Name: Mizu Makimono - Water Scroll
Appearance: Looks like a normal scroll with a navy blue color. The middle of the scroll is white and has the kanji for "water" on it. The outer edges are navy blue. The lenght of the scroll is about 1 and a half feet. The inside parchment of the scroll contains a seal which is composed of the kanji for water and the circular, wavy sealing marks around it.
Special Abilities: These scrolls have water sealed inside, about 10 litres. Ulkira will open the scroll and either slam his hand or his foot onto the seal on the scroll to release all the water sealed inside it. Once released, the water will not evaporate or dissolve into the ground, due to Ulkira having placed a small amount of his chakra into it while summoning the water. The released water can then be used for Suiton attacks. As the scrolls releases all of the water sealed within them, they can only be used once per topic. The scrolls' seal has been set in such a manner that Ulkira can reseal water into the scroll once he is finished. Ulkira usually carries three of these scrolls with him.
Origin: After realizing that most of his Suiton attacks required water, Ulkira began to wonder what he would do if he ever had to use Suiton attacks in a place with no water. He got the idea to seal water in a set of scrolls, which he would use to summon water if he ever needed it. So, Ulkira went around the village searching for a Fuuinjutsu user and asked the user to seal the water in his scrolls. And the Fuuinjutsu user did so.
