Looks:The color part of the eye turns orange and a Dark Red Line going across the top of your eye till it hits your pupil each stage of this another line appears till lines go in all four main directions to your pupil.And in each stage the white part of your eye turns darker and darker till it turns black so it would go into a light grey then grey then dark grey then black.
Abilities:1)This ability can be turned on and off by the command of the user.Its like X-Ray Vision they can see threw objects and people and 75% the range of the Byakugan.2)There Jutsus hurt a little bit more then usual so if you could make a small sized Fire Ball and used the shikudo you could make one atleast medium sized.

History: This clan was found while the Sand Village was first being founded and built by the first kazekage.This clan was acknoledged when the first of the clan got the Shikudo.But now they were killed off dureing war and only some of them remain today and are forgotten.The rest of the remaining Tokomei members are trying to put there clan back on the map.
