He wields a medium sized sword and he keeps his weapon pouch on his right buttocks. He has several scars all over his body from recent battles and training accidents.

Personality: Kan is a very quite guy. He works well in teams. He is not much of a chatter box. He hates loudmouths and people that talk way too much. He is considered anti-social. In the battle grounds, Kan is a very quick thinker. He is also very tactical. He loves fighting and going on missions with his teamates. He also loves to train. He is also considered a helper.

Background:
A year passed, he lived on the street since he left the orphanage. He knew that thing he had performed was not a coincidence. And Ice, attacking someone with ice was not a coincidence as well. He had heard, and read, in the orphanage about jutsus and how they used chakra, but was this what he performed? Did he use a jutsu? But he had never had practice, not even in an academy. And Ice? He only knew about the first primary elements, he had never SEEN ice used as a jutsu in his books! One day, he decided to go to the library to find more about this ice. So he packed the small bag of clothing he had stolen, and set off to the library. There, he asked the librarian where the jutsu books were. She pointed him to the right direction and off he went. Hours passed, he searched and searched but found nothing out of the ordinary. But then, he saw something that caught his eye, a book about ancient clans and where they were originated. He began to read, he found all the different clans fascinating, and all their powers as well, he found out about the Uchiha and their Sharingan Eye, and the Hyuuga with their Byakugan Eye. But then, he saw something weird, His last name was on the book!! The Koori clan, it said, there was a small description of the clan:
One of the most ancient clans of Kirigakure no Sato, known for its bloody past with the Kaguya clan; Also known for their Kekkei Genkai, the Touketsu, capable of controlling and using Ice for both attack purposes and defensive purposes. Clan Leader: Kitsoku Koori, Located in the village Outskirts.

He stared at the page for a few minutes before leaving the book where it was and running to the Outskirts of the village to find this man. It turned out, after talking to the man, that he was part of the Koori Clan and that Ice thing he had created was actually something called a Jutsu. He wanted more training; he needed it to control this. Kitsoku told him to head to the Kirigakure Academy and learn everything about jutsus and controlling chakra, and when he had graduated, to come back to him, and he would get proper training from Kitsoku himself. So he was off; off to learn in the academy. Years passed, he had learnt a lot in the academy, how to manipulate and control chakra, and how to use it properly, how to use projectiles properly as well, he was fascinated by all this, and it was like magic to him! After he had passed all his exams and learned he aced them all, he was probably the best in his class. He even learned jutsus! Though not strong ones; basically, Bunshin no Jutsu, the ability to make multiple illusions of yourself, Kawarami no Jutsu, how to evade an attack without dodging, thus transforming into another thing, and many more! When he graduated, he did what he was told to do, and he was going to learn how to control and manipulate Ice Chakra.

Genin Arc


After he graduated, weirdly enough, he was placed on a three man squad, along with a Jounin as the leader. Though they went on many missions, Kan did not have a lot of time to practice his Ice Techniques. Once the vacations were here, he devoted his time to training with Kitsoku. The first day was tiring; he learned how to control his temper and how to meditate. He thought it was very dull, since he was not learning how to use any ice techniques, but every time he asked Kitsoku, he replied the very same thing; It is part of the training.

This went on for a very long time, a few days really, but when he thought of it, doing absolutely nothing, every single day, it was long. They finally finished with the meditation. First, he learned how to activate and de activate his Touketsu at will. This part was pretty easy, since he had already done it many times, after the first time, he was absolutely blind for about twelve hours, but after that, he could activate it and deactivate it at will. Since this part he was already familiar, he got taught most basic Ice Jutsus, the ones around C Rank, like Frozen Landscape, in which he was given a small sword, for his level of course, Frozen Wind, in which he needed his sword, as well as Frozen Slash, Speed of Ice, which upgrades the users speed by a numerous amount. Besides learning Ice Jutsus, he learned other things like, molding chakra correctly and other things, like some Water Jutsus and Wind Jutsus. All this training did him well in the future. He won most of his spars and fights using this jutsu. And for his level, he was a master with the Touketsu. After all his training, he had to go on various missions. Some were very, very hard. One day, after his practice, something popped up into his head, something that did not pop into his head for years.

“ Sensei, did you know my parents?..” He asked as his eyes illuminated with light, he would finally know..

“ … Yes, I did… They are... Uhmm… Far away, they moved.. On a.. Mission..” He said to him, looking away, at the sky. This is when Kan decided to migrate to Konoha, he needed a new beginning, since his parents died, he wanted to start all over...

