Katon Jutsu for Seiko

Description: Seiko will pull out a scroll from his Jounin vest, and throw it up in the air. He will make several handseals, finishing on the tiger handseal, with his two fingers spread slightly apart. The scroll will fall between them, and glow red. Seiko will grab the scroll with his left hand and throw it to his left, and up. His right hand will run it's fingers along it, and the scroll will begin to glow red. It will eventually glow a brilliant red, and will wrap around Seiko, tightly. At this point, it's glowing so bright that you couldn't tell that there is a scroll on him, instead it would look like a Sun-Colored, full body jumpsuit. The effects of this jutsu are that Seiko is nearly immune to Taijutsu, as any sort of impact would practically melt the flesh of his opponent. The Scroll burns outwardly at several hundred degrees. The side of the scroll touching Seiko is moderately insulating, and can whistand the heat for a while. That, however, is one of the main downfalls. The insulation only lasts without harm to the user for 4 turns. on the 5th turn, they'll have minor burns. The 6th will be severe burns, and extremely dibbilitating. The 7th turn would kill the user entirely. Any Weapon thrown at the user will be burned away almost instantly, the user of the technique suffering only minor impact pain, and perhaps small bruises. Any Jutsu of B rank or lower (other than Water) will be entirely destroyed when coming in contact with this armour. Any Attack of an A rank attack will destroy the armour, but not hurt the user. The user cannot use any weapons except for the two unmeltable swords (https://ultimateshinobi.rpg-board.net/weapon-applications-f7/unmeltable-swords-t3476.htm#40569) that are sealed in the scroll that is used. Also, only Fire techniques can be used as far as ninjutsu, since wind would instantly explode.
While in this form, Seiko can fire C-ranked fireballs from his hands for an E ranked amount of chakra, since great heat already exists, and a small amount of chakra would cause the fireball to form massively. However, Seiko cannot exceed C rank in power due to stability and can fire no more than 5 fireballs total, when in this form, or his armour will disintegrate on trying to form the 6th.

Denied, this will let you melt any sword besides your chosen swords.

Needs more of a downfall on your behalf, you cannot just block all Taijutsu.

Impossible, a mere scroll is protecting you from several hundred degrees, even if that were so, which it isn't, your body couldn't withstand the heat.

You state lower down that wind would make it explode, yet here you state wind attacks would be destroyed as they are nothing, along with lightning and earth? How several hundred degrees of fire can withstand bolts of lightning doesn't make much sense.

Overpowered, not being hurt at all, I'm guessing once it's destroyed it would just disappear? No it would send several hundred degrees of flames into your body, making you dead.

Sorry gonna have to deny this too, you have so many advantages, making it E-ranked amounts of chakra is crossing the line which is past the line you already crossed ;D

I think I've shared a lot of reasons to prove to you that this technique isn't acceptable and is somewhat of an impenetrable defensive jutsu with many positives and almost no negatives. Your main downfall isn't even much of a downfall. I doubt you could hold an S-ranked technique for four turns anyway, that's an over load of wasted chakra.
