Light is a 190cm tall, 85kg heavy, young 18 year old teenager. He usually wares two sets of clothes. Its all depending on his mod. His first outfit is a long black or brown cloak, which cowers his whole body, and a Otokagure ANBU mask. The mask he got from a ANBU black ops member, who he knocked out, when he was running from Oto-nin. Since then, its always with him. This outfit he uses as a cower, when his traveling trough different villages. Light is a man who is usually to lazy to fight, so he rather sneaks his way trough enemy forces by using illusions.

His second outfit is well.....on my avatar, so i hope i dont need to explain it. Im just gonna post some pictures.

Personality:
Before he became a missing-nin:
happy, calm, playful, caring about others, smart, never sad or angry, and always smiling.
Missing-nin:
anger towards the village of Sound and all its member, including his family, lonely, always training, doesnt give a damn about anyone except him self, selfish, brave, cold, almost never smiling.


In his early ages, Light was always unsure in him self. He was really picky when he searched for friend, due to his constant usage of illusions, even he didnt know what was real and what was a illusion. But then, one day he found three real friends, which he trusted fully. At that time he was happy, joyful and playable. But then, even they left him, so his personality returned to his old unsure self. Since then, he always was unsure of his powers and abilities, slowly sinking deep into the shadows.

When he grew up and became a teenager, Light fully changed. He became a little more sure in his powers, making them evolve a lot. To test them, he even decided to kill the Otokage, and he did it great. But then, Light suffered yet a another defeat, forcing him to leave his friends and family. That made a great impact on his personality. It made him a: lazy, genious, new jutsus searcher, new places searcher, traveler, reckless, etc. He gained some good and bad sides, from which, his laziness was the worst.

From all the things mentioned, Lights best trait is that hes always relaxed. Hes never angry, even if he is, he will never show it. There arent many things that could make him mad or angry, but there are things that could heart his fellings. The most painful thing for him is a loss in a battle. That could make him so sad, that he would lock him self in a dark room for five days, without any food or water. He would only come out, after making a revenge plan, or a way to win in a rematch.

Clan History:
This unnamed Ice Style ability is the blood inheritance limit of the Clan Haku hailed from in the Water Country. This unique Ice style is formed through Haku's simultaneous usage of the Water and Wind elemental styles. The citizens of the Water Country blamed the bloodline clans for the constant wars and strife. They turned against the bloodlines and murdered many of them. Clan members fled into hiding and tried to avoid using their bloodline abilities anymore for fear of being killed. Haku's mother fled her clan and married a citizen of the Water Country. When he found out that she had passed on these abilities to her son, he murdered her and came after Haku. Haku was ill-prepared to control his powers, and lashed out to protect himself. His powers took the surrounding water and formed it into an ice spike protective prison. Though his life was spared, his knee jerk response to protect himself killed his father in the process. A homeless Haku was later found by Momochi Zabuza, who saw he could exploit Haku's bloodline abilities for his own nefarious ends.

Haku's powers allow him to take water and freeze it into various forms of ice. Such an ability allows him to turn ice into senbon or into mirrors. Haku can also do many of his jutsu through one-handed seals, something practically unknown and impossible to most ninja. Haku's two primary uses of his ability is Sensatsu Suishou and Makyou Hyoushou.

Sensatsu Suishou is a Ninjutsu technique which uses nearby water to form ice senbon. Haku first kicks water into the air with his foot, and as it rises it freeze to form a "thousand" needles. With the handseal still in place, he can release the needles when needed to have them come raining down on his target.

Makyou Hyoushou is a Ninjutsu technique which uses nearby water to form long flat ice mirrors 360 degrees around the target. Haku himself then places his body inside one of the mirrors. Once inside the mirror, Haku can use the mirror reflections to confuse his target. Utilizing the reflections, Haku can almost instantaneously move from one mirror to the other. Due to the speed, his target will appear to be moving in slow motion. Because of this he can unleash numerous needles into his opponent with little difficulty. Using this technique for long periods of time however, will quickly use up Haku's chakra.

