Looks:
Seyren has charcoal black hair and his eyes are a bright teal color, almost making the iris's seem clear. He is quite slender and does not look extremely strong however this is not the case, he is toned to such perfection that when he is not using a muscle you would think he is weak, but as soon as he flexes or such, his muscles increase in size by double their natural size. He wears a black high-collared shirt which is sleeveless, on his right arm is bandages, wrapped from hand to shoulder, this is the same with his left leg. He wears plain black pants with white highlights. His hair is shaped in a very 'blender' like way. His face is usually stern and serious, like a stone and he doesn't joke much, he rarely talks.

Personality:
Seyren is a man of few words, if he doesn't have to say something he won't. Normally in battle he gets more on edge and tends to lash out at people as well as in arguments, usually using whatever he can find against the person. He is sinister to a point to his enemy's but never enough to betray comrades or villagers. He could be one of the people who most people think he is depressed but he just likes to keep quiet, rarely finding it necessary to talk.

Seyren believes in chivalry. If there is anything out of the ordinary, he'll question it. He has a hard time trusting people as well, but when his trust has been won, there isn't a person better to rely on. Seyren likes to keep things in order if they are important, but otherwise doesn’t care. He is powerful and competent, especially in the field. He’s quite stubborn and resistant to change, many people see him as headstrong. He’s likely to find himself in a bad spot at times but usually it ends up being a lot of fun. He doesn’t stick to it for very long, if something becomes boring he leaves, simple as that, he is quick at getting something done but can’t stick to something for a long time. At times he is irresponsible which would make many parents untrustworthy of him as a friend of their child, but he usually can keep it together. He tends to act before he thinks but that isn’t in all cases, and he does rely on common sense and his surroundings more than logic or understanding.

He prefers meeting 1 person at a time, but as long as he knows one or two people he can gather up a group of allies pretty quick. He is hard to understand or read, he is very complex. He knows a lot of people and has many acquaintances but usually keeps with his close group of friends before a lot of strangers. If someone is doing something he doesn’t like, he tells them, he isn’t one to bottle up his feelings; this makes him very explosive and easily angered. Even so he knows conflict is a part of any relationship and expects it and tends to give people the benefit of the doubt. His alignment is not to good or evil, nor lawful or chaos, meaning he doesn’t have a true desire to hurt or help people and doesn’t care about laws or breaking them.

Description: The Clan is centered around its Tattoo(s). The Kekkai genkai involves bringing the life out of the Tattoo to use it as a weapon, thus if there were Knives tattooed onto a member's chest he could touch them or use chakra to have them come out of his chest and then use them. Depending on what and where the Tattoo's are varies for how the Technique can actually be used, each member is different and in almost all cases, none are alike. Based on the amount of Tattoos in use and power of the Tattoo, the character's mind may enter a meditative state, only controlling his tattoos and his body sitting useless. The Tattoo's can be used several times if broken or such, allowing if one snake dies, he can be respawned and attack again at the same cost of chakra.

Clan History: The Clan is centered around Tattoo and Inking, most of the oldest clan member's used Henna and basic forms of Tattooing a person which generally was less painful then it is now. Now they push ink into the skin using a chakra technique that most older clan member's have, this causes a lot of pain to the member, but at the same time brings him or her into the clan usually around the age of 12. The clan has always resided in Sunagakure and still does, none of its members have left there. They are rare however due to the fact that no one would really want to marry a man or woman with their body half-coated in tattoo's which is causing the quick decline of the clan's population in general. For now the clan is in Konoha and there are a very few ninja who are actually left from the clan.

Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Description:
This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise, which Sasuke has done twice in the anime. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.
The anime has a number of other objects being used for this jutsu, such as a boulder, mud, a scarecrow, and even a large rolled-up carpet. These items are usually nowhere in sight, suggesting that they are merely gags meant to lighten up the situation and not an actual part of the jutsu. Additionally, the normal practice of switching places with a section of log is done in several places that have no such thing anywhere nearby.

