Pressing his feet against the earth beneath him and running his chakra through his heels. Mokuzen began to sigh to himself upon coming to terms with his overall lack of control when it came to the most basic of his own techniques. He had gone through hell and high water, and faced death numerous times at his own choice. Yet now he was faced with even the most simiplist of skills that even the youngest and least talented of Genin was suppose to master.
Planting his feet against the ground and quickly dragging his chakra about. Mokuzen began to chuckle as the heavy feelin of his sandals running into the ground seemed to get worse and worse as time progressed and his unrefined chakra became more and more obvious. The constant surge of his own energies attempting to escape his body in combination with his mind losing itself with the idea that he lacked control over such a simple skill, made it harder and harder for him to think as he finally kicked off the earth and attempted to make his way up the trunk of the three that stood before him.
His pale white skin flew through the area as though a ghost, while his thick legs reinforced with chakra began to carry him further and further until he reached his desired target. The trunk of the tree gave him very little stress as his ankles connected with it on a nice and steady slope and made it possible for him to continue moving with the proper momentum.
His chakra supported him with his first step against the tree as the small yet safe burst that followed allowed him to continue onward. "Yes..." His mind echoed out as he took one step up the trunk of the tree, little to no effort was needed for him to fully control the chakra that was at his disposal. His foot took another step up the mighty core of the trunk making it possible for him to carry himself yet another step.
"This is getting too easy..." his mind continued to think out loud as three more steps were made in his advancement up the tree. With each and every step he could feel his chakra escape through his legs and press against the tree as if to act as a balance beam all the while he continued walking up it.
"At this rate I'm gonna..." Mokuzen's mind drifted off as he felt his chakra slip over what he could only assume was his own feet. He had gotten himself drawn into the idea of how awesome he was that the thought of paying attention seemed to escape him as he slowly watched the world spin about on an axis while his head began to make assumptions as to where it was going to end up when this was all done.
Oddly enough, he was correct in assuming it was to be the ground. The chakra escaped his feet as his head managed to connect with the earth beneath him acting as a signal to tell him that prehaps he had done more then enough training for the day. Mokuzen would look up into the sky all the while his ass was at one with the earth wondering exactly what it was that he was suppose to be doing in the hell hole that was the forest he was now inside.
