Name: Exo Mosquito: Chain carrier
Appearance: The Exo Mosquito is a small and simple mechanism that Z wears on his back. Although it is a standard Oparu equipment piece, Z just now thought of getting one and modifying it. Instead of a cicada shell, the Exo Mosquito mimics the exo skeleton of a mosquito. It is beautifully decorated with carvings that show every detail of a real mosquitoes exoskeleton. The Expo mosquito also extends onto Z’s arms but stop on the elbows. The chains inside of the Exo Mosquito are woven together in a way that makes them easy to draw out and gives them no weak point.

Special Abilities: Z’s Exo Mosquito has a few abilities that were adding in onto the original Oparu design. One of the major differences are the three seals on each side of it. These seals are opened simply by sending chakra into them and release six large chains that Z uses as his mosquito legs. Each leg has a 7 in. radius and are long enough to lift Z about 7 feet in the air. Another addition to the original design is a small spot covered with chain on the back. This spot can be seen through using a technique similar to the chain bat jutsu except that the chakra cost is less due to the new ‘eye’ already being created. Using this, Z can see behind him as well as in front of him, letting his control chains from different angles. The attachments on the arms of the Exo Mosquito are used as senbon link launcher. These senbon can reach bullet speeds due to their aero dynamic shape and size. Each Senbon launcher is loaded with packets of 100 senbon and can be reloaded with the two extra senbon packets Z carries with him.

Origin: While underground, Z did the only thing he could do, train. Since Z enjoys his training, it was no trouble for him to invent new weapons and jutsu. When Z was making the Exo Mosquito, He originally wanted the Oparu chain carrier know as the cicada shell. However, Z’s inventive genius soon transformed the simple tool to a useful weapon.

Whats this about a "new" eye and seeing behind you? Is this a jutsu technique formed onto the weapon?

and yes, it is an Oparu Jutsu. The new eye thing is Z using the jutsu, but using that eye instead of a creating one.

Name: Chained Bat Jutsu

Description: The user detaches a few links of chain from their body and creates a small bat-like creature. Instead of a body, however, there is a giant eye that is nearly identical to the user’s. The chain bat created by this jutsu cannot attack, as it lacks claws or fangs. The user can see as if they had a third eye, the third eye being the one attached to the bat.
This third eye is only able to seen through when the user closes their eyes, whose vision replaces the typical darkness viewed when a person’s eyes are closed. The user can use this jutsu will sleeping, but this would cost them their night’s chakra healing since the chakra would be being used. If used while sleeping, the user remembers it like a dream, except the details are clear and precise.
The bat can be used to spy on other ninja, or to deliver messages. If the user is a Jounin, the bat can be controlled by the user directly and can be used to use any justu the user knows that the bat is capable of using. This includes any Oparu clan jutsu, since the bat is made of chains, excluding jutsu that require the chain attached to an Oparu’s heart to be used.
