn't know with the sense of firmiliarity, he welcomed them with a warm smile that said, "Were old friends.". This immediately put him on the good side of a person, tho it was a manipulative technique, it was neccesary. With this Anbu, she knew parts of his history, even if she didn't, it was on file. She could simply read his entire life. He made no attempts to cover up who he was or what he had done on record. It was pointless. A silence, someone was coming. A light thump, he drew his sword in reflex, his other hand seized a smoke bomb on his side. Hitomi moved through the forest quickly and jumped to the ground with her hands away from her weapons. She knew that Cirrus could possibly be on guard and any agression would provoke him. She didn't want that. She wanted to be friendly like they were back when they were ANBU together. Then a thought crossed her mind. He probably doesnt recognize me because of my mask. To show my trust in him, I should unmask myself. Hitomi slowly put her hand over her mask and pulled it off, putting it slowly on the ground. She revealed her face and smiled at him. She liked to smile, it hid many things, even if it was a sincere smile, the happiness somtimes guarded against fear, and other emotions that were less helpful. " I would rather not have you try to cut me in half, Cirrus."
By now he would either remember who she was from their slight history together, or he would have just lost her face in the many ANBU faces that he had seen and worked with. She promised herself that she wouldnt be dissapointed if he didnt recognize her, she was just another ANBU trainee to him, but he had taught her everything she knew about being an ANBU, silence, assassination, espionage. Hitomi remembered her training days and decided against remembering those times in her life. She had other things that pressed her for time. The Hokage that had taken the mantle for just a little while was ready to step down, and Hitomi wanted to be the best Hokage she could possibly be. For this, she needed more power. Cirrus was the only one that possessed the power of genjutsu to such a magnitude that it would convince Hitomi of what needed to be done to gain her sleeping powers. She needed him to awaken these, but it would be no easy process. He would have to keep a genjutsu going for a decent amount of time, and Hitomi would have to be fully convinced that she was accually performing the action of killing her closest person. The trauma caused by the genjutsu was likely to leave her in the hospital for a week or so, but the power to be gained was definently worth a little pain.
" If you don't mind Cirrus, I would like to walk with you and discuss a few things. First off, I would like to thank your cooperation with our Hokage, and your non-hostility toward a position that had betrayed you in the past. If you don't Remember me, I'm Hitomi, an ANBU trainee that served under you. If you would tell me what you planned to do about the threatening organization, and akatsuki in the future, It would mean a lot to me personally, and to the people that you used to protect." Hitomi paused to let him speak if he would. She was ready to listen to anything he had to say.
Once he was finished, Hitomi continued. " One more thing that I personally would like to tell you. Im disconnecting myself from the village when I say this. I am going to be the new Hokage, the other people that are being considered don't have the skills necessary. I believe I have the skills I need to be a Kage that leads her people to sucess and hapiness, but to do that I need more power than i currently posses. By now you have probably noticed my sharingan. It is my bloodline trait from my clan, the Uchiha, but it is not fully awakened yet. I need it to be awakened and only you can do it. If you would do this for me, I will promise you my full support in what ever you do. You may find this unecessary, but im asking you as Hitomi Uchiha, an old student. Konoha needs you now more than ever." She finished her speech and looked to Cirrus. She didnt know where he would take her words, but she was sincere in every word she had spoken. She only hoped it would be enough.Cirrus turned his head, it was the Anbu female from before. Turning his whole body now, he glanced at her, using his peripherial vision to check the edges and behind her. He raised an eyebrow, Hitomi slowly put her hand over her mask and pulled it off, putting it slowly on the ground. She revealed her face and smiled at him. She spoke, " I would rather not have you try to cut me in half, Cirrus.". Looking down at his sword, he had entirely forgetten he had drawn it. The consistancy in him having to draw it made it a reflex more then a thought process. He smiled lightly putting his sword away and reattaching the smoke bomb to his side. Sighing lightly he responded, "Whoops.. Reflex more then.. Yeah..". Hitomi had come alone, he saw no trackers, no followers. Tho he scarcely went into an investigation of the area, he always kept an eye on his sorroundings. Not a single misplaced leaf that he or her did not touch. She took off her mask, as an Anbu, revealing your identity was a signature on a suicide note, of course she knew this and likely did it as a sign of trust. He wasn't exactly moved by it, but it was