Appearance: A normal steel cane that holds an umbrella toward the bottom and when a button is pushed the umbrella pops out. The design on the umbrella is a big old smiley face done in white paint with black detail.

Special Abilities:
Once the umbrella is popped out he can channel wind chakra into it and make it fly so long as he is holding onto it. Depending on how much wind chakra he puts into it the faster he can go. The faster the umbrella goes the more the umbrella closes so its more aerodynamic.
Weapon wise Joker can spin the umbrella and make Launging gas fly out of the ends of it. This makes it hide the joker because of the cloud of green gas and can be extremely dangerous if inhaled by the enemy. The Joker can also press another button and make a blade appear on the end of the umbrella and use it similar to a sword. The cane end of the umbrella where it comes to a hook can also be detached and is hooked up to a steel wire that can extend or retract up to 10ft. He can use this to launch the can up in the air or at the opponent while extending the blade or launch it into the air so he can fly off. By dumping more of his Fuuton chakra into the flying he can fly at an extreme speed of nearly 100mphm so long as he holds on. To fly simply levitate at a certain height costs minimal chakra where as moving in flight below 50mph costs about a C ranks worth of chakra and flying at speeds excess of 50 cost about an B ranks worth. The gas has a range of 10ft when the umbrella is spun slowly. If the user uses another C ranks worth of chakra the umbrella can cuase the gas to travel 25ft and cover in a circular area bout the same in every direction.
Oh and it can be used to keep the user dry in the rain.
