Another new jjutsu

Description: This jutsu utilizes the chakra control the fire inside of hero to release a huge amount of chakra from the user's chakra points right before being struck. The released chakra blocks any possible attack on the user. The user ,unlike hyuuga's,just gets into this postion

both creating a shield of fire around themselves and tossing away any nearby attackers. This jutsu is only effective when in this positon, since the fire itself is not enough to stop a physical attack. If they cannot stand and have enough chakra, the user becomes vulnerable. After the attack it leaves a dent in the earth like this

It can reach 5-15 meters in diameter . If over powered it will reach 25 meters.It lasts for one postand it takes three seconds to do it again. this technique cannot stop B rank and above of any element ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and C rank Water jutsu.It is mainly used to block shuriken and kunai but is rarely used to block jutsu.

make sure to note that it cannot stop B rank and above of any element ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and C rank Water jutsu.

Okay. Gonna go out on a limb here and say this jutsu needs serious help. As it is I cannot approve it. If you would like I can work with you to help you come up with something more fitting to the setting with a better description. Nosupersaiyansplease.
