Levi wears a black turtleneck sleeveless with large black shoulder pads. There are two brown leather straps that come from the pads and down along his body. This is the holster for his large sword. He has a black belt with black baggy pants. He is muscular, has black spiky hair, and has black eyes.

Personality:
Leviticus has a pretty consistent personality, unlike some people. Levi is calm, contained, and protective. He is not known to lose his cool even in extreme situations. He is very relaxed, and usually goes with the flow. While by himself he is the silent type. He spends his time observing things, experimenting, or reading. When alone he enjoys peace and quite, and tends to be irritated when people break that.
While in public he is a little more loud, he laughs at jokes, kids around, and engages in conversation. At first this was a chore for him, because frankly people just didn't interest him. At time progressed he learned to befriend people even if they seemed different or boring. With this practice, it made him into a very kind and considerate person. Levi is the type of person everyone wants to be friends with.
While around people he loves he is very protective, mostly of the ones that are young and still have many years ahead of them. This is also one of his weaknesses because he will do anything to save the innocent. Genin is a perfect example of this. He has known to drop everything in order to aid those who are young and still learning to be a shinobi. Leviticus could be taken advantage of if one of his young comrades was to be taken capture.
Many people may not know it, but Levi is a helpless romantic. The thing he thinks about the most is his most recent girlfriend, of three years ago. He could spend hours in the fields daydreaming about her. His love is intense with others, and because of this they might be confused. Levi will do anything for love, even if it meant taking his own life. Extreme Circumstances have been known to change his personality however.

Clan History:
The Shiryoku used to be a set of people blind, they were grouped together hundreds of years ago and kept from the rest of society because people feared that it was a spread disease. For about three hundred years they created children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. About 160 years ago a newborn was able to see, though it was not discovered until the child was able to talk. That child grew up to be the Clan Leader, and eventually let the world see the cruelty the clan faced. That man was named Razio. Because of the low status of the blind people, last names were not commonly used, because they held no meaning.

Razio had 6 children, 4 being female, and 2 being male. Each one of them was able to see. As Razio himself started training he realized his eyes were special. He could actually see through the dark as if it were day, see through smoke, and also thin material. It was only discovered because of the large amount of chakra coursing through his body during intense training. He trained with his eyes for the next 20 years, before training his children the same technique's. Near Razio's Death he realized his clan would become great, and 6 months before he died he declared that the clan's last name should be Shiryoku, which means Vision in Japanese. Generations continued to come and go. The blind became few, while the all seeing became the majority. They reside in the sand willage.

Background Information

Birth--->Academy Graduation.
Levi was born from a blind mother, and a father who could use the clans KKG efficiently. For the first ten years of his life, he was blind, and was thought to not have evolved further during his creation in the womb. This did not keep him from becoming what he wanted to be, and that was a ninja of course! He grew up with no friends, and was to himself most of the time. Mira Shikyo, was his only friend. They were friends for 5 years until she started the academy, then was consumed by that and her drunk father. He was alone again, and for a while he thought it would be permanent.

At his 10th birthday, he woke up with vision. It sent hope to all of the other children born blind within his clan, unfortunately, it did not happen again. His miracle sent shock waves through the clan, and many researches tried to discover as to how it happened, no one ever figured out why. 3 weeks after he learned to adjust to his surroundings, he dragged his father to sign him up at the academy. He was a couple years late, but he made the best of it. He was extremely thankful for what happened to him, and that event made him a thankful person.

The Academy was hard. He was never used to so much learning, it kind of all smacked him in the face at one time. Luckily, Mira Shikyo helped him when she could, and the two quickly formed a bond. With her help, and the help of his clan, he was able to pass the academy exams. He was graduated with an average grade, but it had felt as if he had run a marathon. His hard work felt good though on graduation day, when he received his head band.

Genin--->Chunin
Leviticus was now a Chuunin, and he had to admit it felt great. Levi took everyday a step at a time, keep in mind he was still recovering from being blind for ten years. After his exams he focused purely on developing his KKG. With the help of his father, and the patience developed from being blind, he was able to train work at it at a good pace. Because of all his time training he sacrificed the little time he had with Mira. This hardship made their relationship stronger. By this time he had far beyond had a crush on Mira, he felt as if he loved her.

2 years passed, and it was the 6 month period before the Chuunin exams. He spent everyday with Mira on the training field. They trained, and grew stronger together. By the Exams, Levi had a basic understanding of every mode that came with his clan. There were a few other modes, but he felt the ones he knew were the best he could manage with his eyes. After he felt he had trained all he could, he began to spend all his time with Mira. He eventually asked her out, and all was well. All was well until her drunk father found out. After a big fight with him, and nearly losing his limbs, he was forced to stay away from Mira. Soon after her father was arrested.

The bond between Levi and Mira was broken though, and he was in shambles. He didn't have the heart, or courage to try to make things well again. Because of his actions, they fell apart, and didn't speak to each other again at will. Never the less, he competed in the exams, and passed. Being a Jounin didn't look so sweet without Mira.

