This is similar to what he looks like. His eyes are how all Hyuuga eyes look like. He has no white hair, but it is all red. His vest is always zipped and is standard Jounin uniform. His shoulders are a bit broader. His muscles can be seen through his clothing, and there are plenty of them. Not one muscle is unworked, and his power and speed can bee seen just by the way he moves. If the hedband were to be removed, the Hyuuga Branch Family Seal would be seen.

Personality: Oushi is a fun loving, good hearted person. He likes to be around the people he loves and wants every second he can to do so. He defends those he loves to every extream. His heart is suprizingly pure. Not completely, because if it was, he would not be the skilled ninja that he is. He enjoys laughing and takes every oportunity that he gets.
But do not mistake him as gentle, for it will be the last mistake you ever make.
He is always on high alert, even when relaxed. Situations are constantly running through his head. He is determined and brave. When he wants to, he can be very leathal and your soul won't rest for a second on his concious. He is a killer and a lover, a deadly combonation.
As a mentor and a father, he is strict yet loose. He demands respect from all, and those that learn from him have more demanded of them. Though he is strict in this way, he has a laid back sort of attitude. This is until the attitude is taken advantage of. When that happens, he is the meanest S.O.B. that you will find. He never raises his voice, but the tones he uses can send shivers down the bravest man's spine.
He is sarcastic. This will be noticed first off, unless you're an enemy. Enemies find him cruel and unnerving. His gaze feels like it bores into your soul, and Oushi makes that happen. He communicates much through his eyes.
He thinks everything through. He makes no moves that will put him in a bad position, but he is quick on his feet. He is calm and collected. On the rare occasions that he feels panicky, he keeps his face calm, as well as his voice.
In short, he is wise, cunning, and a mix of cruelness and love.

Clan Information

Clan Name: Hyuuga

Kekkei Genkai: Byakugan is the blood inheritance limit of the Hyuuga Clan. The Hyuuga clan was one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be the ancestors of the Uchiha clan who possess the bloodline of the Sharingan eye. When the "Byakugan" is activated, the clan member gains an extra-sensory perception, which gives them penetrating sight and telescopic vision. This allows them to see the tenketsu; the internal chakra coils system 361 pressure points. This vision also grants the member a near 360° view of their surroundings, the higher the skill of the clan member, the further the distance from which they can sense incoming attacks. Unfortunately the vision does have a weakness, a small blind spot that extends outwards from the vertebra of the upper back.

Clan History: The Hyuga clan (日向一族, Hyūga Ichizoku; Literally meaning "Hyūga family") is one of the oldest and most powerful clans in Konohagakure. All members born into the family possess the Byakugan, a kekkei genkai that gives them extended fields of vision and the ability to see chakra. The Uchiha clan's Sharingan is believed to be descended from the Byakugan.

The clan is separated into two parts, the main house (宗家, Sōke) and the branch house (分家, Bunke), a system that protects the secrets of the Byakugan from outsiders. The main house runs the family while the branch house protects it. The members of the branch house are branded with a cursed seal. This seal gives the main house members absolute control over the branch members, because they can destroy the branch members' brains with a simple hand gesture, or cause them great pain to punish them. This seal also makes sure the secret of the Hyuga's Byakugan is safe, because it seals the Byakugan after the wearer of the seal dies. Because they are essentially servants, simply because of their birth order or heritage, some branch house members are hostile to those of the main house. After the Chunin exams, the two houses have managed to at least start working out their differences. In Part II, they finally brought the two Houses together as a family, which they showed when the Hyuga battled Pain in a show of family unity.

Members of the clan are instructed in the use of the Gentle Fist style, which uses the Byakugan to view the opponent's Chakra Pathway System and deal precise blows to disable and impede the flow of chakra. Due to training in this style, Hyuga clan members tend to have excellent chakra control. This is emphasized in jutsu that utilize this chakra control, as well as the nuances of the Gentle Fist style. The clan's strongest techniques, like the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, are only allowed to be taught to members of the main house

Description: By stripping the flesh off of yourself, or another ninja (typically dead), a ninja is able to form a whip out of flesh. The whip can be used to strike opponents, being hardened with chakra, and being equivalent to a metal wire in strength and pain when struck. This jutsu, however, has little use for stinging an opponent with a whip, a medical ninja is able to channel medical chakra into the whip and strike an opponent. When it hits an opponent, it unravels a bit of their flesh where it struck, which attaches to the whip, making it either longer or thicker.