The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. Description: Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Description: When this tattoo is activated, fire will fire out from the palms in a projectiled manner, making it hot for his hands but never enough to actually burn it. It can be used in a couple of ways; one being a long flame like a flamethrower that can reach a good distance (Roughly 10 meters), another is using it, stopping, using it in a pattern that would allow the fire to shoot in concentrated blasts. Any way that it is used can be held for a good amount of time, at least 10 posts, the fire would never be enough to kill someone but definetely enough to seriously hamper someone if used correctly.

Description: This is used with the Skeleton arms that are placed around Seyren's body, using these, one sprounts out of each shoulder, allowing for 4 arms instead of just two, that is the C-ranked, the other C-ranked is using the two out of his chest, the A ranked is using all 4 in unison, this does not require much concentration since most times, the arm's simply move in the same direction as the normal arms on the body.

Description: When this tattoo is used, the eagle that is tattooed on Seyren's back comes off, a noticable difference if you were paying attention, and the eagle becomes as real as any other eagle. This eagle works much like a normal clone, allowing it to spy and when killed, a green smoke will appear and all information gathered will go to Seyren, if the Eagle isn't killed, it can return to Seyren's body. The eagle does have some offensive capablities but any blow that would kill the bird, does such. A blow that would not kill the bird, doesn't. Once the eagle is killed, the tattoo returns to its position.

Description: This skill is used when one or more of the snake tattoo's is in use. 1-2 Snakes is D rank, 3-4 is C, 4-5 B and 6+ is A. These snakes are very unique, they can travel very quickly when not engaged in battle. However when attacking their speed is reduced to normal snake speed. In other words; they can travel extremely fast when chasing someone, but once they do; they are just normal snakes. These Snakes are all quite large, able of constricting around a human's body to suffocate and crush organs easily if allowed. They work the same way as the eagle, if a killing blow is scored, the tattoo returns, if it isn't, then it continues to fight. After a snake is defeated, the tattoo returns

Description: This utilizes the spider tattoo, this tattoo is the size of a normal spider colored yellow and black. It is quite creepy and excellent at gaining information since most people do not notice a spider. It has no offensive capabilities and works the same way as the snakes and eagle, if killed, it dies, if not, it can continue to gather information. Once the spider is killed, the tattoo returns to the body.

Description: These wolves work almost exactly the same as the snakes, they can travel fast when chasing someone but once they catch them they are reduced to a normal wolves speed. If killed, the tattoo returns to the body if not it can continue to fight. This must be used in Pairs and if one wolf is killed, the other can still fight, but the second cannot respawn until the other is killed again.

Description: This allows for the controlling of more then one Tattoo at a time. No matter what, the user always enters a meditative state. The maximum is the use of all Tattoo's. If all tattoo's are in use, the user suffers massive internal damage on his chakra network, able to be repaired by a medical ninja. Description: This can be used with a weapon or without, it focuses the user's speed into organized strikes with the ability to dodge any strikes aimed at the user. It starts with a downward slash, the user can then duck, jump, or spin, the user then does a horizontal right to left slash and the user can then roll, dive, tumble, duck or jump, lastly the user slashes upwards and can continue with any movement of their choice.

Description:The user grabs hold of the opponents shoulders then pushes off with both feet, charging the heels with chakra at the same time, the user flips upward, and at the apex of the flip, lets go with the hands and curls the feet in to strike the back of the opponents head with their heel, they then land on the palms of their hands behind the opponent and roll back upright.

Description: The user expends a burst of chakra through their feet, kicking off the ground and flipping over the opponent, while they are above the enemy they grab them by the hair, as they complete the motion, they pull the opponent over backwards by their hair, knocking them down, and in some cases, breaking their neck or cracking their head open.

Usually causing them to fall to the ground. The first strike is done with the flat top of the user's foot, the second and third with the heel.

Description: Using Balmung's superior acrobatic and balance, he is able to do some pretty neat stuff. Some basics of this once this jutsu is activated is extreme percision, able to jump from something to another something without falling, another is his ability to balance on the thinnist of objects, more would be balance on his hands instead of his feet, basic acrobatics as well like back flips, front flips, hand springs and jumps, all combined is what gives this jutsu its valued ability.

