I'm not totaly down with whats expected on this forum yet so i'll try and answer your questions to the best of my ability.

- As far as jutsu per rank, to my knowledge theres no limit however thats only because no one has tried to abuse this. By abusse i mean, having 50+ jutsu at Genin rank.

- Again, for chakra cost each individual differs, i'm sure everyone would like to think their character has the same about of chakra as a Jinchuuriki but thats not the case. Provided people don't chakra god mod some peoples characters can fight for slightly longer (if their the same rank). Obviously jutsu's go from S, A, B, C, D, E. 'S' using the most chakra.

- Like i said before each individual character is different so having an overall chakra amount for every character of the same rank just seems unfair. For example someone who specialised in Ninjutsu would have a greater chakra amount/control then someone who specialised in Taijutsu.

- Wepons/Equipment:- If there not on your application you don't have them and the amounts you have on your application refer to the amount you take out with you on missions. So, example:- if you had x20 Kunai then whenever you went on a mission you'd take x20 Kunai with you.

For Chakra and Chakra Costs, there is no specific amount; just common sense. For example, you cant use 12 S Ranks in one battle and still be at full health. Most of our rules, unless said otherwise, are pretty much based on common sense.

I disagree with your remark about those facts being 'common sense'. You assume everyone that joins the forum has a wide range of Narutoverse knowledge? It certainly seems that way from that statement.

When i first joined a naruto forum i hadn't even watched the show or read the manga, my application was for an academy student and i had Chidori, Sharingan tm3, 8gates etc.. It was only once a moderator took the time to introduce me to certain information that i fully understood the concept.

As for chakra cost, it would be a different amount for each rank and specialisation. (i.e A Chuunin Ninjutsu special would be able to use more chakra based jutsu then a Chuunin Taijutsu special. Obviously the first would have trained indepth to gain better chakra control and because of it's constant use would have a slightly bigger chakra pool.

Well, it kind of is based off of common sense. IRL, you wouldnt be able to go through a full sparring match for hours wit no side effects. And even if you have no knowledge of Naruto, there is always something you can relate chakra to: Mana, energy, etc.

But mostly its up to you to decide your characters conditioning, which ultimately would lead to a bit more stamina/chakra then someone else of the same rank, if you were a exercise freak IC.

That conditioning, etc, would lead the person to possibly get off another B-Rank before passing out, etc.

But like L33 said, it would depend on your specialty, etc.

I understand your point Cara, like Zens but i wouldn't call that knowledge common sense, whose to say someone didn't have any idea what chakra was therefore they had nothing to relate it to?

Basically it just depends what ranks are open and what your level of rp is. If you are totally new to it, they aren't going to let you become Akatsuki leader~ Your roleplaying skill decides what rank you are allowed, as well as what is open. Also Missing Ninja don't recieve assignments, unless someone evil hires them but I've not seen it happen on this site. Missing nin gradually go through ranks by killing people I believe, and also time progression as to when their character was made and how much experience it has.

Amari is correct however were working on a missing nin status system atm, all information on this subject will be revealed in depth at a later date. :3

And we do have annual Chunin Exams for Genin. Other ranks can rank by doing missions and being good at RPing. That, whoever, will only be done at an Admins approval.

CE's occur every 6 months or so on the whole

Just a stupid question. Do Missing Ninja's EVER rank up, or do they just rank up due to post quality? If so, then the whole missing ninja group should be large enough t have a CE type thing, IMO.

We are currently working on a Missing-Nin rank-up system. Most likely, itll be based of of Rp quality, and most importantly, Missions, though those may not be the only factors in determining it.

Missing Ninja is more of a title then an actual listed rank, like Zabuza = ANBU MN where as the Demon Brothers were only Genin MN. I guess, missin nin could create/hold their own tournament. Infact i quite like the idea of another organisation like Akatsuki forming, like the mafia of the shinobi world. Hosting their own tournament, so missin ninja from all around can prove whose the daddy...I feel medal idea's coming on o_O