This leaves exposed muscle and blood vessels, which harms the ninja, in addition to the psychology damage of seeing your own body in such a manner. The whip can only pull of skin or flesh, it cannot take off muscles, armor, or clothing.

The whip is coated in barbs of harder flesh, used to strip the opponent once struck. A ninja who uses fresh flesh (24 hours or less since death, or revitalized by another jutsu) can use the natural oils on the body to provide an adhesive once struck, a more forceful pull being necessary to pull of the flesh in this case.

This jutsu utilizes a large quantity of eyes, either created for this jutsu or pre-existing, to form a giant wall made of eye balls. These eyes are capable of sight, though the user cannot see through them unless another jutsu is used to allow this (or if one of the eyes with created with a jutsu allowing this, ex. If a Sand Eye was placed in the wall, the ninja who created it could see through it assuming the conditions for that jutsu’s function were meet.)

The wall can absorb multiple forms of attack (included sonic, gaseous, or other obscure forms of attack, as the eyes are so close that nothing can squeeze through the cracks.), and if the wall is split or torn apart, the eyeballs, after 1 post, will reassemble rapidly, crushing an opponent who is in the way, or anything else in the way for that matter. This jutsu need not take the form of a straight wall, it can form a sphere, a slab, or any other defensive shape.

The wall has no more toughness than what is used to create it. Regular eyes break easily, but they have regenerative abilities that cause them to heal any damage dealt, other than complete destruction or incineration, in two posts. They then reform their original shape, assuming enough eyes exist to form this, if they do not, the jutsu ends, leaving a heap of inanimate eyes.

Description: Hakkeshou Kaiten is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline using the Jyuuken. Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye. Byakugan gives the clan member an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings. This allows the member to see all angles of attack.

If an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack.

History:
Oushi was born into the main branch of the Hyuuga. His parrents loved him very much from the moment he was born. Though this was true, they weren't sure on how to raise him. His mother had been an orphan all of her life. His father had no father because he had died in battle. Though they were on sure, they cherrished him and raised him with love.
His mom didn't work, but she took care of the house and kept in extreamly clean. She cooked for the boy and her husband, as well as nursed them back to health when they were sick. Mostly, she raised Oushi on her love alone. She gave him his sence of humor. She gave him her carring, her heart, her dedication. She told him everything he needed to know about the social aspect of life, and many things that he needed to know about women. She never held back an answer to his questions, no matter how embarassing. Their relationship was strong.
His father was a Jounin of Konoha. When he was at home, he taught Oushi many things he would need to become a ninja. He taught him respect in every way possible. He passed on his courage and his genious. He quized Oushi on senarios that he would find later in life. He trained Oushi hard. He made him fast, powerful, and cunning.
He wasn't a hardass all of the time. He played with Oushi. He dedicated himself to raising the boy whenever he was at home. He told him stories of his missions. He taught Oushi about wildlife and what was useful.
Acadamy Arc:
When Oushi joined the acadamy, he already knew everything that the acadamy had to offer. The classes were to simple. His brain power was already too high for any student there and the jutsus were already known. He could teach the acadamy himself. He passed it in three weeks.
Genin Arc:
This was a bit different when he got his team. His Jounin was so much faster, stronger, and smarter than he was. Even with his Byakugan, he couldn't beat him. When his team helped, well, they weren't very useful. They had put the two worst students with him to have an even team. His Jounin was increadible to him though, and he wanted to learn all he could from him.
His sensei was a master of Taijutsu and Medical jutsu. He taught Oushi everything that he could handle, and then some. His sensei started him on the basics of being a Medical ninja, and through the years, he has excelled in this.
When Oushi wasn't on missions or training with his sensei, he trained his family style of Taijutsu. He worked on perfecting his Byakugan and how he used it. He quickly became known as the best genin in all of Konoha, and he had the skill to prove it.
When the Chuunin exams rolled by, he aced the first part without having to cheat. His father had taught him Jounin level thinking by now, and the punny little Chuunin test was easy. The second part barely fazed him. He did all of the work and finished by the end of the first day. He hardly broke a sweat to pass.
In the qualifiers for the finals, he fought a sand ninja. In under thirty seconds, he won the fight and nearly killed his opponent. In the finals, he won the tournament without wasting much chakra and walked home to train.

