Is there a Deidara-like clan that's approved here? If so, who is the leader?

The clan is called Bakugekiki, but I'm not sure if its creator, Koden still leads it; seeing as he hasn't posted since July. If he quit the site, am I allowed to just make my character under this clan?

Well, I've seen that Deidara doesn't really have a clan. He's like, an ability of his own body. So my character Amari inherited my character Shyke Demona's ability to use the explosive clay in the same way as Deidara. As such if you need to use the abilities of Deidara feel free but if you in no way follow the history of my characters, then in no way relate yourself to my design.