a strong gesture in the rankings of Anbu. Her eyes were immediately recognized, tho beautiful as it was, he was disgusted by the Sharingan. It required bloodshed and power to unleash more bloodshed and power. The entire mechanism of its' existence was to kill. It was the only existing object that intimidated him. At one point he had it in his mind to kill every Uchiha member, a very discriminate task, but at the time it seemed like a good idea. Looking back on it, it probably would have been a good idea, it still would be a good idea, unfortunately he just made armistice with one on a personal level. She spoke, " If you don't mind Cirrus, I would like to walk with you and discuss a few things. First off, I would like to thank your cooperation with our Hokage, and your non-hostility toward a position that had betrayed you in the past. If you don't Remember me, I'm Hitomi, an ANBU trainee that served under you. If you would tell me what you planned to do about the threatening organization, and akatsuki in the future, It would mean a lot to me personally, and to the people that you used to protect." Cirrus nodded lightly, and began to respond, "I remember you. I remember faces, its' mandatory when I decide who lives or dies. Anbu, Hunters, Missing ninja looking for bounty, i've had plenty come after me. Some I need to let live, others I cannot let live. As for the Akatsuki, they are a diminishing power. At a point I was intimidated by their existence, now they are a fly on my ever-changing wall. This new organization, I pity it more then I wish to eliminate it. Criminals coming together to achieve a cause of their own which has nothing to do with the wellbeing of themselves or anyone else. Pathetic, honestly, how they think they can walk this earth free. They have no idea the consequence of killing that specific Hokage. I'd been watching him, I enjoyed his style. It was comic yet got the job done. I was going to return to Konoha when he was here, pledge myself once again. Unfortunately, they assasinated the wrong man, a good man, regardless of how stupid he was. At the end of the day, Hitomi. They will all perish in their own filth, I will save their honor so as to save their souls. That is all of them I will save.." He finished and she began to speak once more, " One more thing that I personally would like to tell you. Konoha needs you now more than ever." Once she finished speaking, Cirrus looked into her eyes. 'The Sharingan's power unleashed within a Kage. She wants me to unleash that abysmal creation on these lands? Her intentions may be well, she may think she understands the consequences of power.. Power.. It does things to people no one can understand. I myself do not understand.. Im not sure I want to do this.. Tho.. Wait and see..' His thoughts were brief and his only response was, "Hmmm...". A stream of uncertainty struck him, the next few minutes would decide.. Hitomi continued listen to Cirrus. She figured if he wanted to kill her he would have already attacked. She picked up her mask and put it away in a pack hidden on her back. She raised her hands again to ensure him that she was in no way interested in attacking him. She then put her hands at her sides and started to stroll down the path behind him. She was going to take a quiet walk and enjoy nature. Cirrus had been on his own for so long that Hitomi didnt really know what to say to him. She just hoped he would come on a walk with her. She knew a cliff near their location that had a large waterfall. It was one of her favorite spots and she often visited it with Kenshin on her days off. They had fun splashing each other with water, and having massive water fights. Hitomi almost always won because her elemental affinity was water. That had always been her best element. She easily formed her chakra and turned it into the water chakra needed for those jutsu. She would blast him with cold water and send him flying around. After their fights she would take a large cloth and spread it on the ground. They would just lay there on the ground and enjoy the sound of the waterfall and nature.
She continued to walk down the path listening to the birds. Then decided to speak. " I wish our entire world could be as peaceful as the nature around here. War and military ruins the energy flow of the area. Places marked by war, like destroyed towns and ruined forests, never really return to the peace they once had." She sighed and continued on her way. The energy of the place was decent, but Hitomi felt a weird sense of hate in the road they were walking. She strolled along not really following the path. She veared into a small clearing that lead to the waterfall. Cirrus was hopefully following her, and she went and sat at the waters edge. " Kenshin and I come here on our days off duty, I love this place as though it was my own home. It holds so many fond memories I hold dear to my heart. With the battles comming, I dont know if this place will become a battlefield or not, but I hope it doesnt. This place's energy makes me feel comfortable. The white noise of the waterfall. The slight flow of the water. It is just a calming place. A good place to clear your mind of problems of our bloody lifestyle." She sat with her feet out in front of her, and her eyes were closed.