Special Abilities:This flute has a ability to make the user cast a genjutsu on a opponent, without making eye contact or hand sings. The process is quite simple.
While playing the flute, the user molds chakra in his breath, sending it trough the flute. Instead of hand sings, the user plays the notes of a song, thus replacing the hand sings. With that, he replaces the eye contact, with the song and his moves to do a note, with hand sings.
Origin:This weapon Light stole from a Missing - nin, who used it to rob a Merchant. He watched the whole fight, and when it was over, he figured how the flute was useful. So after the fight, Light cast a genjutsu on the missing - nin, making him hand over the flute.

Background Information
Beginning
Light was born in a small merchant town, near the village hidden in the sound. His parents were young merchants at that time, so they had enough money, to give a good life to their son. His family had a small shop, near the center of the town, where they also lived, so they were always near their son. Because of that, they didn’t need a baby sitter, so their son experienced a lot of love and care. But, most of that was an illusion, which Lights parents created. In the truth, they came from a long line of assassins who used illusion to kill. They were hiding it perfectly from the other people, and even their son didn’t know about it. But, they were afraid that Light will gain the secret power of the Fuga clan, but nobody knew if that will really happen.

Academy
When Light was 8, the truth started to show it self, to Light and everyone around him. Due to their family past, Lights parents knew that there was a chance that their son will gain their clan powers, but there weren’t sure. There was only one way to find that out, and that was, to send Light into the ninja academy. At first, he didn’t wanted to go to the academy, but everything changed. In the academy, Light meet a lot of new friends, so he slowly started to enjoy the ninja life.

A few years later, while Light was still in the academy, and he finally discovered a talent for genjutsu. All the illusions he made were so real, that almost nobody could differ them from reality. Some of Lights friends became angry on him, so they stopped hanging out. Soon after, he was left, with only three friends. That wasn’t much, but all of them were true friends, so they were always sticking together.

Genin
At the age of 13, Light and all of his friends finally finished the ninja academy. All of them were really happy about it, and they all hopped to finish in a squad with each other. But, destiny wasn’t on Lights side, all three of his friends ended in squad 3, while he ended in squad 5. This made him and them sad, so before the start of their genin life, all of them hanged together as many as they could. But then, missions started, and Light never saw his friends again. This made a horrible impact on Lights moral. He slowly started to go insane.

Chuunin
When Light was 14 years old, he found out a very happy news. His friends were taking the chuunin exams, giving him a chance to see them again. Because of that, he also signed up for the exam. But there was a problem, Lights squad members wanted to skip the exam this year and take the one next year. Light didn’t know what to do to make them change their minds, so he decided to use his illusions to trick them. With a simple illusion, he tricked his team mates into joining the exam. Of course, they found out about it, but it was too late. Both of Lights team mates dropped out, leaving him alone in the exam. With no problem, light passed the first and the second round, coming into the third round without a single wound. In the third round, he finally met his three friends, all tired and happy to see him. But, the destiny decided to do something again, forcing Light to fight his best friend. With no option at all, Light did it, winning without a problem. A few matches after, he ended fighting against his other two friends, beating them also. At the end, he became a chuunin, and his friends failed the exam. From that moment, Light had no friends at all.

Jounin/Missing-nin
Few years later, when Light was 18, his skills became amazing. He became a fearsome shinobi, even the Otokage was afraid of his power, same with his family. But, Light didn’t cared, all of them needed him, and he knew it. Then, Light decided to do something dangerous, just to test his true power. He decided to kill the Otokage and take his spot, as the youngest kage in history. His plan went perfectly and the kage was killed. But, before he could take the spot, a Uchiha decided to confront him. In the fight, Light was injured badly, so he had to use his last resort. He used a very powerful Genjutsu and escaped the village. A day after, the village elders made that Uchiha the new kage, so Light was unable to return to the village. It seemed that his perfect life came to an end. But, did Light taught that way? No, he didn’t, he decided to keep on living.

Missing-nin life
Light didn’t cared that he was a outlaw now, actually, that made things even better. Now, he didn’t had to listen to other peoples orders and he was free to make his own decisions. The first thing he decided to do was to join a group of strong ninjas, to take avenge on the Village hidden in the sound. From all the organizations in the world, he found Akatsuki the most interesting, and most capable. With them on his side, Light taught that he will surely be able to take revenge on the Village hidden in the sound. But, there was a problem. Light taught that he has nothing to offer to the Akatsuki, so he decided to learn new things and jutsus to be able to join them.

