The further addition or the user's murderous intent can weaken their target's resolve. Due to their size, only one snake can be summoned from each sleeve. The range of this jutsu is 5 metres.

Name: Anda-Guraundo no Hebi Totsugeki - Underground Snake Assault

Description: This jutsu requires no handsigns, and is primarily used as a last resort. After placing his hands onto the ground, Kazuto will send two 5ft long snakes into the ground using the Earth element from his palm. The snakes will travel underground at a high speed towards the target. Once they are below the target, the snakes will erupt from the earth and will bind the target's legs, or, if they are quick enough, the target's entire body (this rarely occurs). The jutsu's range will be up to 10ft, and the snakes cannot travel beyond that distance. Because the snakes come out of the Kazuto's palms which are placed flat against the ground, the target will not know that the snakes have been sent forth, though Kazuto will have to keep his hands on the snakes' holes to prevent the target from seeing them. Also, since the snakes are normal animals without chakra, they cannot be detected by chakra-sensing ninja, though ninja with heightened senses can detect the snakes.

Name: Buraindo no Ashinami - Blind Step

Description: A jutsu requiring no handsigns, this technique is used primarily when Kazuto has been deprived of sight. Though this jutsu is ranked as C, it only utilizes a D-Rank amount of chakra, however its effects are of C-Rank. By channeling chakra into the earth through his feet, Kazuto can sense the vibrations in the earth caused by movements. This allows him to "see" through the earth, forming a sort of detail-less image in his mind of his surroundings. This "sight" has a circular range with a 15ft radius. Any moment on the ground within this range will be detected by Kazuto as if he could see it clearly with his eyes (e.g if a ninja was to throw a kunai at Kazuto, the movement would be noticed by Kazuto and he would be able to dodge it accordingly). The drawback of this technique is that it cannot allow Kazuto to see movement in the air, so if a kunai was flying at him he would not know if it had changed course or if it was still coming at him. A ninja can usually estimate where the weapon will be based on the direction of the throw, but he cannot be sure. Since he is sending chakra into the earth to see, this can also be used to locate people up to 10ft underground. This jutsu will last for as long as Kazuo continues to channel chakra into the earth. This jutsu cannot be used on anything that is not natural earth (e.g this jutsu will not work on a marble floor).

I see no problem with the second two. The first is, however, a genjutsu. Also it is a genjutsu I consider OP for it's rank, I'm not allowing it to be taken, even as a "basic" genjutsu.

Shikumi isn't a Genjutsu. It's just a way of saying "Don't mess with me, I kill for fun". But anyways, removed it to avoid arguments.

Um.. do you have the snake summoning contract? It's required for that jutsu..(only people who have used it have been Sasuke, Orochimaru, and Anko, all of whom presumably have the snake contract)
