Description:
After performing the handseals one creates a small orb, no bigger than a inch in diameter which can be placed, shot and even let fly towards a target. When using the release-seal for this jutsu the orb will explode in a bright green flash and gives out a powerfull shock to everything close, but not after sending out dozens of other orbs, which on their turn will do the same. All these expansions can make the field covered by this technique over a circular radius of 250 meters.
Effect: if the released bolts explode near the victim he/she will be blinded for one post, if one of the bolts hit it will do a hudge amount of damage to their body nerve system.
name : Raikou Sensen no Hirameki Rank: S type: Ninjutsu Description: After performing a long string of handseals the shinobi sends the Chidzi no Hirameki up in the clouds instead of towards the opponent. Within 5 seconds the clouds will start launching of a thousand of these balls at the earth, every single one exploding just like the Chidzi no Hirameki when 12,5 meters above the ground but with a diameter reaching up to 250 meters, covering close to every single inch of the wished area. Effect: A "perfection" of the Chidzi no Hiramei. Instead of one small ball it literally rains those balls all over a large radius.This techniques will cause massive pain as well extensive internal and external burns. Muscle groups will contract and rip violently. Current applied anywhere near the central nervous system (let's just say the body's trunk) will probably result in seizures and loss of consciousness. They will halt breathing while the current is being applied, and may also result in heart failure. Drawback: Extreme chakra vain damage,can't use both arms for a week ,1000+story on recovery |
