Mission: [Pervy Kage]

It was a very cool day in Leaf Village that morning. Usually the golden sun would blanket the village in its warm light, but today it decided to take a break. The sky was far from clear, murky silver clouds drifted across the sky like a toy boat in water, rocking with every shift in wind currents. The cool breeze carried a wet tingling sensation which Takira figured was the hot springs. Standing on top of a building overlooking the hot springs Takira looked similar to a statue. She stood there, still as could be. Both her arms were crossed and her feet close together. She appeared to have a vibe of frustration, yet determination. This was a mission of course, one couldn't blame Takira for being so serious even if the missions was idiotic. A man changing his appearance to the Hokage and spying on women? The idea sounds so immature yet interesting, Takira looked forward to meeting his person face to face. She continued to stand there, with her basic ninja gear on which consisted of a short black robe and ninja sandals. For this mission she didn't exactly need heavy gear present, but she carried some weapons just in case. Takira began to shiver with the cold breezes, but if she would have moved too much then the illusion would break. Under the [Genjutsu: Camaflauge] Technique, she was invisible to the naked eye. She planned on using this technique to find this impersonator in action, so she kept watch on the hot springs.

"Looks like this Pervy Kage is more then just mentally slow..." She thought while a gentle sigh at the end. The sun was peeping threw the clouds which signified that the full affect of morning was about to take place. On top of the building facing the hot springs, she watched the large pool of water in its empty state. It was about the time for the women to come out and enter the hot springs, thus the time the Pervy Kage would come out also. Still standing on the red square tiles on the rooftop, they began rattle as the wind started to pick up. Seconds later a women with a towel around her came out, she was made her way to the hot springs and gently sat in the water. The women, with the bright red hair and slim body took off the towel in the water, and leaned back on the marble rock of the hot springs. Takira watched her, then her eyes shifted to the environment around her. The hot springs wasn't the most interesting places in the village, consisting of a bathhouse behind the hot springs, the wooden gate which separated the male and female parts, and the hot springs itself. One by one more women came out of the bathhouse and into the water. All of them relaxing at the warm water that they were in. Takira started to get jealous, she was standing in the cold breeze unable to move, while they sit in a hot water tub. Still, she kept focus and payed attention.

The last women gracefully exited the bathhouse, and made her way to the hot springs. The other women waved at her, and smiled. Within seconds she slowly entered the water, and while doing so unraveled her hair. Takira watched her, and in the corner of her eye she saw a shadowy movement around the gates. Shifting her head quickly to her right, she looked at the bushes at the corner of the gate. "Gotcha" She said with smirk. [Sharingan] Her Sharingan activated, and it was time to make a move. Everything around her moved in slow motion, like always it was epic for Takira. She always admired the power of her Sharingan, never has she underestimated its abilities. Still under the effect of her illusion, it was time to confront this Pervy Kage. With quick movements she jumped down from the roof, the tiles rattled with the wind she created. Gracefully Takira landed on the tiles around the hot springs, and the women looked at her as she as she landed. They all were shocked, and instantly they began to run back into the bathhouse. While they ran Takira still focused on the small green bush with her Sharingan. "Alright come out Pervert, your under arrest!"

An awkward silence soon followed between the anonymous man and Takira. For moments the wind began to pick up, shaking every loose object that was in its quick path. The sound of tiles, water and leaves relieved the tension between Takira and him. With her Sharingan she saw the small green bush sway slightly, revealing small parts of the man as he hid behind it. She questioned the mans abilities, and why would he impersonate the Hokage. Maybe it was a sick joke which he found amusing, and to be honest it amused Takira as well. But humor had a tendency to backfire when used in a negative way as shown by Takira confronting him. Takira kept her Sharingan glued to the small bush, preparing for anything if it where to happen She slowly slid her right foot back and raised her arms into a fighting stance. The wind slowly began to die off and the silence thought it would continue, but Takira will not let that happen again.

One moment before Takira was about to dash foreward, the man spoke. "I'm under arrest??? Jeez can't anyone have some fun anymore!?" He said boastfully inside the bushes. His voice sounded very old yet powerful, which surprised Takira. Moments later a shadow popped out of the bush, and gracefully landed on the surface of the water in the Hot springs. Luckily with her Sharingan, Takira saw his image as he jumped out of his hiding spot. He looked similar to the Hokage in every way, which meant he was very skilled in Ninjutsu. Takira was excellent at pinpointing small features that could give away someones disguise, whether it was how they moved, acted, and sometimes mistakes in the transformation itself. Not only that but although moving seeing his movement with her Sharingan, he still moved rather fast for the human eye. Takira slowly turned her head to face the Hot Springs, and she raised a eyebrow.

