Origin: Every time a member of the Shunketsu grows old enough they are taught how to make a sword from the unbreakable Shunketsu Steel that has been in the family for generations. Using the unbreakable steel to make a sword is an incredible feet for the steel is very resiliant to heat so making it is left to the task of a Shunketsu. This new Dao sword is now a conductor for chakra due to it's high resistance. The steel for this sword is legendary to mankind. Each Shunketsu Dao Sword is made of highly resiliant Shunketsu steel. Shunketsu steel is polished to a shine, does not conduct eletricty, can conduct a chosen element, and also tempered at incredibly high tempratures making a close shave deadly.

C rank can't conduct chakra, and you can't have B rank.

As in, you can channell chakra into it. As the definition of conduct is. If you provide no other explanation, the definition is what we go by.

Element? Thats even more. Think about it. Theres basic chakra. And then theres Shape manipulation, and then element. The more it requires, the higher the rank.