Preparing for Akatsuki
A couple of years passed since Light became an Outlaw. His name was well know trough out the world. He was known as the nicest outlaw alive. Light at that time was only using his skills for stealing and escaping ANBU black ops. The things he stole were different types of Sealing and Illusion Jutsus , which he wanted to learn. Soon Lights skills grew a lot, and he taught that he was ready for Akatsuki. He decided to search for them and try to join them, not caring if he will succeed or not.

In a evening, a little after noon, a figure was rushing trough the forest. Each of his steps were quite, almost impossible to be heard. With each of his steps he got closer and closer to his destination, which was hidden deep in the forest. After a few seconds, he arrived into a small opening, hidden from the world. This was the destination, where Light was planning to arrive.

This small area was quite perfect for training, and Light knew it. This was the place where he learned his first wind jutsu, called Great Breaktrough. Since he liked this area, Light decided to come here again, and do some more training. But, this time learning jutsus wasn’t on his mind. This time, Light wanted to figure out his second element, and awaken it. It will be hard, but Light wasn’t planning to give up, he decided to do this for sure.

As he stud there, thinking, the weather around him started to change. The sun slowly started to leave the horizon, making the temperature a little cooler. Also, moisture started to appear in the air, making perfect conditions for all kinds of training. Suddenly, shadows started to cower more area, making it really hard for reading. That would be a problem if Marcus was planning to learn jutsus from scrolls. But, he wasn’t planning to do that, so he wasn’t disturbed by the appearance of the shadows.

Another second passed. Then, Light quickly rose his head, clapping his hand together. Signs of confidence started to appear in his eyes, showing that he was finally ready. After another second, Light slowly lowered his hand, preparing to train. He calmly took out a small peace of paper, grabbing it with his right hand, while his left hand was still hanging besides his body.

This small peace of paper was actually very special. By placing chakra into it, the paper would react according to the chakra type of the person placing chakra into it. There was a different reaction for each elemental affinity. Light already taught about his second element, this was jutst a test, so he could see if he was right. There were 5 elemental affinities. Since Light had Wind as his first one, there were 4 elements left, and Lights his second one was among them.

Without a second to waste, Light quickly started to focus his chakra into the paper. He hopped that his chakra type won`t be Earth, but who knew. After concentrating enough chakra, Light calmly awaited for a reaction. Out of a sudden, the paper in his hand appeared to be filled in water, showing the answer of the test. Lights second chakra affinity appeared to be Water type.

A smile appeared on his face, as he realized this. They were rather great news, Lights chakra affinity wasn’t earth, and that was enough. He already figured what to do if his chakra type was Water, so this situation turned out perfect. On Lights schedule, he planned to do some meditation, river moving with his chakra, etc. This would surely boost the power of his water type jutsus. Also, with water and wind chakra, Light will be able to do some ninjutsu combos.

Now that he knew that Water is his second chakra type, Light was finally ready to do some training. The first thing on his mind was meditation. With it, Light was planning to separate his Water chakra, from his Wind type. Also, this was perfect mind training, which will easily increase Lights amount of chakra. Hehehe…This will be fun; Light taught as he slowly walked towards a place, where he will start with his meditation.

The place where he decided to do his training was, on the North side of the opening, on the rear. It was a small wooden table, surrounded by a root, of an old tree. That place was the one, which was the most hidden in shadows. A perfect place for peace an quiet, hidden from human eyes. There, nobody could see, or disturb, Light and his meditation.

Light calmly set on the table, right into the meditation position, ready to start. He slowly closed his eyes, starting to focus. The first thing he had to do was to clear his head and mind. Knowing this, Light calmly focused on that, clearing his head from all the problems he had. It took him a while, but after a few minutes, his head was clear from all the problems.

After clearing his mind, he had to concentrate on thinking anything about water. Light focused on the ocean and its beauty. He knew that this was surely going to extract his water chakra out. After a few more minutes, results started to come out on the surface. Lights blood started to get cold, due to his water chakra mixed with his wind one, and he could feel it flowing.

When that was done, he needed to separate those two chakras, so he could learn how to controle his water one. To do that, Light focused even more, trying to make his blood warmer. It took him 20 minutes, but he did it. His blood suddenly started to get warmer, with only water chakra flowing, without his wind part. Now he was ready to start training.

