No no no, you're wrong. Bangs are any bit of hair on your face that isn't pushed back. Sasuke doesn't have bangs, his hairstyle's called something else, and his hairstyle has remained the same throughout both parts.

Say, you wouldn't happen to know what those spikes at the back of his head are called, would you? I call Sasuke's hairstyle a Cokatoo. I don't know why, just do.
