Looks: Kokaku Kidotai - Clothes by ~boyoftears on deviantART He has red hair and hazel colored eyes he has black face paint on and over his lips.His skin color is white.He wears things on his arms with skulls on them and there grey and the skulls on them are white and he has bandages under them.Then his shirt is grey some parts are darker then others and bandages under there aswell.Normal Brown belt with a pack on the side for kunai and shuriken.Then his pants are a tanish brown and he wears normal ninja shoes but they are black instead of blue.He wears his headband where his chest and waist meet and sometimes he would have a puppet with him on his back or have it floating by his side.He wears that or he wears his other robe thing that is mostly black from the waist down.The part around his neck with the skull is grey and its padded on the inside so kunai dont have so much damage on him.His nails are kind of sharper then the normal persons are.He always has his right eye covered with his hair.
Personality: My character is kind of emo and mellow he hates peppy people and he usually just stands there doesnt really talk that much.He is kind of like sasuke and how he started out in the naruto series.Just sits back relaxing being all mellow and calm without a care in the world.He usually hides somewhere to get away from the village most of the time.That is why no one can usually find him.He doesnt care about watching people get killed or killing people at all.It doesnt really have any effect on him.
He hates it when people waste perfectly good materials that he could probly use to make a puppet out of.Even if he has to cut wood off to make his puppet look good he saves the part he has cut off of the material because it could be used for a puppet he could build later.If he sees someone who throws away good material he would probly go and take it for him to use for one of his puppets.
Appearance: Has the appearance of a Cobra it has a retractable hood on it like other cobras.It is 12 feet wide and big enough to hold a person inside of it.Has secret wires hidden inside at the top of the mouth.Hood is black with red markings and the rest of the body is black with more red markings.He always uses this puppet first if it doesnt work he uses another puppet.

Weapons: Mouth:Has wires at top of mouth used to such the enemy into the puppet. Hollow Inside of Puppet:Its hollow in the inside and once a person is trapped into it swords come and then spin rapidly cutting the body open. Hood(Like a cobras hood):Spews poison gas Part of its long tail:Compartments come out and can shoot 4 kunai at once and can hold 40 kunai. Teeth:Is drenched with the same poison that comes from the hood but its in liquid form.
Puppet's Jutsu:
Name:Dark Movement:Body Cutter Rank:C Type:Puppetry Element:None Description:Sazuki would move his fingers around and the Cobra puppet would then shoot wires from the mouth and wrap them around its enemy and would reel the enemy into its body feet first.If success full the body should have a scrap mark somewhere from the poison drenched teeth.If this next part doesnt work then the poison would take effect.When the person is inside of the puppet swords pop out into the body and spin rapidly cutting the body up into pieces.
Name:Dark Movement:Gas Ripper Rank:C Type:Puppetry Element:None Description:Wires should pop out from the mouth in this move and pull the enemy towards the puppet.If completed the person should be infront of the puppet then the Cobra puppet's hood pops open and two tubes shoot poison gas out at the enemy.With the wires holding the enemy they cannot escape and eventually have to breath in the poison.This is another good technique with this Cobra Puppet.
Poison Effect:All poison in this puppet is the same but in two forms liquid and gas.Both forms have same effect once it enters the body if it is liquid it will start to go into the blood stream and start to stop the blood from reaching the area the poison entered in so if it was the leg all blood functions in the leg would start to run out and become unfunctionable from the lack of blood.There blood clots will also start pain in the body of the person.Same effect with the gas but when the gas enters the body it turns into a liquid substance once it touches the insides of the body.
Puppet's Name: Hikaru Appearance: It is a scorpion shaped puppet with two massive claws and a 7ft tail that comes out of the back on the scorpion puppet.It has a hollow inside big enough to fit one person inside of it.Its entire body is painted black with red markings just like the cobra puppet.If the cobra puppet is not able to be used or damaged this would be his second choice. Requirements: Its made of wood aswell Puppet's Rank: C Special Skill: Attack and Traveling Weapons: Claws:Has two massive front claws that could be used to grab a person and leave them immobile and can crush there bodies and break ribs. Mouth:Has a small mouth that spews out poison gas and wires inside the mouth to grab the enemy and bring them to the mouth to spew its poison. Feet:Its feet are made of a metal substance and are very sharp like spears and could cut into flesh and maybe even inside of bones. Tail:It has a very sharp tail that has been drenched in poison and is the same as the mouth poison but in liquid form. Back:Has two small box like things that come up out of panels and each has 4 holes in them used to shoot shuriken and kunai it can shoot 8 at a time since there are 8 holes total and can hold atleast 30-40 shuriken and kunai Puppet's Jutsu: Name:Dark Movement:Poison Destruction Rank:C Type:Puppetry Element:None Description:The Scorpion shoots out wires from the mouth that grab onto the enemy then the scorpion spews poison gas all over it.If the poison isnt inhaled then the tail would come down and stab the person then let the person go.

