[u][b]Specialties/Elements/Kekkei Genkai/Clan:[/b][/u]  Give your character's elements, specialties, kekkei genkai, and/or clan.

[u][b]General RP Sample:[/b][/u]  Create an original and [b]AVERAGE[/b] RP post of your work.  I do no need bloated RP samples that you only do every now and then.  If you do post a lot on average, by all means post it here, but remember I will expect that length and quality on average when I RP with your character.

[u][b]Battle RP Sample:[/b][/u]  From an old RP site, give me an original RP sample made by yourself.  I require a link, and the name you used on the site.  Be sure to make this an AVERAGE Battle RP sample by your own standards.

[u][b]Commitedness:[/b][/u]  How commited at you really?  Will you only get on once every two weeks, or will you get on to post nearly every day?

[u][b]Goals:[/b][/u]  What plans do you have for your character?  Though is is optional, it might have a small influence on my decision.

[u][b]Other:[/b][/u]  Any awards, special characteristics about your RPing, any problems with getting on now and then, etc.
