Put it is Light Blue with Ice

Special Abilities: It is a blade made out of Pure ice it can turn almost any thing to ice on touch. Basically not Human fully only parts like arm or leg. For the body to become Frozen it needs to touch not cut the body cuting the body is a lot easyer then it is to just touch the body.

Origin: Lark made this blade out of Pure ice as a weapon that he could use when he was doing Ice mirrors so it would not cut the Mirror when he was going from one to another at high speed. Lark made it so it could turn anything it touches to ice even human bones and limbs. For someone to become frozen they will have to have 5 body parts ice like legs, arms, head, torso and lower body.

Sounds a little extreme? Will get the opinions of other staff on it.

It should at the very least cost chakra to use in this way

I think its approvable only if the turn to ice thing is posted as either a special ability or a seperate jutsu that requires chakra.

I think its too OP for if it would be to hard to block if you had a sword yourself. Plus you wouldn't be able to cut anything.

One Fire attack that goes even near your sword would cause your sword to melt, So on one half its OP and on the others it got a big weakness.

I think a) the needs to be chakra cost associate b) the precise effect of it needs better defining

If the sword is made of pure ice, then i would melt in almost any weather. I think this sword is totally useless, since it can only be used in a blizzard. LOL