The calming energy of the area filled her, slowing her breath and allowing her to meditate on some of the happy times she had with Kenshin. She loved him with everything she was. His face lit up her memory, making a quick smile cross her face. She continued to sit there waiting for Cirrus's comments on what his thoughts of peace were. Of course complete peace was a dream only people in fairy tails could achieve, but Hitomi was determined to reach a state that resembled that. She needed this power for her village. She would protect the village of people she held dear. They wouldnt know her until she was made Hokage, and even then they wouldnt know of her past. Hitomi was alone aside of kenshin, but she loved her home and would defend it with her life. Cirrus watched as Hitomi walked forwards, ahead of him. He made sure he no longer had any weapons out while following her path. The wind blew at him from his right, he glanced over at it every few moments. He loved the wind, it was possibly the most beautiful feature in existence, tho invisible. It calmed the world when other means failed. Even in chaos, the wind has its' part in peace, it is the one thing that always occurs. Whether desert or mountains, ocean or inland, the wind always blows, steady, peaceful. Looking up, light glistened through the treetops. They chose an interesting path to start down. Unaware of where they were going, he set his foot behind hers and walked. 'If I help her obtain whatever power it is she wishes to obtain, on her word that I will be given something in return, then I would be putting faith in the individual. This is too uncommon for me to do, the individual is always the same, regardless of the individual. Everyone seeks their own and provides false promises to obtain what they want. It's simply the nature of us as humans. Why waste my time getting her this strength when she could just as easily turn around and use it against me. I would then have wasted my time getting it for her, to take it from her. As much as i'd like to believe that she only has good intentions with it, it seems impossible anyone would go through me to get it. Who in their true right has the nerve and patience to ask me for strength? I help only the general good, I scarcely help the individual unless through the individual a general good would occur. My mind tells me no, my heart would like me to trust her. Never do I listen to my heart, it always gets me in trouble somehow. What should I do..' he thought listening to her start talking. She continued to walk down the path then proceeded to speak. " I wish our entire world could be as peaceful as the nature around here. War and military ruins the energy flow of the area. Places marked by war, like destroyed towns and ruined forests, never really return to the peace they once had." She sighed and continued. She veared into a small clearing that lead to a waterfall, she went and sat at the waters edge. Cirrus paused at the beginning line of sight on the waterfall. Not moving any closer to it, he glanced around at the sorroundings. Hitmoi began to speak again, " Kenshin and I come here on our days off duty, I love this place as though it was my own home. It holds so many fond memories I hold dear to my heart. With the battles comming, I dont know if this place will become a battlefield or not, but I hope it doesnt. This place's energy makes me feel comfortable. The white noise of the waterfall. The slight flow of the water. It is just a calming place. A good place to clear your mind of problems of our bloody lifestyle." She sat with her feet out in front of her, he couldn't see it but her eyes were closed. Taking slow steps toward her and the water, he glanced around taking in information. He was always cautious in new places, it was a do or die situation to him at all times. When he felt it was safe, he proceeded forward sitting down, back against a tree roughly 3 meters (about 9 feet) from the water. He took in slow, deep breaths. "You're understanding my position in helping anyone at the moment I hope. Giving power to anyone, regardless of their position in society is something I do not do. That isn't to say I will not do it, simply that I do not raise my own destruction. I do what I see benefits society the most, giving you power may benefit society which is the only reason I would think on considering it. However, this is a very.. abnormal request. Anyone who comes to me for this sort of help is obviously out of options. I am not a person to walk up to and ask for cookies, so to speak. I stand alone in this world, so it has been and may just always be. Clearly trusting anyone is out of the question. This task, giving you a power that may rival my own, it is one that requires a significantly larger trust threshold. Whether or not we can even conjure such a thing is up to you entirely.." he paused, yawning lightly. "Besides, you barely know me. How can you trust me to do anything for you without having to feel a sword in your back? Why would you take my word that I will not kill you doing whatever it is you'd like me to do. Why would you take my word on anything?.." he spoke softly, tho very direct and hostile words, the light tone made them sound more general. Hitomi continued to center herself as Cirrus spoke. He had followed her, and seemed to make himself comfortable behind her. She had her eyes closed but the sounds he made gave away what he was doing. He sat under a tree and started to speak to her."You're understanding my position in helping anyone at the moment I hope. Besides, you barely know me. How can you trust me to do anything for you without having to feel a sword in your back? Why would you take my word that I will not kill you doing whatever it is you'd like me to do. Why would you take my word on anything?.." Hitomi smiled when he spoke of raising his own destruction. He thought she was going to try to kill him with the power he was debating giving her. That was an idea that was obviously a big deal to him when it wasnt for Hitomi. She hadn't even thought of betraying him. Hitomi had always looked up to Cirrus as her ANBU captain, and he had taught her what she knew about being an ANBU.
