Appearance: This bird is just big enough to carry Ichigo on his back.Ichigo is small and weighs very little anyways so it is not such a great task for him.He has a stone like beak and is very colorful.His eyes are fully yellow and it has three yellow and green tails as you can see below.It has very sharp talons meant for capturing and its wing span is 3.5 feet.Also as seen in the photo it has a blue tounge.He can carry one person at time on his back and is at about Ichigos height; 5 feet tall.

It is considered to look like a very ancient bird from long ago.It is a direct descendant from one of the ancient birds that ninja used to travel long distances.So now Ichigo knew this bird was meant for traveling and he could use it to get to specific locations when needed.This bird is in fact very unique.

History: One day when Ichigo was scavenging for minerals to sell at the markets he noticed a group of birds fighting.They were all picking on a smaller bird than them and it was a matter of time before one of them killed it.Ichigo was instantly depressed when he saw the birds picking on this helpless smaller one.It looked beautiful even though it was beaten up.It gave Ichigo flash back of when bigger shinobi picked on him as an Academy Student in Sunagakure.Ichigo just knew he had to do something to save this bird for it was just the right thing to do.Now the birds were anxious and ready to kill.As one bird swooped in for the kill Ichigo pinned a needle in its beak and it sqwauked in pain.The flock turned and saw Ichigo ready for a fight.The birds all swooped in to attack Ichigo,he counted 5 in all.He quickly performed
Doton: Iwa no Kougeki [Earth Release: Rock Attack] and threw rocks at the birds.Once they began to bleed the birds knew it was time to retreat.Ichigo walked up to the bird they were picking on and knew he couldnt just leave it here.So he decided to claim it by calling it Strawberry.

And a wind attack of D could cancel it, C could break through it entirely.

Be specific with range, like using numbers, rather than just saying 'short range'. Another suggestion is adding measurements to other tech, such as how large your sheild is, and by how much does you lightning chakra enhance your reaction and speed. It helps with imagery, when people try to picture your technique. Also, regarding the Lightning Clone, because it can carry out attacks, it probably wouldn't be considered as low as C rank, but B-A rank. More detail to your appearance and history probably wouldn't be a bad idea, either. And remember, you will have to RP your character 'finding' your summon and such, as well as training/taming it. Then, when you are done, you are to provide the link to the topic. Please fix this, and I'm sure your summon will be ready for approval. :]

As already stated Løνєlєss, Lightning Clone is B-or A-Rank therefore your summon can't have it. Manipulating something intangible like Lightning to look like a clone would require above C-Rank-level chakra control.

Be more specific about its size. Simply saying its big enough to carry your character won't work, it needs an accurate size at most.

One more thing. State whether the bird can only carry one person or multiple people. At C-Rank it should only be capable of carrying one person, I believe.