Chuunin Arc:
The judges saw no problem in making him a Chuunin. In fact, it was unanimous. His parents were very proud of him, aswell as the rest of the clan. The night he became Chuunin, the clan gathered and had a banquet in his honor. There was a great feast much rejoycing. Every clan member was there. But it was not just a night of honor. It was a night of business.
The head of the Hyuuga clan called attention to him. When all eyes were upon him, he spoke to Oushi. "Congradulations, Oushi. You bring much honor to us. You have passed the CEs with flying colors, and because of that, I have a mission that I would like you to do alone."
All eyes turned to Oushi. The answer was clear in his mind. "Through fire and flames, through hell and high water, I will face any peril you wish me to. I accept."
Oushi later found out that the mission was to escort a Hyuuga to the hidden sand village. She was a genin there, who's father was researching medical jutsu. Her escort was unable to escort her back. Her name was Karasu.

To anyone else, this is what she looked like. But to Oushi, she was more beautiful than a sunset or sunrise. She was more beautiful than snow falling, or the clouds when they are different colors. She was more beautiful than all of these combined. From the first moment he looked at her, he was in love.

Together, they traveled to the sand village. They talked for most of the time. They flirted and got to know about eachother. They talked about their lifes so far and what they planned to do. In the rain, they kept eachother dry. At night, they kept eachother warm. They survived together, they travled together, they fell in love together.
When they reached the sand village, they parted their ways. It was hard on both of them, but it had to be done. Through Oushi's life, there wasn't a day that he didn't think of her.
Jounin arc:
He passed His Jounin exams much like he passed his Chuunin exams. Easy and without effort. He was now a very skilled medic and very skilled in Taijutsu. He had completed many mission, most of them being a success. He continued to push himself. He continued to better himself. He continued to become a deadly and wise ninja. But something was missing. A missing peice. He felt lonely, and he knew what he had to do.
He walked into the Hokage's office and demanded he go to the Sand Village to research medical jutsu. He convinced him that it was neccesary that he went. He also demanded that while he was there that he be givin missions from the Kazekage. Oushi convinced him that this was neccassary because if he didn't, they might think that the Leaf was taking advantage of them.
So, Oushi was off to find his long lost love.
When Oushi arrived at the Sound village, the Kazekage had already recieved the birds that the Hokage sent. He was ordered to get settled before research or missions were given to him. The first thing he did was find Karasu. She instantly recognised him, and they embraced. Two weeks later, they were married.
Sence their marrage, four years have gone by and they have had a child. Much research has been done and also many missions. They are currently a happy family, but who knows what the future will bring....

RP Example:
Oushi was in a bad situation. Three missing ninja surrounded him with the leader a safe distance away. All of them had large swords that could tear five men in half with one swing. The triangular position that they were in would give them an advantage against any normal Jounin, but not him. Not with his Byakugan activated and his heavenly spin ready. The leader laughed from far away. It was an evil laugh, one that Oushi knew ment he thought that Oushi had no chance. But he was far from the truth.
The ninja behind and to the left of him gave a que. At the same time, they all three charged. Ready for the attack, Oushi used the technique. As the swords struck the barrier, they flew out of their hands. Two swords landed into the torso of two attackers. The other landed in one's head. They all fell, dead. The smile that was on the leader's face faded. He drew his sword. "You will regret that. I will...." As the opponent rambled about how Oushi was going to be destroyed, Oushi used the dead opponent's flesh to his advantage. He took strips of their flesh and made it into a whip, a jutsu known as Flesh Whip Jutsu.
A look of horor appeared on the enemies face. "What kind of monster are you?!"
Oushi smirked. "A monster that you pissed off." With this said, Oushi began to walk toward him.
The ninja held his sword at point. "Come no closer with your demonic whip. I will..." The last sentance didn't finish. Oushi wraped his whip around the sword and ripped it out of his hands. It flew into a nearby tree and there it stayed. A look of pure terror came over his face. Oushi saw fear. He saw weakness.
Oushi swung his whip over his head. "You have made crimes against humanity, against the villages. You will be punished."
The ninja dropped to his knees and began to sob. "PLEASE! Please spare me. I will face my wrongs. I will face the punishments. But please, please, do not turn me into some diabolical toy of yours. PLEASE!" Oushi drew very close to the opponent. His eyes went to the whip, and at that moment, Oushi's kick went to his temple. Hey lay on the floor, unconcious.
Sighing, Oushi picked the coward up and slung him over his shoulder. He shushined toward the Sand Village to imprison this man so he could face his fate.