The reason she wanted this power was not her own. Konoha was in a desperate Situation. Hitomi was the youngest person to be chosen as Hokage, and because of the string of recent Kages, there was little faith in Konoha. They werent seen as a counrty of power anymore. At any time, the other villages could decide to attack Konoha, in fact Hitomi had some intel from a special intelligence squad of ANBU in Kiri that told of the Mizukage journeying to Konoha to declare war. She expected another report soon, but she didnt expect much of a change. He was thinking of attacking Konoha when they were at their weakest. Despite her existance being masked in shadow by the ANBU black ops, Hitomi still loved the people that she had lived with from the time she was born until she joined ANBU. She would give her life for the village with only one regret.... the pain Kenshin would feel when he was informed of her death. She would do almost anything to keep Kenshin's smile bright, but if it came down to it, Hitomi would still give her life to protect her people. Cirrus finished his short speech, asking Hitomi why she trusted him enough to put her life in his hands. Hitomi thought about it for just a minute then started to speak. " Its pretty simple why i trust you. Though you may think its funny. My instincts draw me to you. Its an energy you give off. I feel like you and I are alot alike. We love the peace and tranquility, but are forced into the ninja lifestyle over and over. I dont want to kill people. Believe me... I would much prefer to just come here with Kenshin every day. We could live together and spend our lives together. However, things like this are fairy tails for a reason. Some people in this world are demons. They feast on battle and blood, but I will not let them take Konoha on the path to destruction. My people will live in a peacful era... I will make sure of that, and I would be honored if you would help me in this pursuit. You say i might use this power against you... but I have no intention of doing that... You were, and will always be my senpai, and I will honor our old bond. In fact... even if you dont help, I plan to erase your name from the Bingo books. You wont need to stain your hands in your brethren's blood any longer. Konoha will no longer chase you as an enemy. I hope my instincts arent leading me astray." Hitomi finished speaking. All the words she spoke were directly from her heart. If Cirrus decided to kill her now, Konoha would survive. they would choose another Hokage, and maybe he would be good for Konoha. Hitomi was prepared for whatever came to her, and she waited quietly for Cirrus to respond. Cirrus closed his eyes in exaughstion. He wouldn't sleep this day, it would be a long day. The wind blew gently against his face, his hair moved and swayed, the natural spikes bent lightly against the force. Nature was a being to be envied by all. People thrashed the perfect beauty constantly in their struggles of glory. They had little idea what it was they were destroying, the perfect decaying as people conquered more and more. Sighing, Cirrus opened his eyes and looked to the sky. His legs layed flat against the cold grass covered ground. Hitomi began to speak, tho listening he did not move, "Its pretty simple why i trust you. Though you may think its funny. My instincts draw me to you. Its an energy you give off. I feel like you and I are alot alike. We love the peace and tranquility, but are forced into the ninja lifestyle over and over. I dont want to kill people. Believe me... You wont need to stain your hands in your brethren's blood any longer. Konoha will no longer chase you as an enemy. I hope my instincts arent leading me astray." Hitomi finished and Cirrus lowered his head to look at her. Her constant talk of Kenshin, at one point Cirrus had a kill order on someone named Kenshin, tho it was created by him. At the moment, he didn't recall why he was going to kill the person, simply that he was going to. A few years ago Cirrus would have killed the Hokage, Hitomi, the Anbu, and went inside the village to continue. He grew wise, tho still young. With a brief train of thought, Cirrus responded, "Hitomi, tho it may seem on the outside people are alike, this does not mean we are anywhere near alike on the inside. I give off a lot of energy, due to my nature im sure it changes.. As for peace, there is no such thing as peace. Peace is simply a period in which everyone is briefly satisified with what they have. Even if a perfect nation existed, they would not have peace. Economics teach us that no one is ever satisified, they always want something more. The world cannot supply an infinite amount of resource for an infinite amount of want. There will always be fighting over nature, as that in the end is all anyone is fighting over.. What is it you had in mind for me to do?" he spoke in a calm, tired voice. He researched the Sharingan in his old days. He knew exactly what he was going to have to do. He was the only one who could kill without killing. Hitomi finished her meditation and opened her eyes. She felt slightly refreshed, but still weary of the task that lay before them. She listened to his newest response to her. It was a little bitter, but that was to be expected of somone that had lived on the land hating the leader of the village he had once loved. "Hitomi, tho it may seem on the outside people are alike, this does not mean we are anywhere near alike on the inside. What is it you had in mind for me to do?" Hitomi was happy and surprised that he had responded like this. She expected him to completely deny her and run off, never for her to see again. Instead he seemed to be heading in the direction of helping her. Hitomi knew that Cirrus was a master ANBU and had almost definently researched all there was to know about all the clans of the village and most of the ones of other villages. He needed to know this information so he could become a more efficient killer. He would know about the most powerful version of the sharingan, but he wouldnt know the powers she would gain. Every eye was different, and the techniques that could be originated from them varied from person to person. This all ran through her head quickly, but she decided to continue with their converstation.
