Description: First, Techi moulds the clay over with his chakra, as he does with every other clay-based technique. Each palm makes around six drops of clay that look just like rain drops. Techi throws the clay in the air, and can hold the clay there, as long as he holds the hand seal. He can force the rain drops of clay down whenever he wishes, and use Katsu to explode them upon impact. The explosions are small, but can pierce the flesh, and possibly graze the muscle.
Can hold in air for Three Post. Although he doesn't have to hold it in the air.