After he did his meditation training, Light slowly stud up, starting to do some push-ups. When that was done, he turned towards a small lake, and started to walk towards it. When he came a centimeter away from the rear, Light suddenly stoped. He slowly bent his knees, and looked carefully at the surface of the lake. There was almost no wind that day, so the surface of the lake was calm, making a interesting sight.

Light stud there for a minute, watching the lake, not taking his look off it for a second. After that, he slowly placed chakra into his feet, gathering a prety decent amount. Then, he slowly started to walk towards the center of the lake. It took him just a few seconds to get there. When Light finally did thatm he slowly set on the surface of the water, in a meditation position.

Since his legs were filled with chakra, Light was sitting on the lake normally, just like he would on the ground. Then, out of a sudden, chakra started radiating from him. It was his Water chakra coming out, it seamed that Light was going to continue his training. The location for it, was there, on the center of the lake. A perfect spot for water based training.

As the water chakra started to come out from Light, he slowly concentrated it into the air around him. His idea was, to make water particles in the air combine, so they could be huge enough to make water drops. It was going to be hard, but Light knew that he could do it. This really was the hardest exercise for him. By doing it, Light will surely be able to use his water element properly, without mistakes.

To make things easier, Light slowly rose both of his hands, in front of him self. By doing so, he was able to concentrate chakra easier. After a few minutes, he managed to make a single water drop, by using a medium amount of chakra. It wasnt perfect, but it was something to start with. Nobody excepted it to be that easy.

This small sign of progress, cause a small smile on Lights face, so he was able to continue with his training much relaxed. He continued to place water chakra into the air around him, focusing even more. After a few minutes, Lights work finally payed out. A couple of small water dropps fell into the lake, making a small splashing sound. This was a real sign of success.

With this few water drops, Light decided to finish his training, and decided to test his new ability. He quickly stud up from his meditation position, now placing his chakra, just into the bottom of his feet. Now, Light decided it was time to end the training. He slowly bent his knees, while starting to gather water chakra to his feet, getting ready to do the test. After the amount of chakra was enough, Light streched his knees, jumping into the air quickly.

The result was amaizing. As Light jumped, the water beneath him, followed his feet. In the air, he made a quick round kick, and thus making a small wall of water around him self. After that he stopped placing water chakra to his feet, landing softly on the lake, with water splashing around him. With this Light finally finished his training. In a split second, he suddenly vanished again.

Well, i dont thing my character will ever be a sitting duck. Ive made my character so i could always find a way to pull one of my specialties. Besides that, not all my jutsus are supporting, i still have some for attacking.

For my role in Akatsuki, that depends. In the amnime, each akatsuki member has a partner, which are picked by the leader. If thats the way here, i was thinking of becoming a partner to a member who is an attacking type. Then, my role would be to make the target unable to move, for him to use a uber attacking move and win.
Off course, my character is a good Anti-Unit sweeper, because of the fact that, everyone who makes eye contact or hers my song will get trapped in the genjutsu. This would be very useful in mass fights.

If my character would work solo, then i could easily kill an opponent, no mather who.

My biggest weakness is Aburame Clan members. Their bugs negate all my genjutsus, leaving me only with fuuinjutsu, which is for close combat, so it also has no effect on long range bug attacks.
Thats my only problem, other things i could solve with no problem.

well you have put alot of work into the character and been patient with the process; if you feel that you can as-is be solid member of the akatsuki so strongly, then I'm willing to give you a shot.

You're applying to be in Akatsuki, an S-Rank criminal. Beef up the personality and make it more about your characters emotions rather than his actions.

Also, you seem to make quite a few grammatical errors, so watch out for that.

see that's your problem. Take your time. It took me 2 months to create my character, but again, I was lazy and didn't work on it often. But you want to take your time.

What pisses off your character? What makes him happy? Does he had attitude issues? Ask yourself those questions.

I've been considering the amount of people I have to use, and each of their uses in the Akatsuki and really I can't think of any particular use for your character in the akatsuki... perhaps Adam will be gracious enough to grant you another possition as a powerful missing-nin but as is, I have no need for your character... Sorry...

Being that this was an Akatsuki application and now is extremely messy with staff posts etc. I suggest starting another application to keep it cleaner.
