Basic Character Information:
Name: Akuma Nashikawa
-Nickname:
Age: 13
Gender: Male
Clan: Nashikawa clan

Looks: Akuma is tall, lean, with a small, good build, only 5% body fat on him from intensive training, but wouldn’t be considered huge. Has blond hair gelled but in a very messy manner, with his bangs hanging over his eyes. Has crystal blue eyes that seem to be made of sapphire. He has a chin that is soft, yet looks like that of an average man. He has very his ripped muscles and 8 highly defined abs. The muscles on the other parts of his body are well defined, but not very big. He has a slight tan on his skin that makes him a little darker than average. He is about 5 feet, 7 inches tall when he wears shoes.
He wears a red dougi-obi, or bodyband, around his waist. He wears his Suna headband on his forehead, but it has red cloth. He also wears a black warriors tunic with the sleeves ripped off to show his arms. He wears formfitting black warrior pants to add to his overall look of a fighter. The red gloves on his hands go to about mid forearm, and the have half of the cloth on each finger cut. He wears simple red kung fu shoes with white tabi socks. The monk pants have brown belts that are attached about mid thigh. The belts are fastened very close, and has a lot of extra slack on it.


Personality: Akuma is usually in a good mood, and it is hard to knock him out of it. Bacause of a traumatic event that scarred him, he rarely talks to people and will most likely try to avoid conversations. If he is trapped and has to talk however, he will try to speak as little as possible. He keeps himself distanced from people as to not get hurt or to hurt them in any way. He is usually in a good mood, but doesn't show it, choosing to show no expression on his face at all times. He does this so no matter what he is feeling, people won't be compelled to talk to him for whatever reason. The only time he ver smiles is when he is winning in battle. He takes pride in his skills and likes to end fights i the most ingenious and complex way as possible. If he knows someone for a while, he will slowly start to talk to them and share personal things with them, but he has to be sure that they can be trusted and so he doesn't get hurt.

Basic Clan Information:
Clan Name: Nishikawa

Kekkei Genkai: This clan's kekkei genkai is a very strange one. Their ability is the ability to force chakra strings out of their body at their chakra points, so 100 in total. This gives them access to very powerful jutsu, including the potential to control 64 puppets at a time. The users have very high chakra control, and a very high amount of chakra, about 10% more of each, allowing them to learn a chakra string jutsu as if it was a D rank and control puppets one rank higher than themselves. This clan cannot use elemental jutsu or genjutsu.

History: The clan has been around since a little before the formation of the great ninja villages. The clan's ability was a very high chakra amount and control. The clan was fascinated in the versatility and the potential of the chakra string jutsu. So much so, they started to use forbidden jutsus to try and manipulate their body's to control more of these strings. A lot of the clan members died in trying to do so, but eventually there was a breakthrough. The clan manipulated a child so that he could grow the chakra strings out of his chakra points. After the child was about three years old, he could only control about four of them. The clan members realized that there were limits to how many strings you could control. They manipulated many more children like this, and realised that the trait could be passed down through the bloodline. Sunagakure saw the potential of this clan and agreed to let the clan stay there if they would halt the manipulation process. The clan agreed, thinking that they had enough children to keep the bloodline going, and joined Suna. The clan has been raising powerful ninja ever since.

Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.

Name: Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique]

Type: Ninjutsu.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation jutsu is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique]

Description: This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Name: Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique]

Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Description: Either prior to or right after the use of this jutsu, the user hides themselves, often by means of hiding behind a cloak, in a bush, or such. Afterwards, they used their chakra to make them camouflage better with their environment. If the user is not hidden well, this has no effect, however, it can make a user that is well hidden, or beneath a cloak that is very close in appearance to their surroundings become completely invisible.

