| OOC: Jiro I decided a map won't exactly work, thinking on it really we wouldn't have a map, we'll have to make it as we go.
Nagori slowly walked along the path which lead to Rice Field Country, surprisingly he woke up and left before Jiro did. So now he waited for Jiro, by walking he wasn't going very far, Jiro would surely catch up with Nagori in time. Thinking about his combat techniques, revising strategy and checking what gear he had along the way. He had to remain focused and calm before this mission, becomming too excited would end it for him. Although this was a simple mission, possibly even easy, Nagori wanted to take it in all seriousness. His full ANBU clothing was worn, although it weighed him down a bit, he would require its dark cloth when they arrived. Plan was to attack a few hours before dawn, at that time many of the guards would be tired. Jiro had the situation under control Nagori felt, however two ANBU fighting an army would do better than one. Nagori was excited to find out what abilities his leader had, maybe Nagori's own abilities would surprise him too. However Jiro would have been fully informed about Nagori's clan abilities most likely, they were a forbidden clan for what they do. This battle would bring some advantages though, organs and bodies were easy to find in the field of battle. It had been a while since Nagori inserted a couple of spare organs into himself. An extra lung and heart never went astray, however he would also get to play autopsy on this mission, it was a very exciting time indeed for him. Nagori walked with confidence in himself and in his leader, only now he had to wait for him to show up, wherever along the path he may come.

| (OOC: Fine by me Shyke. I have taken the liberty of posting your reactions so we could get on to the mission but feel free to post anyway if you want and I will tweak mine accordingly)
Had he been travelling by foot it is likely he would still by a great way off. Fortunately Jiro had access to less conventional means of transportation and was even now enjoying the heady autumn breeze 3 miles up hidden from sight by cloud cover. As he began his rapid descent to the forest floor where his partner for the mission was patiently walking along he couldn’t help happily noting there were certain perks to being the holder of the vampire bat summoning contract. It was just a matter of time, practise and of course gravity before a bat swooped down in front of Nagori before flipping some 10ft off the ground and dispersing in a cloud of smoke to reveal the hooded and black robed form of Jiro which flipped casually through the air to land on his feet with the ease of a trained dancer. Anyone who didn’t know the young Anbu operative well might have thought he was showing off but Jiro had neither the time or then inclination to do so and simply liked to keep his training sharp. Ironically his aloof distain of such things combined with his acrobatic stylings made most assume the countrary.
He consider saying something to his partner but thought better of it and simply nodded and fill in on his right hand side scouring the area for signs of danger. And wandered how Nagori would react to his silent arrival.
He had not known Nagori long in truth and decided to tag along to observe the odd looking Nin. The file on him had proved an interesting read to say the least. His skills in both genjutsu and medical Jutsu would doubtless prove invaluable not only in the task ahead but as part of a larger team. Yet according to records he had been operating in deep cover doing infiltration and counter espionage work largely and Jiro was wondering if the Anbu’s skills had been dulled or sharpened during that time. Perhaps more importantly he wanted to see how his size factored into his fighting style. His appearance and height had attracted his attention more then anything else when he had been instructed to reform a new team, not because it surprised him but rather because it offered a whole realm of new options for infiltration and assassination that could only otherwise be achieved by use of debatable illusionary techniques. Simply put Nagori could go places he could not being short wasn’t bad, it was useful. However his size would of course impact to some degree on his fighting style and it was important he familiarise himself with his mannerism and technique if he was to make the best utilise him later on.
That said Nagori didn’t disappoint not batting any eyelid or saying anything about Jiro’s presence. Whatever his height he was clearly a professional and he didn’t need to exchange pleasantries that might give away their position, origins, mission or anything else for that matter to those who might be listening in. Anbu rarely spoke on the move or on mission unless needed, in part to maintain silence and more importantly because they didn’t need to. There was an imperceptible bond that connected them that went beyond the norm. Silently the pair leapt forward as one and started to pick up the pace keen to get into position on time and see the mission done.
