Personality: Sukogetsu is kind,caring,and outgoing. He loves doing things for his friends to make them happy. He believes that love,and friendship are the most important thing in the world. Sukogetsu would do anything to protect a comrade,and his village. He often seems a little too outgoing,and somewhat hyperactive but only to a small extent.

Background:
Sukogetsu was born in Sunagakure,and raised around shinobi. He learned to put his village,and comrades above himself at a young age before he even entered the academy. His life was spent training,even before entering the academy. Sukogetsu's father was tough about training,but only because he wanted his son to become an accomplished shinobi,and Sukogetsu wanted that too.

When he entered the academy he already had slight chakra control,and excelled in his classes. Sukogetsu was very smart and upbeat,he would constantly surprise his teachers with his chakra control,and how well he used weapons. When they taught them new jutsus Sukogetsu was one of the first to master it,and kept high grades.

When he graduated his father gave him his first sword,and taught him how to use it well. He quickly grasped basic weapon techs,and continued to surprise others.

Description: Sukogetsu charges fuuton chakra through his blade and swings it at his opponent. The technique shoots a strong burst of wind,and cuts them. About 2 inches deep. It focuses on one particular area,it fires it at a high-speed,approximately 17 mph.

Description: Sukogetsu charges fuuton chakra into his palms,and fires it by spreading his arms out wide and releasing the chakra. It forms a large tunnel of wind that surrounds the foe,and cuts them up a bit.

Description: Sukogetsu charges fuuton chakra through his palms and presses his wrists together to shoot it. It forms a burst of wind that flies at 20 mph,and will send the target flying backwards cutting the area of impact.

Description: This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Description:This is a training method used to gain the basic skills of chakra control. This training involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb a tree without using one's hands. If the stream of chakra is too weak the user will lose their footing on the tree and fall off. If it is too strong the bark of the tree will break and the user will fall.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konohagakure Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.
