Just a few days ago I got an addiction to poetry and I've been writting countless stanzas every day. This is just something I wrote yesterday at around 11 PM so it's kind of bleh at some parts.
Caramell is the color of you hair
Ever so soft, ever so smooth,
Just these qualities are mere-
Mere humble things,
As it would take
A life-long to name them all.
Your dark brown eyes
Sparkle like ice
As the light of the moon
Shines on them this noon.
Profound as the sea,
I get lost in your love
And all I want to see
Is just your pretty face.
You see this world is such a sad place
And, what else can I say
Words just won't come out today
Of this flirt of a mouth
That just can't stop stating
How beautiful you're looking.
And how gorgeous and how pretty
What a perfect human being,
Now the question asked,
Is how you could be mine.
From the moment I met you
I knew you were the one,
From the moment I touched you
I felt we were like one.
Love is an extraordinary feeling
Full of ups and downs,
For you my special someone
I could, in love, drown
For having that much in me
Without someone to rid me
Of what I have only felt while dreaming.
So here I am,
With just a handful of roses
And my sincerest thoughts
I'd treat you like Moses
When he was young.
My love is like the stars above
Infinite and warm
I want to hold you in my arms
So you can feel what you have done.
My poor little heart,
Helpless and sad
Had not felt this warmth
That your love gives like mad.
A thank you must be said
To you my lovely lady
For now we lay in bed
Hand with hand, lips with lips.
Why, you ask;
Well, I loved you greatly
You hadn't seen me lately
But even though
You stole my heart
And didn't break it.
Now I know
Who I can trust
Who I can hug
Who I can kiss
For I have found that princess
That is in every child's mind
When a fairy tale is read.