Clan Name: Koori Clan

Kekei Genkai: Touketsu. Koori clan specializes in Ice Manipulation. The user can begin with ice without having Water and Wind as an element, since Ice manipulation is a Kekkei Genkai. The user unlocks the Kekkei Genkai at the rank of Genin. At Genin, the user can use various Ice Jutsus. As the user ranks up, his elements must be Wind and Water.

Although the user will get Ice Manipulation when he becomes Genin and unlocks the Touketsu, his elements have to be Wind and Water. This is because to manipulate Ice, one must have Wind and Water as an element. The user must begin training as an Academy Student to unlock the Kekkei Genkai.. When the user first unlocks the Kekkei Genaki, their eyes will get very cold, creating blindness for a limited time.

The eyes will be blind for about 12 hours. After those 12 hours, the user can use it freely. The Touketsu eye is very light blue. It is described as "The Devil's Misty Eyes" due to the nature of it being born in Kirigakure no Sato. It is said that the eye can cause the person that looks directly into the eyes horrible chills, about zero degrees celsius. The user MUST have Koori blood to have this Kekkei Genkai. The Touketsu eye is basically the source that allows the user to begin creating ice, manipulating it, and using it in battle; but the user has to have Wind and Water as an element when he is allowed to train more elements. No matter what element they have, they are ALWAYS taught Kirigakure no Jutsu.

Clan History:
It all started years ago; one of the most legendary clans of Kirigakure no Sato, and one of the founders of it. As many people know, before there were such things are “Hidden Villages” the world was divided into clans, or in other words, families. One of the most legendary Ice Clans in Kirigakure no Sato was the Koori Clan, specializing in Hyouton Manipulation with use of a Kekkei Genkai. Within the Koori Clan, there were not too many members. Wars raged and raged on with different clans, like the Kaguya clan, they were the Koori Clan’s number one rival clan.

The Koori Clan consisted of the main family and the sub family. The main family were the ones that always had the throne, in other words, the Clan Leader was always a descendent of the main family. This drew battles not only with the Kaguya Clans, but civil wars inside the Koori Clan, soon enough, the clan’s population went down by hundreds. To this day, the Civil Wars continue, but are sometimes controlled by Kirigakure no Sato, limiting the number of people killed. Went Kirigakure no Sato was formed, the constant wars with the Kaguya Clan stopped, thus bringing a bit more peace to the already hectic Koori Clan…

Description: The user is granted this skill the minute he gets the Kekkei Genkai. This skill is needed to begin molding chakra with ice. But this does not mean a simple Genin could create huge bodies of land, this technique wastes chakra.

Due to the number of clones created, Oboro and his team can take the opportunity to hide from their target. To attack their target they will hide in the shadows of the clones and attack from underground.

Description: A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows them to summon different size and skill levels of creature. The ability to summon more advanced animals largely depends upon the amount of chakra the ninja can muster to perform the jutsu. To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary handseals and then touch their hand to the ground or another object. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.

This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.

Story: Kaku was first discovered by one of Kan's ancestors of the Koori clan. He was a warrior bear, and he was known for his use of Ice Jutsus. He was man's-best friend. When the user of Kaku dies, the descendent of the user is the person that will recieve Kaku, as a gift from the family. So far, the bear has passed by tens of generations of Koori Members, and is now Kan's for the time being.

The cool night air hit Kan’s face. It was a cloudless night, with about fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Kan was standing at the top of the Hokage’s mountain. He had his very heavy looking armour on, but to make him look professional, he wore his Hokage Robe. He had his very large, Kin, sword strapped to his back. Kan had just finished polishing it. A lot of things were buzzing in his mind, like there were thousands of rabid bees inside his head. He scratched the top of his head. Where to begin, where to begin…, he kept repeating inside his head.

Mere days had passed since he had been promoted to the rank of Hokage, the highest honor of Konohagakure no Sato. He had to begin organizing meetings with other Kage’s, he had to get the ANBU Black Ops moving, as far as he knew, and they were very, very low on members. The main thing they needed was the ANBU Black Ops, the village defenses’ were low, and they had to be prepared for virtually anything, weather it is a minor threat or a major threat. Kan began to rub his temples lightly; another idea had popped into his mind.

