Damura is by one of the tallest persons in the history he has been on. Luckily for him he hasn't found someone yet of his own size or bigger. He stands out to be about 6'7 of height. And weights about 255 pounds without his armor and such. With his armor he tends to weight about 380 pounds. He has slightly dark skinned tone color of skin, and even has several markings around his body that represent his culture as being a monk and such. He has no kind of hair in his head. But instead he has a rather bushy and long brown beard. He has about two circles in his forehead, coming down from largest to smallest. These circles were literally burnt into his skin. he also has gigantic beads around his neck. These are colored brown, and tend to weight about 35 pounds. Aside from all of his stuff around his body he's very muscular, more than his half of his weight i based only on muscles. Giving him a rather more scary look, and intimidating.

He got a sleeveless light brown shirt. Which again shows his great muscular body. In his left arm he got an armor of metal, that he named the lightning rod. The armor goes down from his shoulder down to his hand. And in the middle, around the elbow side it has more likely like a wheel. This wheel always spins everytime is in play. And as it absorbs an attack it glows with a dark aura. Around from that he have a few chains hanging, and he looks too trashy for his age. His looks give him atleast 10 more years. Making him look really old even though hes on his early twenties.

Personality:
Damura is slightly kind. But not as much. He tends to be slightly impatient also. He gets angry most of the times, he does not joke around or plays around with nobody. Everytime somebody like that gets around him he just blows him off or just kills them. He thinks is slightly annoying that some keep yapping on someone's ear. He's the person who gets to the point, and likes to keep things clear whether is a lie or the thruth. In battle he tends to be more serious than ever, as he has sometimes trouble to find a strategy to finish the battle. He isn't the smartess either, as he sometimes slacks off his own job. He never met his family therefore he doesn't really care about a family, even if he had one he would belive he would kill them all.

In a normal occasion of the day, if he is slightly content because of what he has done, he is patient and tends to be careful most times. But his rage is something he can't just seal away easily. When he's happy, he's either making puppets for his collection of them or training some jutsus by himself. And as you could see by his muscle he tends to do alot of physical work. He cares nothing for no one and he will never will. His goal is to destroy Kumo for previous reasons that only he knows about. And possibly destroy its allies. Maybe Suna if it gets in the way.

Kekkei Genkai: Lightning Pulse-Members of this clan are born with the ability to generate localized electromagnetic phenomena, by manipulating intense bio-electric fields generated by his body. This is a power that he internalized and kept hidden for much of the early part of his adult life. Exactly how much electrical energy a member of this clan can generate is unknown but they can easily stun or kill a man with his powers, and on one occasion they are able to bring dead people back to life by giving them pulses of electricity directly to his heart. He can also generate a powerful electro-magnetic force field capable of stopping projectiles, however, this act requires considerable effort and concentration. They can also generate an electromagnetic field that allows them the ability of flight for certain amount of times.

Clan History:
It was said that the clan was made by gods. Selfish gods that were doing everything they could to be better than the other. Word from the gods were that the water and lightning god were never meant to be together, as they were forcedly bound to be enemies. Although not really a reason of why was this. They kept their religious belief and went with what their beliefs were. Born to be rivals, they both were destined to fight. They were not forced to do this, but to have a better life they used humans as their targets to fight for them. "I mean, why us fight, when we are gods and can control anybody we want.?" Both came to an agreement, taking hostess of their powers, two humans of the ninja world. Although they were far apart from each other, destiny will someday bring them together. And there they was, giving every single power they had to a single human. The water god gave the right to posses the power of water to a single women in the land of of water, Kirigakure. The other person who was given the right to posses was the brave and powerful monk Damura Myaku, in which lived in the land of lightning, Kumogakure. Years passed,they discovered various way to used this method. Caring, not to be a god, they kept on with their lives.

The small war, came Kiri v.s Kumo. Both villages clashed together bringin fear and death upon those eyes who fought bravely. The non-ending battle suddenly came to a stop. And that was because both at the same time fleed. Leaving these two shinobi bravely still fighting for each lives. Damura and the unknown girl, both met, not in a good occasion but they met. Not knowing that they were destined to kill each other. They formed a friendship relationship long after they realized that the shinobis and the fights would not end. The formed a relationship as they moved on to Kumogakure. Making a new life, as strangers. The gods watching over them, relaized that they weren't really enemies, as they followed their previously god's commands. They made truce and lived well, and forgot about everything they had in the past.

Items/Weapons:

Name: Lightning Rod
Appearance: Metal armor that goes around Damura’s left arm. It covers just about almost his whole hand. And has much of a wheel around the elbow level. This will begins to spin as it absorb lightning attacks. And a black aura begins to surround it once has some energy stored.

