Since I have been told that unless you have Fuuinjutsu as a specialty sealing things is not a jutsu you should have, may I request that one of the jutsu in my application be switched with one that I can actually use?
The jutsu in question is this one:

Before I post the jutsu I'd like to switch it with, I want to make sure this is alright and not against the rules or something.