Not only did he need ANBU, he needed Jounin as well! As important as ANBU were, they are mostly always out of the village in missions, and ANBU were not a dime a dozen, if they were killed in missions, they were hard to replace. The ANBU Job sure isn’t a popular one.., Kan thought as he leaned on the face of the first Hokage. The Jounin were needed the most, there were vast amount of Genin and little Jounin, who else would be the leader of a 3 man Genin Team?

And who else would finish missions that were below B Rank? He had an idea, he had to make teams. The first he needed done was the promotion of Chuunins to Jounin, so that would increase the small amount of Jounin they currently had. And for the sake of the village, they needed missions done, Konoha’s funds are low.., Kan thought as he paced up and down the mountain. As he walked, he began to think about international problems. Konoha was one of the strongest country in the ninja world, but alliances were also needed. Maybe I should talk to the Mizukage of the Mist soon…, Kan thought as he was preparing to leave.

He knew it, an idea popped into his head. He had to go back to the office; he had to go back to the office now. He began to walk down the building that was right next to the Hokage Mountain. Yes.., he thought; this is the perfect idea . He began to sprint towards the administration building. He began to pant a bit. As soon as he got there, his secretary was working on some paperwork. “Kiko, would you mind taking a glass of water up to my office?” He asked his assistant as he walked to his office.

The Administration Building was huge, the first day Kan was appointed Hokage, he got lost!. He reached his office and opened the door. His office was very large. Unlike any Hokage, Kan was a very neat person; all his files of Konoha Ninja were safely hidden in a drawer, on the right side of his desk. Kan had also cut the Bingo Book pages out and stuck them to the wall, so he could keep track of all the current known Missing Ninja and Akatsuki Member. Another idea flashed through his mind, the Kurotsuki!

I should contact Saruno soon, his organization is basically our only means of protection so far…, Kan thought. There was a knock on his office door, a gentle knock. “ Come in.” He said with an equal gentle tone. It was Kiko with his glass of water. “I need a favor, gather everyone working here in the administration and tell them to make one hundred copies of this piece of paper” Kan said to Kiko, as he scribbled something down.

To all Konohagakure no Sato Ninja:
EMERGENCY MEETING!!!!!! ALL JOUNIN AND GENIN RANKED SHINOBI COME TO THE TRAINING GROUNDS ASAP

Kan finished writing this and gave it to Kiko. She sprinted out of the office and heard her call everyone inside the building. Kan removed a very small scroll from his pouch and opened it. He slit his finger with a kunai so a small amount of blodd would come out.

“Summoning Jutsu – Ice Trackers!!”

About one hundred small phoenixes began to form in mid air. They were making small chirping noises. Kan had not used too much chakra, since he only needed them for a small amount of time. “Right, I need you all to carry these letters that Kiko is about to bring me, and take them to all the residence of all Jounin and Genin Ninja, this is an emergency” He said to the birds, they all chirped some more.

Suddenly, Kiko barged into the office. She was holding a huge stack of papers. Kan couldn’t see her face thanks to the papers. Kan let out a slow, soundless sigh.

“I have your papers, Hokage-sama!” Kiko said to Kan, out of breath.

“Just leave them on the ground, the phoenixes will get them” Kan said to Kiko, as she dropped them on the ground.

Kan opened the window and all of the phoenixes flew out of the Hokage Office, carrying all of the papers. Kan jumped out of the window and landed on a nearby building. He began to sprint towards the training grounds as fast as he could. The Ice Trackers were very fast, and in a few minutes timed, the training grounds would be packed with people. He positioned himself on a nearby tree and sat down. He tipped his hat sideways as he let out a low sigh. He was very nervous, this was his first public speech since he had been promoted to the rank of Hokage…

-You need to give a magnitude for each rank on this jutsu: Hyoton Taitoku. D rakn wouldnt be able to make full bodies of land made from Ice. At best you would get a small sword.

-Suiton Fusen; This is Fuuinjutsu. You are sealing water into a tag. First you cannot seal an unlimitaed amount in a seal. Secondly you need to remove it since Fuuinjutsu isnt a specialty of your's and your a genin. Beside that would be higher rank any way.

Add more personality and looks again. Its still not enough, I know what your capable of Kan, and you can do it better.

With Hyoton Taitoku, You must train it when you get Chuunin, so you can't keep it there as B ranked. Please remove it.

Although Gabe didn't give you a reason to remove Touketsu Sansui, he told you to for a reason so please remove it.

Lastly, from that rp sample. You are saying that how you roleplay all the time.... So... if your rp sample is that largely you must constantly roleplay to that quality.
