Hitori Clan [Done]

Pre-Clan Note: First of all, I strongly urge anyone who reads over this application to read ALL OF IT, all of the KKG, all of the jutsu, and all of the notes at the bottom. If you do not, it may cause you to become confused, and mis-judge it. Please. Do. Not. Skim! This is very important, and if any checker makes an stupid comment spawned from them not reading it all, I will not be a happy camper (No offence! ^^; )

Second, this clan is intended to belong to my current existing character: Eve Hitori. This clan was planned from the start, but in order to hide the plotline this clan would have presented, I decided to hide it until now.

Clan Name: Hitori

Kekkei Genkai: The secret Hitori bloodline technique has no specific name. It has been given a few nicknames by the slim few who have actually fallen victim or witnessed it, but for the most part it is unknown by the majority of the world, and even the clan members themselves do not know they have it in the first place. This is because that the technique is only given to specific offspring of the clan, and generally nobody will know that they have it, and sometimes the parents wont even know that their clan has this ability at all, therefore they will not tell their children about it, expect them to have it, or know it even exists. Generally, nobody will even know that this person has the ability until they have reached maturity, sometimes even longer than that. Not even the person with the ability themselves will know that they have it, and will just come to realize the simple fact that they do once they reach a specific age that varies from each and every clan member. Again, some members develop it, some dont. Little to none of the members will realize they even have the ability until they've become an adult. This is all because of the way the ability is used. Throughout most of the member's life, the ability will be active without anyone realizing it, because of how subtle it is, and almost always being used over time. Its such a subtle thing, that hardly anyone notices it. Only a Hyuuga would be able to realize the difference with their byakugan, and strangely enough, the members that are born with the ability are nowhere near a village with a Hyuuga in it.

All members of the Hitori clan do not have a personal chakra. They are directly connected with the world around them, because instead of having their own chakra, they are like vents that contain the chakra of the earth itself. They are outlets that the earth's chakra come out of and into the world, influencing the world around the person, and basically helping the world progress the way its supposed to. That being said, the ability of the clan is the ability to exert this chakra that is not their own out of their body and into the enviornment around them, granting the ability to physically change and shape the area around them into any image they desire, no matter how twisted or peaceful. However, they dont have the ability to destroy. They cannot cause things to suddenly phase away. They can cause vegitation or other things in the world to quickly whither, or metal objects to rust, but nothing can be directly destroyed. Likewise though, they can spring life into objects, destroying a forest with famine, or reviving one with life is among the things they can do. On the other hand though, they cannot target a human's body directly, and cannot manipulate their makeup. However, they do have the ability to focus on a human's mind directly, using this invisible chakra to attack the mind, creating enhanced genjutsu that do not require eye contact or anything else to initiate. Of course, using this ability at a large magnitude requires a huge amount of actual chakra to do, which is why most members of the clan have a large chakra pool. Even then though, using this ability with intention uses up chakra pretty quickly. Thats not to say that the members have an unlimited supply of chakra since they are connected to the earth, to the contrary, they have a regular chakra limit.

When a member of this clan is born with the ability, they will again not know it. When they're young, this ability happens automatically, and without their realization. Its basically because the earthen chakra that vents into them overflows into the world around them, because they are small and the chakra flows into them quicker than it leaves on its own. The effects of this though are initially small, but can cause large effects. One noteable thing though, is that the chakra that pours out of a person has a different automatic effect. For example, one clan member's chakra might cause flowers to bloom in soil a little quicker than natural when they are around, and cause the people they're around to generally have a happy attitude, while another's may cause things around them to die and/or become full of hatred, specifically towards them. Also, when members are young, the chakra only does these small effects, it cannot remarkably change the enviornment, but it DOES have the ability to slightly and slowly control how a person thinks, changing them the longer they stay around the person. The chakra effect they're born with stays with them their entire life, but as they get older and have the ability to contain more chakra, the effects themselves will become less and less, and eventually disappear. Its at that point in time that the member realizes that they have this ability, a sort of epiphany if you will. At that point, they will gain the ability to use the chakra to their own will and control the enviornment how they see fit if they desire, whether it be small or large is up to them, but the larger they go, the more chakra it takes to do it. And usually, the member will continue to manipulate things the way they had been they're entire life, only now on a greater scale if they so desire. Its noteable that the ability cannot be used directly and with the member's realization until this cap has been reached.

Secret Clan Jutsu:

Name: Influence Enviornment

Type: Ninjutsu
Element: None
Description: Once the clan member realizes they have the ability of their clan, they can then use it to manipulate the enviornment around them however they wish, though it will usually be biased slightly. They can twist and shift matter and material already in the area however they want, turning the area into whatever image they imagine, and do so rather quickly as well. They cannot destroy things directly though with this, but they can cause things (other than humans) to slowly die via withering or even rusting. They also have the ability to spring life out of nothing if they so desire. The intensity of the jutsu is chosen by the user, determining its rank. They can slightly manipulate the enviornment by causing a few flowers to grow in the patch of soil beside them (E rank) or cause and entire building to suddenly be filled with spikes, turning it into a huge iron maiden (S). A low rank version of this jutsu (E - B-) doesnt require much chakra at all, but high ranked versions of the jutsu (B+ - S) require a huge amount of chakra to do, more than the regular jutsu of that rank. It is also noteable that only someone with a specialty of ninjutsu can use this jutsu to its maximum potential (A-S). Someone with Ninjutsu as a primary specialty can use A ranked versions of this jutsu using as much as a regular A ranked jutsu would cost, but the S ranked version is doubled. Someone with Ninjutsu as a secondary specialty cannot use an S ranked version, and the A ranked version still costs twice as much. Someone without a ninjutsu specialty can only use this jutsu up to the B rank.