The mist from the waterfall had settled slightly over her body, so the small tendrils of water streaked down her slightly plastered clothes to her legs. These drops were slightly cold, but Hitomi had been trained to ward off cold and heat. She barely noticed them as she was standing up. She turned slowly around and faced Cirrus. He seemed to be tired, but unwilling to get some rest. He would have to get over this if they were do continue the process of what they were doing.
The details of what Cirrus would have to do to her flashed through her mind. This was going to hurt her physically, mentally, and emotionally. It had to or the process would be a failure. She looked at him with her normal eyes. The sharingan could be peircing and uncomfortable at times, and he probably didnt want to have her noticing everything about him while he was speaking. "" Well... typically my clan were barbarians. They killed their best friends to obtain this new eye. I refuse to go by that standard, and then I thought of you. The man with the most powerful genjutsu I could think of. I have studied our clan archives and the history on the sharingan long enough to have come up with this strategy. Sharingan is based on emotional trauma. It is awakened and upgraded, peice by peice in life threatening and emotional shocks. The last level the sharingan can ascend to is the Mangekyou. The ultimate emotional shock is required for it to awaken. You must be forced to kill somone as close as family too you and the trauma will release the power within you. To do this, I have to really believe I killed Kenshin. It will hurt me to do this, but it must be done. I can bear the pain." She knew that Cirrus would think her foolish for what she said, but it was the only thing that could be said. She could just deal with him thinking less of her.
She walked to the nearest tree, and unarmed herself. She took off her sword, her pouch, and everything that contained any sort of weapons. Then, she walked over within 5 feet of Cirrus, and sat down in front of him, looking into his eyes. She was ready for his response and ready for the mental torture she would soon be going through.'He awoke in a rough state. His dreams called him to Konoha, but why? He knew his mind placed him in a strange situation with this made up person. Why did his consciousness drive him to Konoha? Was it that he still felt a strange bond to this land? It couldn't be. He would never help the land that betrayed him. Never. Providng a power for a new Kage would be the least he had on the agenda. Still.. It was all still, the night, the moon, the forest. Sitting on the edge of the forest, the place where predators picked off their prey, he pondered the unforgiveable things he has done. Many people see the faces of everyone they've killed, fortunately for him, there are many faces he did not see. Tho only one in particular plauges him greatly, the death of his cousin, the only concern hes ever had for the dead. Still plauged by a memory most would have grown to part with, keeps him down. The moons gaze was especially beautiful this night, as it was full. High in the sky, its' aura calmed all but the ocean, whos might was especially great this night. There are legends about the moon and the ocean, as there are legends about gods and the earth. Many of false origins, but all still existant. He was alone, as the moon. The ability to call forth the rage of the ocean, but never able to feel that which it feels, know that which mortal men allow, their emotions are apart from his own. Growing into an emotionless being, having to ignore the lives of many for a cause that falls under the shoe of everything else. His cause was pointless, it was useless. No one wants perfection, if it means totalitarianism. Despite that, there was one benefit to the creation of the end, he no longer had to listen to ignorant politics from the foolish Kages. They feel they are wise, strong, they are no more then peasents in wheat fields. Used for labor, to 'give birth' to a successful country. They know nothing about this, they are fools for trying to hold down a country, to please everyone, when the one person whom they do not please, the main person who should be happy, themselves. They sacrafice their own for everyone else, this would be acceptable, were they only smart enough to find a little happiness. He stood, slowly. His leg was asleep from meditation. The edge of the forest brings peace from all worlds. As if a border, a portal so to speak, from three worlds, the sky, the valley, and the forest. Each comes together in peace at the edge, the only place in which this occurs. So it is there where meditating is most peaceful, most assistant in whatever case. A light warm breeze blew by his silver hair, his shirt patted lightly against him as it fluttered softly in the wind. He wore his usual black, as there was no reason to get reative. He shook his head lightly, from left, to right, and yawned. He was two different people, alone, and in the face of others. He had to be, to maintain a disciplined nation, one had to practice two-faced discipline. He felt remorse, alone, tho he shouldn't, it occured. Nothing could prevent that. This was one feeling whos purpose seemed only punishment. "Many mass murderers slaughter without remorse, why can I not pass these events on? Why do they bring me this woe?..". He began walking, having been already on the outskirts of Kumogakure, he proceeded in the direction of Konoha. Walking silently along no path, but a direction. The awnser lies in Konoha, as it does the origin, to the origin he shall go. To find out why he is still drawn to the land. He must break ties, he must kill..