History and RP Sample:
History:
How it all Started:

Born into Sunagakure, he was a simple Fisherman’s child. He wasn’t really expected to become evil or good or anything besides a fisherman. He was a healthy baby, soft, and no hair yet. He tended to cry a lot however, because of the smallest of things such as being moved around or getting dirty. He grew healthy and loved by his parents, even though they were busy most of the time, and soon became friends with a few people.

His best friend was the “emo” or “goth” kid of Sunagakure, his name was Sora. Seyren was a simple boy, generally just sitting on the river’s edge fishing with Sora or climbing trees, basic lazy kid stuff. Sora was enrolled into the academy a year before Seyren, but Seyren wasn’t expected to go into the academy. Well, that was until the clan found out he was one who could use the kekkai genkai. The village was quickly informed and he was sent to the academy about 3 months after Sora had entered.

Useless:
Sent to the academy, his Kekkai genkai was one of the few that seemed utterly useless to him at the moment. He developed an experimental mind during his early years, always testing new ways to do things. Such as throwing a kunai or using a jutsu. He didn’t bother with many jutsu’s in his Academy stage, mainly focusing on basic weaponry, hoping to become a good weapons user later on. That all changed however when he saw the methods of poison from a local gang raid.

A small group of people raided the village for food and money, they were fought off but a few people were infected with poison. Seyren was fascinated by this; he decided to go into the field of poison. He passed through his first year of the Academy, Sora along with him.

Growing in Ideas:
As a genin Seyren was pretty much useless. He didn’t have many if any jutsu yet nor was he really a bright strategist, or very bright at all. He was the lazy, unusable one of his team. This is the area when he really began to discover the use of poison’s in jutsu and the like. He developed several of his first poison techniques in this stage, some basic and somewhat dangerous ones for a genin to wield but nonetheless, poison techniques.

However the team was forced to repeat his genin year because the team leader did not see them good enough as a team to win anything yet, or pass the Chuunin exams. After another year of training and preparing, Seyren was ready now, several more kekkai genkai techniques emerged as well as a yearn for chakra control. It was time for the Exams.

The Exams:
The Chuunin exams were a bright test for Seyren, the first part where he could actually prove useful. In the first exam he transformed himself as a test Proctor and walked around the room stealing answers, a deep adrenaline running through his body as he did so. Answering all 10 questions eventually he finished the exam and he and his team were sent to the next stage.

The Forest of death his kekkai genkai would prove useful yet again. Simply sending an eagle around to find another team, they quickly did and the team obtained their Earth scroll, it was frightening to see what people did in a situation In which they were pressured, the team he stole the earth scroll from went mad and never were able to complete the chuunin exams because of the lack of willpower they would need. Seyren’s team was able to move on yet again without too much resistance.

The 3rd Exam was the final test. And Seyren was ready to fight, his blades sharp, his mind focused he stepped into the ring, on the opposing side, an Akamitchi stood, his body stamping loudly on the ground. The man was a slow opponent, making it easy for Seyren to slip him into traps of taijutsu and hit with his kekkai genkai. Eventually, the Akimitichi fell after a long battle of dodging, confusing and flanking him, Seyren stood as the Victor, Ready to become a Chuunin.

Dreams of Solitude
As a chuunin, Seyren’s thoughts became darker, because of one thing. Sora had died while he was on a mission. Ripped in half by a Leaf Ninja’s Fuuma Shuriken, Seyren sought revenge on the Village, and ordered he was sent on a mission to assassinate the killer of Sora. The people refused him again and again not allowing him to go on a suicide mission.

Seyren seeing the people as stupid and not seeing his full potential went into solitude. Developing more and more Jutsu’s and poisons. He needed revenge on the man who killed Sora, but they wouldn’t tell him who did it. He was angered and ended up having several fits of anger while he was alone.

Promotion
Seyren was upgraded to the rank of jounin at the age of 23. He didn’t really want to be though, and abandoned his team to another Sensei. Seyren returned to his studies and continued to experiment and test new jutsu’s and skills for the rest of his days, he became a social outcast and most of the village failed to trust him as an able member of the Ninja society.

Many people feared him due to the tattoo's and look he gave everyone who wasn't someone he knew. Stranger's keep away from him, and animals even hide from him. Some people won't talk to him and he hasn't been seen in a few years, due to the recent commotion that has brought up around the village, he has been summoned to use his abilities and help the village in this desperate time.