Name: Nishikawa Kugutsu no Jutsu- Nishikawa Art of the Puppet Master

Type: Ninjutsu

Description: This jutsu uses strings of chakra to control puppets like marionettes. Any number of chakra strings can be used to control a puppet, but users with more skill can use fewer strings per puppet. Both Chiyo and Sasori demonstrated the ability to control entire puppets perfectly using just one string. While most puppeteers would normally be able to control ten puppets at most (one per finger), but this modified jutsu can summon a string out of any chakra points, depending on one's rank. This jutsu has a restriction however, allowing only 64 puppets controlled at once.
Apart from being used to control marionettes, the chakra strings can be attached to other objects, allowing the user to control, or at the very least disrupt, other things.
This technique has few weaknesses: since the puppeteer uses his or her hands to manipulate the puppets, if the hands are disabled, then the technique could be neutralized. Also, while controlling the doll, the user is wide open if the opponent bypasses the puppet. For this reason, puppeteers avoid battle, relying almost exclusively on their puppets instead.

Description: This jutsu uses the strings created from the Kugutsu no jutsu to wrap around an opponent, and bind them in place, squeeze them, or lift them to higher places. The opponent can break out of the jutsu with brute strength, a sharp object if they are already holding it, or the strings will leave the person after 2 posts. The amount of strings needed to bind an opponent depends on the person's weight. One string can lift twenty pounds or 9.2 kilograms.

Puppet's Name: Koir

Appearance: Koir is a puppet that resembles an average sized tiger. The tiger is brown, with black, straight edges lines all over it’s body. It is about 3 feet tall and 5 feet long. It’s face is not very defined, but has a mouth that opens and reveals large, sharp teeth. It’s feet are muscular looking, and the have big paws with retractable claws.

Requirements: Wood and iron/steel

Special Skill: Attacking

Weapons:
Iron Claws: Retractable iron claws that can make large gashes in an opponent.
Steel Teeth: Large steel teeth that can tear at an opponents flesh
Senbon Launcher: A chakra activated canon that launches poisonous senbon out of the tiger’s mouth
Poison Pores: The tiger has tiny holes all over its body, and can rupture poison smoke bombs in it’s chest to expel the smoke out of the holes in a ten meter area.

Puppet's Jutsu:

Name: Koir’s Poison
Rank: C
Type: Puppetry

Description: This is a simple poison jutsu that is put on Koir’s senbons and exerted out of his pores. If the poison is inhaled, the opponent will slowly go numb over the course of three posts, then the opponent will then be completely numb, unable to move for 2 posts. If at least 5 poison senbon enter the opponent’s body, the same effect will happen, but it will only take one post.


Puppet's Name: Junken

Appearance: The puppet looks like a large turtle with a very large body. It is shiny, and a dark grey color. The top of the shell is ridged like an actual turtle, and the bottom of the shell has a bunch of horizontal lines that have latches. The turtle’s legs are short and stubby. It is about five feet tall, and five feet long. Junken’s chest cavity is lined with explosive tags.

Weapons: Chest cavity: The chest cavity is large and can open up, able to capture a large sized person and contain them.
Explosive tags: The chest cavity is lined with three layers of explosive tags that can be activated, detonating the opponent inside.

Puppet's Jutsu:

Name: Crash

Type: Puppetry
Element: N/A
Description: Junken leaps up high into the air. While Junken is in the air, he hurtles down towards the opponent at breakneck speed. He then opens up his chest cavity and lands on the opponent, placing them into the chest cavity. Junken then closes his chest cavity, trapping the opponent and whatever else is scooped up into Junken’s chest cavity. It takes a C ranked amount of energy and a specialty in taijutsu to break out of the steel chest cavity. An outside force of C rank or higher could open the chest cavity.

Puppet's Name: Zaku

Appearance: The puppet resembles a section of wall, but has a face with a creepy smile on it. The puppet also has large, extending hands it uses to move around. The puppet is square, 6 feet high, 6 feet wide, and 1 foot thick, brown and made of wood.

Description: Zaku uses his arms to move around, usually in front of his user. Zaku can use his immensely dense body to block C ranked and lower projectiles, except for jutsus that pierce or drill. It can be used to smash into opponents, injuring or forcing them away.