All poison in this puppet is the same poison in the cobra puppet
Puppet's Name: Haruko Appearance: This puppet has the apperance of Tomoharu but it wears the robe that tomoharu some times wears it has the black face paint and everything.This puppet is the only original puppet that he has made you can tell because it has a Skull on its neck which is a sign of his design.This puppet is made from a mixture of Sand melted with metal material's.The sand in it makes it fire resistant because the sand absorbs the heat of the attack and then the material cools down.He has a mouth like Sasori's puppet it has three spots where the mouth opens from. Requirements: Sand melted with metal's. Puppet's Rank: C Special Skill: Offensive Weapons: Up the sleeves of the robe it wears there are two Katana he pulls out. His Mouth opens up and shoots kunai and shuriken and is capable of holding 40 kunai per reload and has two boxes of it in it before it has to reload. His mouth also spews a mist of poison that is the same with the other two puppets and it can expand 4ft from the puppet. It can open up a spot in its arm where he can take explodeing kunai out of. Also in its hands are holes that can shoot shuriken kunai and bombs of diffrent variaties. There is also one more weapon hidden from the rest that is like a last resort.The robe and chest both open up and he takes out a series of explosion tags on wires and straps it around himself and explodes itself.
Puppet's Jutsu: Name:Dark Movement:Poison Mist Daggers Rank:C Type:Puppetry Element:None Description:The puppet spews out poison mist then shoots kunai in three directions going into the mist hopefully it hits the enemy this might make the enemy accidently breath in the poison and then it reaches the blood system.

Name:Dark Movement:Destruction Explosion Rank:C Type:Puppetry Element:None Description:The puppet rolls up its sleeve then takes out a explodeing kunai from a a secret compartment.It then Spits out kunai and mixes the explodeing ones with the rest causeing confuseion to which kunai explodes and which doesnt.

