Itsi and Otso are tiny and very young kittens linked by a spiritual chakra flow. With big eyes, small paws, and petite bodies, The two make a cute litter. Itsi is white as snow, with a perfect oval of black on her forehead, where Otso is black, and has a perfect oval of white on his head. Both Kittens have opposite eye colors then their coat. Otso has pure white eyes, with the smallest pupil, and Itsi has black eyes, with a tiny white pupil.

Personality: Both kittens are linked in emotions, and have a bond so strong that, although in no way are connected, what happens to one cat, happens to the other as well, as if they are one being. being so young, they can hardly walk at there small form. They love people, and love anything that will offer itself as a sleeping mat.
Itsi is the more playful and silly of the two. She is always trying to find a new place to explore, and is the only one that can find an excuse not to be loved. She is always playing hide and seek with Otso, even though her choice of hiding places is dismal. She is always the last one to be asleep out of the kittens, and os the only one that mews at night because she misses Kohaku.
Otso submits to loving at first touch. he loves food and sleeping, and cuddling. When he is not playing with his food, he is stumbling to find his sister. He is the perfect kitty to have around the house. he is the first to fall asleep, and the last to wake up, and silent inbetween.

Age: two weeks old.

History:
Like the Inuzaka's of Konoha, Yoru's of Suna concentrate on animals, only Kohaku's clan breeds ninja cats. When a ninja from this clan joins the academy, they receive their cat follower, and undergoes a bonding state, allowing them to bond with their cat. Then there are the sacred shrine cats, only granted to those of the main branch of the clan - like Kohaku. Each ninja from the main branch clan has the option of bonding with a shrine cat, although it is quite the process that only strong at heart can do. Then again, there are the spiritually bonded shrine cats. These are the most sacred and rare of them all. If the clan member decides to take on one of these types, it is very possible that the bonding process can eliminate any chance of becoming a shinobi, as it can rip the chakra flame to shreds.

The more interesting thing about these cats is that they start out as one, and within the bonding process, they consume enough energy to be split into two cats. Because of the two cats bond, they can send their thoughts to one another, and borrow chakra from the other, but also, have to receive the same amount of damage in battle as the other, also heals with the other with it.

After the bonding process, the cats are sealed to their owner, as summons, and thus the sacred shrine cats are granted two natural elements. The cats natural element becaomes a more advanced version, binding the cats two elements together to create its kekkei genkei element.
Otso had the earth, and fire elements, and thus can access lava element, while Itsi had water and wind element, and now can thus access ice element.

Youton, or Lava Element, takes the form of Lava attacks and defenses. The usage of this elemental style has been seen by the Yonbi Jinchuuriki Roushi, who was said to have developed this style by himself. Youton is formed through the simultaneous usage of Earth and Fire styles.
Itsi's Kekkei Genkei element - Ice
Hyouton, or Ice Element, takes the form of Ice attacks and defenses. The usage of this elemental style has been seen by Haku and ninja from Hidden Snow, however the manga has stated this ability was unique to Haku's bloodline. Hyouton is formed through the simultaneous usage of Water and Wind styles..

Name: Hyuton bunshin no jutsu - Ice clone jutsu

Description: Itsi can create clone of her self that is made purely of ice. The cannot perform any jutsu, but can mold itself into any shape it wishes, with the provided ice that makes its body. For example, if a clone, still as a cat, jumps at an enemy, it can turn itself into a sharp sword in mid air, which lunges at the enemy. The ice clones also are much harder to kill then most other clones, for, even though it is a simple task to eliminate one, and send it shattering, but, if the clone is broken, each piece will grow another clone, starting out as the small feline, allowing the needed atoms to mix, to allow them t grow to there normal height.

Description: These unnamed Ninjutsu techniques are used by Renga. Renga possesses the ability to turn the moisture particles in the air into a hard ice. This allows him to form lens, which he can string together to spy on areas far beyond him. He can also form the ice in half-sphere shields or disks, which he can stand on to "float". By forming the ice into a large lens, he can hover in the sky to focus the rays of the sun, which can focus into a powerful beam capable of melting and exploding the pinpointed area.

Description: Hyourou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Snow ninja Kakuyoku Fubuki. After forming the needed handseals, Fubuki will touch the ground, causing columns of ice to rise from the ground at her foe. If caught, the ice will rise up around her target and imprison them. She can also use this technique as a defensive measure, raising the ice to form a shield against incoming attacks.

Otso's Jutsu

Name: Tempuuda Ichigo - Lava death god

Description: When Otso activates this jutsu, he causes the ground to become heated to the point where it becomes lava. It looks as thought lava is seeping up from under the ground, to the top, lava which only the caster of the jutsu can walk upon. Also Otso can control where the lava come out. If Otso uses enough chakra, it could consume a small forest, lava turning into a burning fire, and destruction from then on out.

Name: Babitsu no jutsu - Liquid to lava jutsu

Description: Otso can turn a large body of water into boiling lava as soon as the jutsu is activated. If Otso stands before a body of water, and uses the jutsu, the lava will begin to materialize from his position, slowly moving across the water, turning it into lava. This jutsu can also be controlled to where the lava goes. If Otso uses this jutsu on a large body of ice, it will do the same thing, at a slightly quicker pace.

While in this form they can accomplish many of the same techniques as the original.

Description: Yoru Ryuu Chinjuu Konbi Henge: Soutou Rou is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Yoru Clan. This unique Konbi Henge is used by the clan member and their familiar, transforming them into a large mystical double headed-wolf. In this form the clan members can utilize the Garouga taijutsu technique. The panther stands at about six feet tall, and is accurately muscled for such a beast. Sinnce thses cats are so young, and relatively untrained, they cannot obtain their form for very long.

Pets can't have elements, only summons can.

I'm not liking the element... Summons with KKG? Both OP and Unheard of...

Well elder sage did not try and stop that. He said that only a summon could have an element, and thus, only a summon could combine elements...

Plus these cats are sacred, and blessed with these powers...

I would have to agree with Pat summons with a third element is OP and not necessary to still have good interesting summons. Please remove and be more careful about ranking you techs in the future, most if not all three of the ice lava techs were underranked signifcantly

This is fine as long as you are aware it only has the strength of a B rank tech. Its not anywhere near as powerful as frog song which this is clearly reword from as that is a S rank tech not even pain could break free of

but they do not have a third element. They only have that element. The advanced element is there only element >.<

Meh....I could argue both sides, but since Pat is admin his word kidn of goes, ont he other hand you enver listed a rank for the summon. I coul understand this summon more if it was A or S ranked.

In your history, you say that its like Inuzaka except with cats.

The Inuzaka don't summon their dogs, they are pet companions. Therefore your whole application is mixed and incorrect.

Summons can have elements, but it usually has to run by the summon itself.

Example, Robin's Megalodon is a giant shark which has the water element, its not going to have fire, that makes no sense.

You have fluffy kittens with KKG's of Ice and Lava.

That won't be allowed, I'm sorry, but unless your willing to do drastic changes to your application it won't be approved.

Also fluffy little kittens wouldnt be S ranked summons. Not allowed.
