Clan Name: Kyoukan

Kekkei Genkai: This clan\'s kekkei genkai is the manipulation of Bamboo of different strengths. They have a natural chakra that is aligned with bamboo, using special seals on their foreheads. Their nature is automatically water, and the seal gives the clan member a special kind of chakra to allow for bamboo manipulation. The seal is the combination of the clan member\'s blood, life energy, and a huge forest of bamboo and the materials needed for bamboo to grow. This clan has became a clan specializing in Infiltration, Espionage, and Assassinations, and most of their jutsu reflect that as such.

Description: This jutsu is the heart and soul of the Kyoukan clan\'s Kekkei Genkai. This allows the clan member summon up bamboo to use for many different things. How much of it able to be summoned depends on the user\'s rank. The bamboo is no stronger than normal wood, and just wide enough around to where a person could fit their fingers around it and hold it.

Description: This jutsu is an improved version of the magic cloak of invisibility technique developed by the Kyoukan clan. The user will use a special cloth that will contour to their bodies, and is made to match the surroundings. This cloth has the right proportions and perspective from all sides, giving a better advantage to not be seen.

Description: This jutsu is a modified version of activating an explosive tag. The Kyoukan clan member will put the chakra into the explosive tag slowly, commanding it to burn slowly, creating a very hot burning napalm like exploding note, that will cause severe burns if it gets stuck to someone.

Description: This Kyoukan jutsu is used for discovering the layout of a building. The user places his hand onto a surface of the building, sending small waves of chakra into all surfaces of the building, and imprinting the memory of the building\'s layout into the user\'s mind, to use whenever. The size of the building readable is dependent on rank.

C - Normal buildings, such as large houses
B - Large buildings, such as mansions
A - Huge complexes, such as a base or hideout
S - Huge areas, such as half of a Hidden Village

Description: This jutsu allows the Kyoukan members to sneak into places without detection. The Kyoukan member will coat him or herself in a strange veil of chakra. The chakra changes the color of the user, and makes a kind of mirage that will distort the edges. Basically, it will allow a small clan member to hide in a shadow. Anyone looking at it without advanced eyes will see only a dark shadow. While in a shadow, someone looking at it closely will see a slight mirage at the edges, seeing only how the shadow would look.

Description: This jutsu is an improved version of usual smokescreens caused by some bombs. The user will exhale, causing a large amount of thick smoke equal to the hidden mist jutsu to pour from their mouths. The smoke is very thick, and the people must rely on other senses to see through it.

Description: This jutsu uses the Kyoukan Smokescreen jutsu to try to inflict pain, or even kill someone in the smokescreen. The user will pour some chakra into the smoke around a target, then cause the smoke to condense onto the target, causing coughing, weezing, and eventually suffocation if the user cannot escape into clean air within 5 posts. The user must be focusing on the target the whole time.

Description: This jutsu allows the Kyoukan clan member to attack targets secretly. By putting a thin layer of chakra over a projectile or projectiles thrown, the chakra layer eliminates most of the sound caused from the projectile flying through the air. A highly sensitive ear can still hear the whoosh of the projectile though.

Name: Bamboo Senbon

Description: This jutsu uses the Kyoukan clan\'s ability to manipulate bamboo. The user targets some of their own summoned bamboo, and makes it plinter into about 15 senbon per feet of bamboo. Then the bamboo senbon fly at the opponent dealing some pretty good damage if it hits.

History: The Kyoukan clan has been around for as long as records of ninjas have been written, but they have never been written about. They were the people that were behind the scenes, shaping the course of the world. They started and ended all of the Great Ninja Wars secretly, without eer being caught. They are an ancient clan with few members, and developed many techniques to keep themselves hidden, to infiltrate places, gather information, and especially, assassinate targets swiftly and easily. They started training their clansmen at the age of 5, making them strong enough to quickly run through any trials that the world had for them. They learned the ways of weaponry, and powerful ninjutsu. They made strange weapons that would help getting in and out of places easier, and developed their skill over the ages. They were infatuated by bamboo, strong, durable, but calm and workable. They started to cultivate special bamboo types, made with their chakra over the ages. They created a special seal to place on their childrens\' heads, which sealed a whole grove of bamboo, plus the necessary things for the bamboo to grow, into their bodies. This allowed the members to now create and manipulate bamboo. A powerful ability to have with their special ninja clan. They still relied heavily on their other ninja techniques, however.

Assuming this will likely be used for infiltration, or something of the sort, on large sized buildings that are complex, and more difficult to figure out, you might wanna make this C rank.

The clan member can then "jump" from shadow to shadow, but only if te shadows directly touch each other. If no shadows are touching, the user is then stuck in whatever shadow until the jutsu ends, or they "jump" shadows. This skill burns an E ranked worth of chakra each post. If the user is struck, then the jutsu ends.

I'm not so sure about this one, because it has to do with shadows, which are reserved to the Nara clan. I also don't think that the fact that it takes only an E ranks worth of chakra is all too acceptable either. I would like another opinion.

I don't think that it's fair that the user can somehow see through the smoke. However, if you can come up with a more detailed and acceptable explanation, I may have second thoughts.