.. And then he woke up.. Cirrus had just undergone, as he was born, his past life.

| RP Sample: Cirrus listened, he was not very keen on being placed at a lower level then this man. He spoke as if he could actually harm Cirrus. That wasn't acceptable, however would be accepted. There wasn't much he could do. With no intentions that would harm Konoha, and needing Konoha to discover this new organization. To seek vengeance against this organization for striking at his country, he would have to first convince his country he means only good. This was the task at hand, and a difficult one it was being. He smiled lightly glancing back and forth from the two. It was so ironic, he stood here before the elite of Konoha. He was once the elite of Konoha, unchallenged in the lands. It was safe, there were no assasinations, no killings, no murders or theiveries. The country was safe under his arm. The land now, has changed. He left, tho it is likely not the reason, and Konoha has become light chaos. This new organization was the cause. 'Unacceptable..'. His thoughts raced, the light wind blowing against him. It was comforting, calming even, to be back in this country. The place where he grew up, the place where he became a true warrior. A man of honor, one whom upholds what he saw right. Where he became powerful.. This land.. It is where he fell low enough to leave.. He put his problems on the Hokage, thus placing them on the land. 'The Hokage was the cause.. the cause of his death.. but what if I hadn't been there to stop him?.. He would be the cause of the Hokages death.. Clan above all else, family above the rest.. but I did my duty.. I protected the Hokage, while betraying my clan?..' He wavered slightly on these thoughts. Hearing the Hokage respond, Cirrus watched his actions against his words. He watched actions against words to predict reasoning behind it, to tell if someone was lying. Morel grinned as he shifted the pipe around in his mouth. "Well, I certainly hope no disturbances come from this conversation. I really don't want to get my hands messy, causes real problems when trying to do paperwork". He took a short pause to exhale a small cloud of smoke. The gray mist fading quickly in the open air. "Well, you were kind enough to introduce yourself, so best I return the favor. I doubt you don't already know my name but in any case, my name is Morel. Former Hokage, currently filling in the gap until the next one is chosen". He paused again, exhaling more smoke. Cirrus nodded lightly a single time. The man turned towards the female Anbu and spoke. He told her she could speak her mind on the situation, which ment he was in fact accepting opinions. Likely only because she was potential Hokage, to see how she handled things, but still open to opinions. Cirrus continued to watch and listen. "Anyway" He continued, turning his attention back to Cirrus. "So, we have another organization out there to worry about? First Akatsuki and now this. Young people these days... Just no helping some of them is there?" The latter half of his sentence trailed off and would be barely audible to anyone. "So, what sort of information do you have on this organization? Do you have a name? Members? Goal?". After the Hokage finished, Cirrus laughed lightly and spoke, "Indeed, there are more evils in the world then neccesarily acceptable. This is why I am here, this organization managed an attack on my home country. Regardless of whether or not I still reside in these lands. I protected them once, I have yet to stop. Outside of Konoha's walls I have been seeking the evils, watching the Akatsuki. I have been listening to criminals, and removing threat from these lands. Tho you may not see it, I am the whisper in the wind. The keeper from away. You must understand my position, the reason I left. It is in your files I am sure. As for this new organization, I came here to learn of them. I only know there is one around. I am here to uncover them. I seek the assistance of Konoha, as they are threatening Konoha. I feel that uniting against a common enemy is not too far from us. I ask only to reside in Konoha unthreatened while I seek these criminals out. All information will be provided to the Hokage and the Anbu. If chosen, I could use your help as well.. Too long has the world been plauged with these criminal organizations. The Akatsuki, the mist villages swordsman.. Too long.. Now, in both of our interests. Here, we have a chance to come together and seek the removal of them. To imprison them for their evils. I do not seek to be forgiven for my own, only to prevent further from anyone else.." he paused, looking into the female Anbus eyes, what he could see through the mask atleast. Continuing, "I want to help those whom i've helped. I want to be here, for you. For our country." he took in a breath, awaiting response. Still aware of his sorroundings, the rush of wind in the trees provided a beautiful, a peaceful enviornment.