Puppet's Name: Pereg

Appearance: It is a large wooden bird that uses the user’s chakra to fly. This puppet is very large, about 7 feet tall, 8 feet from beak to tail feathers. The beak is metal and sharp, talons are metal and sharp, and the feathers of the wings are thin metal and very sharp. It has a 13 foot wingspan.

Feathers: The birds feathers are poison tipped and can detach to rain down on opponents.

Description: Poison that is tipped on Pereg’s talons and feathers. Once the poison enters the bloodstream of an opponent, the opponent becomes severely dehydrated for three posts, hindering movement and severely dampening their strength.

Description: Pereg flies high into the air, then unleashes a rain of feathers onto the targets below. The feathers are very sharp and will slice the target with a large flurry of feathers. The feathers are very accurate and is hard to dodge.

History and RP Sample:
History:
Birth Arc: Akuma was born into a family that was living in the desert at the time. Since Akuma was a baby, he was very friendly and almost never cried, laughing instead when he got hurt. As a baby, his parents moved him around a lot, staying in the dunes. When Akuma was about eight years old, a bunch of missing nin found him and his family, too close to their hideout for comfort, so they killed his parents. With Akuma being just a boy, he felt helpless and scared. The shock of the deaths of his parents caused him to stop speaking. He thought the missing nin were going to kill him, so he closed his eyes and cried.
They were coming for Akuma when a puppet master appeared and defeated the missing nin, he did not kill them however. Akuma opened his eyes, still streaming with tears, and stared at the man. He asked the man if he could help him. Feeling sorry for the child, the master took him to his home and raised him. So Akuma left with the master with nothing more than his family’s sacred scroll. He taught Akuma strict discipline, manners, and educated him. The master also taught him the way of the puppet master. Then the master opened a school near Suna, where he suggested Akuma become a ninja.

Academy Arc: Akuma had finally turned twelve and prepared for his first day at the ninja academy. He passed all of his tests and started to breeze through the academy. Akuma learned a lot of ninja techniques, including the advanced, body flicker technique. One day his master called him into the house from outside. Akuma walked in and was attacked by his master. Akuma defended himself the best he could without any puppets, and fended his master off. His master said that tat was a test, and said that Akuma passed. He then started to slow down a bit, but still passed most of his exams with flying colors.
Akuma's master was so proud of him, he built him his first ever puppet and taught him how to use it. Akuma still needed to pass his final exam, and was ready with his new puppet. Akuma was nearing the end of the year in the academy, and it was time for Akuma to take his final test. He sparred with another student, and won very easily. He checked if the student was okay, and that’s when his teacher told him that he was ready to become a genin. Akuma ran home as fast as his feet could carry him to tell his master the good news. His master was ecstatic and told Akuma that when he got the headband, he would teach him how to make his own puppets.

Genin Arc: When Akuma became a genin, he wondered what team he would be assigned to. He wanted to be assigned with a few good natured genin, and a nice, but strict, sensei. He just didn't want to be paired with genin that would be rude, or overconfident. Akuma remembered his master's promise and went to go see him. His master taught him how to make basic puppets, and that he would have to increase his own skill and develop his own style of creating puppets. Akuma then spent about a week developing new puppet ideas, and went to work on them. He developed poison and created his puppets with love and ingenuity. He then went to apply for a genin team.

Rp Sample:
As Jeffrey slowly shifted his legs to the side of the bed, letting them dangle off a little before sitting up, he let out a large yawn. He reluctantly rose out of his bed and dragged his feet towards the kitchen. “I wanted to sleep in today, why did their have to be an early mission.” Jeffrey thought as he got out some breakfast cereal and some milk. He poured the cereal and milk into a bowl and started eating, his eyes closed and his fingers wobbly. As he finished eating he started doing some push-ups and sit-ups to try and get his body moving. After he had exercised and thought that he was ready to start the day, he grabbed his ninja pouch, which contained his kunai, shuriken, and other ninja items. Jeffrey walked out of his house, locked it, and began to head for the mission meeting point.
