This RPG takes place in modern day Tokyo where ancestory into the feudal era has long since been forgotten. Most people living in Tokyo fail to realize their direct bloodline to the ancient ninja clans that once ruled the feudal world of Japan. These clans had possesed information and powers unlike any other. These powers were used to fight other clans by manipulating their bodies and their enviroments around them. Though these roots have been forgotten there are still a few people who can once again learnt he ways of their ancestors and use their powers to help the world or destroy it. Through good and bad ki we can all discover the 'Powers That Bind'.