Name:Dark Movement:Last Resort Rank:C Element:None Description:The robe and chest both open up and he takes out a series of explosion tags on wires and straps it around himself and then goes and grabs onto the opponant and explodes itself mattering on how many explosion tags are used it could cause serious damage to the puppet and the other person if not to much damage the puppet can come back and go back to its original state.
Jutsus:
Name: Dark Puppetry: Human Puppetry Technique Rank: C-S Type: Puppetry Element: N/A Description: The user of this technique can attach Chakra Strings to a living opponent or target and control them via puppetry. There are many limitations as to what is and isn't possible with this technique;
First of all, in the case of opposing targets, the user can only use the Human Puppetry technique on shinobi of comparatively lower rank; meaning that a 'B' ranked ninja could only use this on 'C' ranked shinobi or lower. In it's S-ranked form, however, one can also contol 'S' ranked shinobi, being the only exception to this rule. An opponent that is being controlled via Human Puppetry cannot be made to kill himself, unless he wants to die. A shinobi that is placed in a situation where he would kill himself ( for example, putting his own kunai knife to his neck) will be filled with the will to live and break out of the jutsu all together. It is only possible to manipulate one unwilling opponent at a time. The one being controlled can be made to use his jutsu if the user also knows how to use the jutsu themselves.
However, in the case of a willing participant, they actually gain from the Human Puppetry technique. Any number of individuals within the users control, at any rank can be used if the participant is willing. They also gain a 25% boost of speed, agility and strength from being under control of the technique.
Background Information
Birth Arc Doflamingo,Tomoharu was born in the Sunagakure Medical Hospital.While he was being born his father was away on a mission with 2 chuunin.While Sazuki was being born his mother was dieing this was sad.He was all alone in the medical hospital his mother died and his father was away on a mission.3 years have passed and his father hasn't returned at all.He has been liveing in the hospital for 3 years now in his own room he was taught how to walk and talk and other things by medical ninja.When he got to the age of 8 they put him into a foster home.6 months later a group of people came into the foster home to adopt a little boy.They looked at most of the children and didnt seem to really want any of them.Until they got to the room of Doflamingo,Tomoharu they then took him in to there home.There and then he was taught the ability to control puppets.His foster parents seemed to be puppet users this is ironic since his clan is all about puppets.They have had them in there home for a year now and then deicided to get him enrolled into the ninja academy where he would learn how to become a ninja. Academy Arc Sazuki has now been enrolled into the academy he didnt talk much to the other kids and didnt really make friends.His goal at the academy wasn't to make friends at all.It was to become the best ninja possible he studied hard and long.He trained hard he become stronger then most of the other kids in the academy.But he couldnt master Ninjutsu for some reason but was good in all otehr skills.It seemed that he couldn't uses ninjutsu because of his clan and there inability to master ninjutsu.One day he hoped to graduate the academy.2 years later he made a friend in the academy that seemed to be like Sazuki.Soon comeing up was the graduation exam.Only thing diffrent about the tests was that Sazuki's test was diffrent from the rest besides the written exam.Instead of haveing to show them the Cloneing jutsu,henge jutsu,and the replacement jutsu.He had to show off his puppetry skills this is actually how he got his first puppet Hikari they stated that if he can show off his skills with the puppet Hikari he could then graduate and keep the puppet.They only gave him 10 minutes to study and look at the puppet after that they gave him a log and told him that he had to chop the log into pieces useing hikari.Which would be easy he made the puppets wires come out and grab the log the log then would get sucked into the mouth then inside the puppet he would use the swords inside to chop it up then he had the puppet spit it back out and he passed that part and the written test and became a Genin of the Sand Village.
Pre-Genin Arc
Tomoharu is now a Genin but he doesnt take full genin responseability for another 2 months giveing them time to train.His dad then gives him another puppet.Its a scorpion puppet that his dad wanted to pass down to his son its the same exact puppet his father got when he was a genin.He wanted to pass it down generation to generation.He trained hard with the new puppet and modified it and the new puppet they gave him for passing the genin exam.1 month later he gets tired of only haveing two animal puppets he deicided to make his own.He went to the storage room for puppet parts got a human like puppet body ready.Then he added details the hair the cloak the Skull on the neck.The weapons in it the melting of the sand and the metal.It took him the last entire month to finish it before he gained full genin responseability he stored it with tons of weapons and would use this puppet last out of all the puppets he had.He practiced with the new puppet and practiced till the last day of that month.Once the month got to its end he was bestowed with full responseability that a genin gets he had to go on missions and find a squad and sensei it was difficult for the first couple days then he got used to it.

Tomoharu was walking around the dessert just outside of the village it seemed a little to quiet out here.He kept walking around until suddenly two genin ranked ninja appeared and they looked like they wanted to fight him.He got one of his storage scrolls out and unraveled it onto the sand and out came his first puppet the Cobra!He used the first trick up his sleeve he tried to use the wire but the one genin cut it short before he got close to the puppet.Then Tomoharu knew that this puppet wouldnt do he put it back in the storeing scroll and got out his next one the Scorpion.He went inside of it and then made it attack with its massive claws.He was going to do the Black Movement:Rib Crusher move on the one genin level ninja.He grabbed the ninja but the ninja used sheer will power to get out of the claw by pushing.He then used the tail by haveing it jump up the tail went down and hit the one genin in the leg.The effect of the poison kicked in as it stopped the blood and the leg was now unfunctionable thanks to his attack.He then had the scorpion step on the legs of the ninja and after steping on it for a good minute or two most of the flesh was ripped off and then he spewed more poison in the ninja stoping blood from reaching all the other limbs makeing the ninja useless.This ninja was going to die soon from the heat or the poision will reach the heart of the ninja and kill him.He then put the scorpion away and used his last puppet.His favoite one the Human like puppet.He first had him take his katana out and slash at the second ninja.The one was blocked but the other was able to make a cut in the arm.Since it was upclose it spewed poison on the wounds and jumped back.In no time the ninjas arm was useless.He then shot Explosive bombs from the hands and they hit the floor by the feet of the ninja and exploded makeing the ninja fall.He then got ready for the final attack the puppet got a explodeing kunai stabed it into the ninja then jumped away from the ninja agein and he walked back with Tomoharu as the ninja blew to pieces.He then headed towards the village entering it once he got to the gate.

Because of your clan, three puppets are acceptable. I suggest that you add the basic academy jutsu, and another specialty. You might also want to add some elemental jutsu, as long as they correspond with your specialties.

I dont think i can use elemental jutsu seeing as my clan as more power in puppetry that it disallows me to master ninjutsu lol
