Special Abilities: An'barak can channel his chakra into the robe, creating an invisible barrier of shadow energy around himself, that can block attacks of proportionate chakra levels. This is particularly effective for disheartening enemies, as it will appear as if their attacks had no effect whatsoever. This can be used to block up to C-rank ninjutsu, or b-rank taijutsu/kenjutsu attacks.

Origin: An'barak found during his research of the scroll of Gul'dan references to a set of demonic armor, craftable only by the mightiest members of the Unthor clan. The scroll gave a specific layout as to even how these garments should be designed, and information on what they could do, but also warning that such powerful armor could spell the death of the user if they were not very careful during its creation. Fascinated, An'barak carefully followed each step to the letter, weaving each piece out of powerful chakra conductive cloth, spending weeks on it, until, finally, he developed his very own set of demonic armro: the rainment of the malefic.


Name: Mask of the Malefic

Special abilites: The eyes of the mask glow a bright red, and contain a b-rank genjutsu that An'barak can activate at any time, to instantly create a sudden insatiable fear in his enemy. This can be activated by using a b-ranks amount of chakra once, and the next time any opponent catches his eye, the genjutsu immeadiatley will take effect. Normally this would not be such a horrible effect, however, the fear is greatly enchanced by the demonic clothing An'barak is wearing, clothing which becomes many times more horrifying. This genjutsu can easily leave an opponent stunned for long enough for An'barak to finish the job. They begin to quiver uncontrollably, and see An'arak grow bigger, and his armor become an image of that which they fear the most, causing almsot any opponent to become immeadiatley paralyzed with fear, if only for a short time. Also, the eyes of the mask, if channeled in a C-ranks worht of chakra, immeadiatley enchance An'baraks vision (Thermal, nightvision, etc)

Special abilities: The gloves allow An'barak to fire off shadow/void bolts instantly, with no need for hand signs, however, at an additional 15% chakra cost. They also can shoot off several minor bolts of shadow instantly, which move incredibly quickly from each finger tip, for the cost of a b-rank jutsu. Finally, they can generate 'shadow shuriken' allowing an'barak to use his swarm of angry gnats technique without the need for shuriken, but for another additional 15% chakra cost

Special Abilites; For a Cprank chakra cost to activate, and a d-rrank chakra cost for each post it is used, An'barak can sue a technique called 'shadow step' that minorly increases his movement speed, and makes his footsteps completely unehearable. The downside to this technique, is that anyone who can sense or see chakra will easily be able to locate and identify him, in some cases more than they woudl have been able to before he used the technique. Increases his movement speed by 15% while active (this only applies to feet, so therefore only his running / jumping speed is increased.) Maximum duration of 5 posts.

Set Bonus: By activating all five pieces, and pouring An A-ranks chakra's worth into each, An'barak can skip the channeling time for demonic form, and isntantly transform into a demon. However, this hasty casting of the jutsu will cause it to only last for 1/2 its normal time.

Special additional notes: All the pieces are reasonable flexible, and fire proof, (C-rank and lesser b-rank jutsu wont light the robe on fire.) . All of them provide minor protection from attacks due to the density of chakra (a single kunai thrown accurately would pierce, but not very deep.) It is tough to tear, and is waterproof.

Most ninja can channel chakra into clothing so there is no need for "shadow energy" as it is a simple task. The ability to block any attack of proportionate chakra levels is OP, i will give you C-ranked techs and below.

Denied. I feel that having the ability to fly is something that has to be specifically KKG related and based. It wouldn't be related to armour or shoulders in anyway it would have to be a jutsu.

Sigh. Once again armour/gear would not give you the ability anywhere near that of the byakugan. I will allow night vision/thermal/improved distance, but nothing that can pierce anything or track it is too OP and would be basically having your own doujutsu. Also do you have genjutsu as a specialty? I dont see how a mask can create a genjutsu instantaniously. Pehaps a C-ranked fair based genjutsu will be fine, but if gen isnt a specialty i dont see how it is avaliable to your character. I am open for persuation here ^^

Is this an additional chakra cost on the jutsu equivilant or your total chakra supply?

Well it was A-ranked so that would mean it could go up to A-rank. So change to C-rank and note that it can block C-ranks and below.

Well if you have a genjutsu it will be fine. but you would have to describe what the genjutsu actually does? how it is activated? what rank it is?...personally whats the difference of casting one as a jutsu then having it in a mask? is there not chakra cost? please explain.

I dont see why this is the effect of your shoulder armour?? It has nothing to do with shoulders? This would be just a plain jutsu ability and does not match something that an armour can do.

XD throw me a bone here, i think itd would be kiind of wierd to not have a complete set, and other than soemthign like wings coming out of them, there really aren't terribly many things tha pair of shoulderpads could do XD