"What?" She said while loosening her stance. The poser stood on the water with a large smile on his face, still in his Hokage transformation. "Haha the Sharingan I see, its been long since I seen a Uchiha haha!" He screamed while laughing uncontrollably. He made small waves in the water because he bounced around so much because of his laughter, and rubbed his stomach as he did so. Takira looked at him confusingly, he was a very weird man that continued to get weirder. "Why are you impersonating the Hokage?" Takira asked questionably at the strange man. "Just having fun. gosh why is the village so high strung nowadays. Oh! Where are my manners, my name is Yuoi young one!" He said while forming a seal. Instantly he was covered by a thin layer of white smoke, Takira new he was canceling the transformation. When the smoke cleared his true image was shown, and he was in a awkward pose aswell. He looked old, long flowing gray hair that came down to his back. Wrinkly face and a pair of square shaped glasses that hung off the tip of his nose. He wore a big red flat jacket, and a brown jump suit underneath. "Ok....." Takira said with a dumb look on her face.

After a few minutes of talking, Takira found Yuoi a very amusing man. After laughing, Takira walked casually on the water and made her way towards him. now a few feet away from each other, Takira new that he was a very friendly man. She learned that he was actually a Village Elder, who decided impersonate the Hokage because he found him annoying. So he decided to annoy him by making the village women feel like their Hokage was a pervert. He was also a traveler, he has spent many years visiting numerous villages and educating young villagers on geography. He was a interesting man, whose fun was taken too far and out of hand. Takira still had a side of her that didn't like him though, only because he was a pervert non the less, no matter who he was impersonating. Be she found the man similar to her favorite Uncle who went missing a few years ago, always cracking jokes and not taken situations seriously. They both smiled at each other, and laughed huskily at each other.

"So are you going to turn yourself in?" She said sharply at Yuoi while standing on the water. He sighed, and shook his head in disbelief. "Oh alright, I'm sure some community service won't harm me that much!" He said with a smirk. Takira frowned, such a goofy individual getting punished, but that was life she supposed. She would have to make choices and do things that she didn't like, it was the way of the Ninja. "Oh and before I go..." He said with a pause. Takira raised a eyebrow, and looked curious. Both her hands were folded around her breats, and her feet were together. "Could you give your father a message?" He said while tilting his head. Takira ears popped up as soon as he referred to her father. She didn't find it odd that he did know her father, seeing as how most elderly people in the village know each other in one way or the other. It was the fact that he knew it was her father that made her suspicious. There are a handful of Uchiha children in the village, but he knew that Naobiki was her father just by looking into her eyes. "Whats the message?" She said blankly as a cold feeling rushed threw her.

Instantly Yuoi closed in on her and tried to attack her. His right fist aimed for her abdomen and with ready to knock the wind of out Takira. With her Sharingan activated she saw the movement but it was too fast for her to dodge. With all her effort she moved to the left as quick as she could without being hit, luckily she was successful. After the attack was missed both of them did a series of attacks and blocks. Takira held herself up well against him, but she knew he was holding back. After a few moments he flickered a few feet back, and flipped his hair as he landed. "Hmm yo have a lot of potential, but you don't know how to use it." He said sharply at Takira. Takira looked at him suspiciously, and breathed heavily because of the short burst of energy. "Your more then a village prankser... exactly who are you?" She asked standing back up straight. He just smiled.

"I'll turn myself in, my fun as been rewarded enough. It was fun while it lasted though." He said with a chuckle.. "May our paths cross again, young Uchiha..." As the words slithered out of his mouth like a snake, he vanished on the water. Takira collected herself, and watched as the women peeped out of the bathhouse one by one. "Well at least thats over, but what a strange guy." She said, and with that, another mission was completed.

Mission Completed

If you wanna be official the mission would be seen as a FAILURE, as he turned himself in, you did not capture him ;D

Well I got him to turn himself in hehe. I'm very unique when it comes to missions, but its still a mission completed I hope. If not I can edit if it bothers you.