Type: Genjutsu
Element: None
Description: Once the clan member realizes they have the ability of their clan, they can then use it to manipulate a persons mind directly by targeting the users mind with their signature chakra, causing a genjutsu to be placed upon them. These genjutsu can have any effect the user wants, from something as simple as smelling something that isnt actualy there, to seeing their head on the ground and thinking it fell off. The limit to the genjutsu effects is only limited by the users own creativity. Because of the unique way the genjutsu is put on the target, and the chakra itself, the genjutsu can be used on an enemy without needing eye contact or sound recognition, the user need only target someone mentally, and push their chakra into their mind. They dont even need to be looking at the person in general. In contradiction to this though, the effects of a genjutsu are usually very weird, and therefor if the genjutsu has any harmful effects on the opponent, they will usually be able to quickly realize they are in the genjutsu, and can then begin to exit it through whatever means they want. Like Influence Enviornment, the more drastic the effects of the genjutsu put on the enemy, the more chakra it takes to create and maintain that genjutsu, meaning a higher rank and a higher chakra consumption via the rank. Also like Influence Enviornment, only someone with a genjutsu specialty can use this jutsu to its maximum potential (S ranked genjutsu), and someone without it can only use it up to B rank.

History: The Hitori clan has no united history, because it has never been a clan that is together. The members of the clan never actually talk to eachother, dont even know they're related, or anything like that. In fact, the clan itself doesnt even have a set-in-stone name that its to be recognized as, the only reason its referred to as the 'Hitori' clan is because of the only known member that shows its unique KKG, Eve Hitori. In other words, the clan itself has many names, and has never been united or recognized as a universal type of family connected and recognized because of their unique KKG. That being said, there really is no actual history that anyone can look up in some library and read about, you could also say that the clan has no history other than the fact that the original members were 'connected to the earth, seperated, and became divided'. Finally, the clan itself is known to non, because for a long time there was not a single person on the face of the earth who showed the abilities of the clan, so it was thought to be extinct and eventually was forgotten. The history of this clan itself can only be tied to the history of Eve Hitori and her original birth parents, and her ancestry.



Basic Overview: Members of this clan use the chakra of the earth, and therefore do not have their own. Because of this affinity members will either have a very large or very small chakra pool. Due to the constant inflow of chakra from the earth, some of it will overflow out of them, causing the enviornment around them to be influenced slightly while they are young. As they get older and can contain more chakra at a time, the effects of this overflow become less. Once they have reached maturity and can contain the chakra fully, they will suddenly learn of the clan ability, and the enviornment around them will no longer be influenced unless they intentionally do so. This means that nobody under the age of 17 can use this ability. Meaning no genin or chuunin can use it if they are in the clan. Jounin and above only!

KKG disadvantages: People cannot be influenced directly by the KKG, however they're minds can. Using either jutsu from the clan uses a huge amount of chakra. Effects of the jutsu are usually biased, which can disadvantage the user depending. Using the KKG requires focus, so the user can only do simple things such as walking while manipulating the enviornment or someone's mind. The jutsu can only be best used if either Ninjutsu or Genjutsu is in the users specialties. The use of the KKG in general is limited by the users creativity. If a user is especially thick, then the use of the KKG generally isnt great. If the user isnt careful, the manipulation can get out of hand. Nothing can be destroyed directly and humans cannot be targeted! It is very much possible for the user to accidentally kill themselves by either using too much chakra, or creating somethings that they could accidentally kill themselves with!

I honestly see nothing wrong with this, you hit all aspects, except some sort of eye contact for the Genjutsu or the opponent has to have a fighting will against the Genjutsu.

Right, the Genjutsu jutsu of the clan says that eye contact, sound recognition, etc, isnt required to do activate the genjutsu, since the chakra can be directly applied to the target instead of needing some sort of amplifier that puts the chakra into the mind, such as eye contact or sound recognition. If thats a problem though, I could change it.

And as for the willpower, its there but I didnt actually state it because the use of will is sort of a given, as in its obvious as it applies to all genjutsu anyway. Again, if you'd like me to edit that in I could.

Well typically the thing and drawback of a Genjutsu user is that you avoid contact with them to avoid their Genjutsu. As long as the opponent has a way to fight against it or find a way to break free, I'm good.

Ok, I edited it so that the effects of the genjutsu make it easy for the target to realize they are actually IN a genjutsu, and allow them to begin to exit it however they can (Willpower, kai, jutsu, etc)