As he imagined, life was miserable without Mira. But like every teenager, they grew out of the troubles they had. He was now a man, and had certain responsibilities to his clan, family, and his village. After a few years Mira was nothing but something of the past. He still had deep feelings for her, but they were in the back of his head. In the future though, his feelings would be sparked once more. During this time there was a divide that started forming in his clan between the blind and the seeing.

The Blind were accusing the others with sight that they were using some kind of drug to give the power of sight. This was denied of course, but they blamed Leviticus's miracle on drugs, and that he was given them because he was the son of a great clan member who had sight. After a year combat actually broke out. Three members who had the KKG were murdered. Several Blind people were executed, and tension even broke out more. Leviticus seeks to end the mayhem.

One thing important that has happened recently was Levi getting his first summon. He acquired the scroll during a simple mission. He and others were tasked with eliminating criminal ninja, and along the mission he picked up a scroll from a dead body. After summoning it a feline of some sort appeared, the odd thing was that it had feathers and wings. It was black, white, and purple. The summon was extremely friendly surprisingly, and out of curiosity he stole the scroll. After about a year of experimenting with the summon, they became bonded, and he could fight effectively with her. Her name was Garuda, which translates to Wind Spirit.

RP Sample:

He awoke to the sound of seagulls. He groaned, stretched, and smiled at the same time. He was on the beach, relaxing after coming home from a mission two days before. It took a while to get to this paradise, but it was worth it completely. Leviticus grabbed a bear and took a gulp. Life was nice when you had beer, women, and free time. Sadly, Levi only had two out of the three things. He lost the girl of his dreams a long time ago. Ever since he wasn't able to find someone that could grasp his attention. He would always remember her, that's for sure.

Levi inhaled deeply, he could smell the salty seawater. He felt the sand on his back as he lay there, sprawled out. He was comfortable, but something was bothering him. His stomach. He had lost his food on the way here, and had nothing to eat. A growing man couldn't afford to skip meals, and he didn't intend to. He grabbed two shurkain and looked at the seagulls, they would do. He took two down within a minute. The man smiled and started running for his prize. He grabbed both the gull's by the neck, and went to his camp further up the beach.

He camp was disorganized at best. There was stuff everywhere. He rummaged up some firewood, grabbed a dirty pot, and got his stool. After adding some distilled water in the pot his let it boil while he skinned the gull's. They were not good eating, but he would need something to eat. As he plucked the small amount of meat he could salvage, he sand to himself. This was the good life, except for having no woman and eating seagulls of course. Once he was done he added the meat in the pot. That was the easiest stew he had ever made.

Levi laid by the fire, and reminisced about Mira. She was sexy, feisty, strong, and intelligent. Too bad her son of a bitch drunk dad had to ruin everything. He shrugged his shoulders, he could get any woman he wanted...any single one anyway. That' didn't make him happy though, he wanted her. Levi cursed at himself, the helpless romantic was coming out again. He needed to move on about that stuff, but it was too hard of him to let go of. He was an ugly duckling, and she was the only one who accepted him.

The man pondered on what to do, he considered masturbating, and figured that was too awkward to do at the beach, being single worshiping a girl. He thought about going whale hunting, but he wasn't too sure on where the whales actually were. Soon the stew was down, and he started eating out of the pot itself. It was decent, the fat of the seagull flavored the water well, he ended up eating everything in the post. He was quite full. He sprawled out on the sand, and rolled around when he felt uncomfortable from being full.

He closed his eyes, and he could hear the crickets chirp. Most people thought of it as annoying, but he liked it. He listened as the waves slowly came in and out, the water was nice at night, but he didn't want to get cramps and drown. It was a serious risk to consider. The warmth of the fire was comforting, the heat washed over his body. It reminded him of being back home in his bed, which was far more comforting. Leviticus drifted to sleep, and would not walk for several hours.

Garuda - There is a specified application for summons, please use that, not a jutsu app. You also need to know the Summoning technique to use a summon. Both of these things can be found in the summon creation section on the main forum

The Clan seems a little off to me, but i tend to be to strict on these, so Ill let another Staff look at it. BUt as for your Special Characteristic; that seems too OPed. Something like that would have to be aKKG, or a (possibly banned)S-Rank jutsu. Please fix that as well.

Tis not OP at all, all ninja can change their looks with transformation jutsu, a simple Academy E ranked jutsu. A change of vocal patterns, I suppose yes that should be made a C rank jutsu. To appease to zen please change this fact. And Zen, I am the other Staff member, there is nothing outstanding about having a few changes in ones vision. There is someone else on here who has an item that does that exact same thing, so having a clan based on it, I fail to see as unacceptable. However, again to make it more appeasing, make it cost some chakra for when changing your eyes.

Please put each Vision into a jutsu.

Still need to correct these jutsu.

Also for the slo mo eye, it needs to state that you still have to be able to react just as fast in order for this to have any effect.

I ended up taking the summon off. I edited the things you asked of me, I also added on more eye affect.

Descriptiont: The user is able to "Record" what he see's, making this a valuable jutsu in some cases. Once he has it in his memory,if it happens again, it will spark him memory being able to predict what will happen. This can only be used 3 times in battle.

I repeat, remove lightning condensed ball, as it is too much like ransengan which is banned, and that should cover it.