| I doubt that sword would be D ranked, it's massive and has a little sneaky ability. | |

| Seems pretty basic, the metal doesn't make a sound. It's logical, if the blade and hilt are properly adjusted, and im sure there is a certain material I could coat it with, if I have to go that far and research it. I can make it C rank if you want. | |

| My eye's burn from reading all that ^^ Okay, so when i'm looking at equipment i like to give the actual wepon material/size a rank and then rank it's special abilities.
So, if possible Cirrus i'd like to know what material the actual blade itself is made out of and then 'why' it dosen't make any sound? Basicly i'd just like some more information in order to better understand the way your wepon works. In my opinion at the moment tho, i'd say it's D rank possibly a C, but a weak C ranked wepon.

Jutsu
Last but not least what Jutsu does your character possess. For those new to the Naruto RP experience this is often the most daunting section so I will go through it step by step.
Firstly when doing an app all Jutsu must be of the same level or lower then the Nin. For example a Chuunin should never have a Jutsu above B to begin with. The details are as follows:
- Academy Student: D Rank Jutsu or less
- Genin / C Rank Missing Nin: C Rank Jutsu or less
- Chuunin / B Rank Missing Nin: B Rank Jutsu or less
- Jounin or higher / A Rank Missing Nin or higher: Any Rank of Jutsu
[/list] Your rules say otherwise bro. My application is following the rules. ^^ A rank ninja are allowed to have S rank techniques. As for the weapon BB, i've not identified the material, but if neccesary, I could read up a bit on a few that would give it part of the properties.

| Let me rephrase that, your following a guide, not the official rules. Jiro must have made a mistake and that will now be fixed. A-ranked is A-ranked for a reason, because they can have up to that rank of jutsu. | |

| Akatsuki Permission Denied, even if you do get Senkou's permission I won't allow it, it's breaking the deal we set amongst one another. Also, delete the bloody S ranks jutsu. | |

| Adam, there is absolutly no reason I cannot be in the Akatsuki. We made a deal to open up the missing ninja rank for me. The akatsuki rank is already open. I still have my side of the deal fulfilled anyways, so don't worry about it, it isn't hurting anything. Technically, I am getting nothing out of that deal now, and you are getting everything. So, i'd see it more as doing you a favor for free. May as well take it as it is. So i'll just do you that favor, and we can call it even for the favor you did me earlier. | |

| Actually the Akatsuki rank says closed. My deal to you was A rank for her to receive moderator and S rank if she received admin. She is moderator making you eligible for A-ranked missing ninja. | |

| And, the Akatsuki rank was open, so I decided I was going to fill the position. You denying me this rank has no reason, as the position doesn't require your approval for me to enter. If you'd like, i'll remove her as a moderator because you are blocking my path without cause. Would you have her suffer because you're forcing me in a direction? If so, then feel free to restrict me, i'll just make a Genin and she can watch. Either way wont harm me in the least, but what is she going to say when she's no longer permited moderator privledges because your feelings of dominance and control on your site led to my restriction, leading to her restriction? *Shrugs* As I said, either way is fine with me bud. Im applying for a rank which wasn't in our deal, at all, doing you a favor in keeping her as a moderator. You've no cause for holding me from the rank. Your decision is my decision. ^^ | |

| Really funny to hear you accusing somebody else of dominating a site. I let you back on Ultimate Shinobi because I felt like giving you a second chance, you really wanna jeopardize that over a rank your not going to receive. The open spots have already been filled and if you really wanna go into detail, I closed the rank over a month ago. Your doing me no favor, I did you a favor by letting you have her in your staff, if you wanna undo what is done then do it, that just once again jeopardizes your position here. Of course the position requires my approval to fill, I get to approve or deny whatever I want here just like you can on ingoo. So all and all if you wanna make me look like the better person, then go remove her from your staff. Hopefully with that she will realize how welcome she is on your site and come to her senses. | |