Special Abilities: The armor can absorb raiton chakra. But only those of the same rank. Any higher level raiton chakra that is tried to be stored on the armor will result on complete destruction of the armor. The armor can only absorb about 1 attack per fight, and it must be used carefully as it makes the next raiton jutsu from the user doubled. After it is used it cannot be used for the next 4 posts. As it needs to cool down. When a raiton jutsu its stored here, the armor will turn other jutsu used by the user black lightning.As the user ranks up, will be able to absorb higher ranking jutsus.
Origin: An armor he himself created when he fleed from the village of Kumogakure. He himslef had a big passion for mechanics and lightning element. So he combined both by creating his favorite creation. The lightning rod, who helped him to become better at the raiton element category.

Name: Electro-Magnetic Boots

Special Abilities: The boots allow him to take on flight, by making an electro magnetic field around them. As they are taking Damura to flight they will begin to make small cracking noises as they are on the air.
Origin: They were invented by Damura himself, along with the lightning rod. They were more easily invented as his ability was the thing that made them take that form. All he did was put some of his raiton element chakra on them, as he soon saw the difference of them. The only thing that he saw that was wrong with it, was that they began to make snapping cracking noises that most of the time reveal his location.

Description: By placing his left hand up pointing at the sky, the user will call forth the god of lightning. Asking for his power. Once he does that, a lightning will strike down from the sky onto his arm. Giving the hand inmense electrical powers. Allowing the user to send about 1-5 bolts of lightning at the opponent, as he waves the hands around.

Description: A lightning move, that the user have to concentrate really well to create. Once the person is electrified with the element, the user wil swing its arms once. Creating a line that crushes everything in its way with elemental lightning energy. The attack isn't as strong as it may seem, but it can shock and even make body parts numb if hitten.

Description: A ninjutsu technique that it must be done with a small katana or the man splicing his hands together and then swiping his hands to the direction of the opponent. The user after quick swiping his hands together outwards he will send small waves of electricity that hits the opponent. As it its very quick. These waves can even work to mess up the connection of walkie talkies or other systems that produce connection to another part, such as radios, etc,etc. But thye can be used to hit the opponent to take them off track.

Description: After doing the neccesary procedures, he can create a large connection from the tip of his finger tip a large link of electricity that allows him to reach about 15 fts from the opponent. The finger with this connection and in this form can cut through trees, and even create a gigantic crater on the floor as it hits it. The attack can slash an opponent easily. The only flaw in this is that the finger will feel like if it is much heavy and therefore slower to move.

Description: After concentrating the user will begin to use his electrical element to act as a magetic force. Forcing his body to repell from the ground, and basically walk on air for about 5 posts,without no sounds, but a small cracking sound underneath his shoe from the lightning taking effect.

Description: After shouting an incantation, the user will scream 'lightning assist me on my battle' as a lightning will burst out of the user's mouth, in all directions falling and forming craters as they do. They pierce through the hardest things in the world, for so much power. The lightnings will burst out into the sky about 25fts in the air and then strike down by the opponent.

Before you go any further, I would like to inform you that Missing Ninja is not an available rank at the moment. In fact, only Suna ninja are allowed.

Already got permission from Adam. He knows the reason i asked him if i could make a Missing Ninja.

Needs better explaining, I doubt a B-ranked missing ninja could absorb A and S ranked Lightning Jutsu

I'll take that out the first one, but the Lightning Rod thing, is only able to absorb that of its own rank or lower. Otherwise if tried to absorb any higher lightning jutsu will cause destruction to the metal armor. But as the user ranks up, will be able to absorb the same level of lightning as its own rank.

Even so, 100% absorbtion is alittle much. Perhaps if you became 'S'rank you could absorb 90% of all chakra based lightning jutsu but no natural based lightning jutsu? I'm not totaly sure on strictness of chakra absorbtion on this forum but your 'lightning rod thing' seems over powered to me bud.

You won't be able to absorb S rank, period. Here is what I suggest:

B rank: Can absorb 3/4 of damage from B rank attacks and absorb all damage from lower ranks.

Like I said before. I won't be able to absorb S rank Lightning only possibly at the rank of S rank. Right now, IM only making a B rank Missing Ninja. Therefore he has alot to go and pass by to atleast even absorb an A rank lightning jutsu. I don't quite think ya are getting what Im saying. And yeah Travis, I think that will do. But i think as I rank up the absorbtion power will be like this.

B-rank: 3/4 of the damage of B ranks. And completely absorb the lowe ranks.
A rank: 2/4 of the damage of A ranks. And completely absorb the lower ranks.
S rank: 1/4 of the damage is absorbed. And completely absorb the lower ranks.