Rp Sample:
Sky sat boredly with a stick in his hand on a bench, poking at a few ants that were marching on the sidewalk. It was a quiet street, one of his favorites where he could just get away to, but lately the kids had found him here which sucked since he couldn’t keep them away. Today was going to be one of those days. Making the motion to sigh, yet no noise coming out he looked up, three large kids stood there one had a large bat in his hand.

“Sup Silent.” The larger one said, the other two moved closer towards Sky, sky pulled his legs onto the bench and enabled his chakra. The two boys grabbed him by the arms, sky gave them each a scowl. The one with the bat swung hard at his legs, bruising them and mutilating them. Bandages suddenly wrapped around his legs, and a single bandage crept out from under his pant leg. It grabbed the bat and held it tight, the other two boys threw him against the bench, crushing the bench and sky, the Third boy dropped the bat and ran off.

Sky laid there not wanting to move, he curled himself up into a ball tight, the sounds of footsteps around him as a few whispers were let out, he was battered and bruised everywhere, his body felt numb, he himself felt hatred towards the boys, but he knew in his heart he couldn’t do what he wanted to them. A few hands picked him up, and sky’s eyes opened wide at the feeling of a sharp pain in his leg, a woman held a bloody piece of wood that had obviously been embedded into his thigh. He winced and a few doctors showed up, they sighed at the sight of him, and began going to work, Sky only thought one thing, Where is Marike.

Description: Hokuto Ryuken(HR) is a series of grapples and grabs, mainly used as a take down, it is based around counter attacks it contains an extremely wide variety of techniques, including various strikes (with palm, fist, elbow, fingers etc),. It is known as the bone breaker due to the many times bones were broken when they fought against a HR. The Ninja using this style uses their own momentum as a weapon, constantly building up inertia for a very explosive and dynamic style. It has good speed and endurance but is not extremely destructive, it uses the opponents force to injure them. It is used with a variety of attacks, (Grapples, joint locks, kicks, and elbows and knee movements.) Can be used with a variety of elements and weapons, in fact HR users are known for being able to use anything as a weapon using the principles of their art. When in this stance, the user places their feet fairly close together, with the feet angled outward from their body, allowing for quick spins and kicks. HR requires very little physical strength and is based more around accuracy and speed. Used with certain elements, this Taijutsu can be truly gruesome. The HR utilizes low kicks, joint locking techniques, throws, and distinctively evasive circular footwork. HR users are known for their ability to "flow" in and out of the way of objects. Using the ability of counter-attacking, it makes these attacks almost unstoppable. The user must maintain chakra in their hands, knees and feet. HR has has excellent excellent speed and defense, good range and endurance. While not as stable as many other stances it allows the ninja to use their own weight and motion in a highly efficient manor.
Origin/History: Seyren developed this style upon working with his Clan Sensei Silivia. Silivia taught him many things in order to better himself since Silivia did not want to return to his mask. The style's philosophy is based around Capturing or breaking opponents, making them not want to fight someone. It has a great amount of Intimidation. It took 3 Months to train and perfect this style, and incorporates many types of fighting.

Name: Cascading Leg Kick [Kail]

Description: This jutsu is used in preparation of an oncoming attack, once the user sees that the opponent is going to use a Kick, they jump backwards and land on their hands and spring back upwards and send a kick flying downwards at the opponent's Knee, so that the user's Heel meets the opponents Knee thus breaking it inward to destroy the knee.
RP Sample: Seyren saw the opponent preparing a Kick, He jumped Sideways landing on his palms just as the kick was delivered, he then pushed off the ground doing a mid-air spin while extending his right leg, to kick at the opponent's Knee. "Kail!" Seyren shouted as the kick was delivered a sharp cracking was heard the man screamed in pain as the knee bent inwards.

Name: Shoulder Dislocation Technique [Raij]

Description: This jutsu is used when the user is in a good location, generally standing sideways so that his right arm would meet with the opponents left shoulder. Once in this position the user throws their right elbow downwards on the opponents left shoulder or Left elbow on right shoulder. It is placed directly at the collar bone, thus separating the shoulder from the body, causing extreme pain and the use of the arm would be stopped.
RP Sample: Seyren and the opponents fists met, he spun around the opponent, as he turned he delivered his elbow into the opponent's shoulder, "Raij!" Seyren shouted as the blow was delivered.

