RP Sample: The two rouge are a meter away from Kenzaki,"Now!!" he shouted. The rouges throw large rocks straightly to Kenzaki with full force. Kenzaki starts generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from his body and used burst them in a range of 2m which destroyed the rocks.

Seems okay but the length of time makes it relatively OP. Reduce number of posts it can last in all cases to 3. That or limit it to the surface of his body in all cases

I think the time limit for the jutsu should be flipped, the more powerful its gets the less you should be able to hold I believe.

No..it is okay..because a ninja can't posses a jutsu which he cannot handle. A-Rank is for Jounin+ so they can manage the jutsu on higher level.

But..I'm kinda nice now (Joke)..So I edited it.. FIXED!

Hehehe.. dude you turned it opposite. Why did you make C-Rank stronger than A-Rank?
I think you don't understand,the jutsu limit means the time of the surge. Example,if I am a Jounin I could use my jutsu up to 5 posts because it will be A-Ranked.

The way I see it is that the smaller the charge the longer you can hold it. THe bigger the charge the smaller you can hold it.

No..that's not the way it is.. The jutsu is not based on the power,it is based on the range and time limit. The user will learn to use it for much time and much range when ranked up..