Name: Arm Decapitation Technique

Description: This technique is used when the opponent throws a punch, the user of the technique would then cross both arms over the opponents arm and bend their body in one direction. This would leave the opponent sprawled on the ground with their elbow bending the opposite direction it normally would. This requires a good amount of strength and is more successful when chakra is applied.
RP Sample: Seyren dodged the first punch then crossed his arms to grab the next punch, as the punch was delivered Seyren's arms snapped upright and he bent to the right sending the opponent into the air to land on their back, a loud snap was heard half-way through the turn and the opponent Screamed.

Name: Double Decapitation Technique

Description: This involves extreme accuracy, the user will have to place their blows precisely in order to harness the full effect of this jutsu. The user applies Chakra to their palms and does a hand-spring forward aiming two kicks at both the opponent's knee's, if this strike is successful the opponent's Knee's will bend inwards and the opponent forwards. The user would then utilize both elbows and do an attack to the opponents shoulders or elbows, dislocating or breaking them. If Applied to the elbows of the opponent, it can be used again at the neck of the opponent using the user's fists to break their neck, all in one swift moment.
RP Sample: Seyren stood a good distance from his opponent, they used a side-kick and Seyren ducked to avoid, he Moved his weight to his hands and kicked forward, knocking the opponents knee's back and causing him to fall forward, then Seyren hit both the opponents elbows with his elbows and the opponents neck with his fists, silencing the opponent. For good.

Name: Quadruple Suicide Arm Breaker Technique

Description: This technique requires a good amount of agility to preform correctly. Once the opponent throws a punch or swings their arm outward, the user will duck/dive to avoid it, grabbing their arm in the mean-while. They move the opposite direction around the body that the arm is meant to, bending it over itself, if preformed correctly, it can break, the shoulder, elbow, and wrist bones in one quick sweep. The user then turns and throws the opponent a good distance. If the user bends the opponents arm in the opposite direction, they will be set up for death, since their other arm will be easy enough to move to punch or stab clear into the user's face.
RP Sample: The opponent swung a sword and Seyren Ducked to avoid it, as the opponent began to draw back their weapon, Seyren's hands shout out and grabbed the opponents arm in a matter of seconds he bent the arm backwards breaking it and the opponent's sword dropped, Kicking the sword away it flew through the air and landed Sword point up in the dirt. He continued to bend the opponents arm back breaking the shoulder and wrist in almost perfect symphony. He spun his body as he did this and released once all three bones were broken, sending the opponent flying, landing on the sword, heart through it.

Name: Bone Crush Technique

Description: The user kicks the opponent in the Knee area, thus sending them forward, sometimes breaking the knee entirely and forcefully sending them forward. As the opponent falls forward, the user grabs the back of the opponents head, cups it and smashes it into his or her Knee, effectively killing them.
RP Sample: Seyren Dodged an oncoming blow then Kicked the opponent in the Knee, sending them forward, he grabbed the back of their head and held his knee up, smashing their head right into it.


Weapons:

Name: Blade Tattoo's
Appearance: These are two Kilij's, a single bladed variant of the saber, this sickle like weapon has a blade on the inside of curve, perfect for removing that annoying bit of a person between their ears.

The eagle does have some offensive capablities but any blow that would kill the bird, does such. A blow that would not kill the bird, doesn't. Once the eagle is killed, the tattoo returns to its position.

You say its like a clone and giving the info sharing sounds like a shadow clone. To keep it B ranked one of two things must be added, either that it can’t or that it doesn’t give information back to you. You could just make it A rank though.

I don't see the logic, Its a stance, sure it can use elements, but that means i would have to add jutsu to it? If you did not know that then you do now, It does NOT allow me to use elements with it just because i have the element, it still requires a jutsu.

How long does the technique last? and where to the beams come from? out of your body?

- Hmm...Just let me double check if you are allowed two taijutsu styles, its a little over the top, seeing as a taijutsu expert would usually perfect one technique not use multiple styles.
