Clan Name: Bouken [Necropsy]

Kekkei Genkai: This clan's kekkei genkai is the advanced study and manipulation of DNA. They accomplish that by using their secret clan jutsu. They can use the DNA manipulation jutsus to see any number of things, from figuring out what element the person was, to giving someone partial control of a kkgk that's not their own. The clan member cannot manipulate any DNA in battle, or in any situation that could escalate into a fight quickly, because most of their jutsu take time, more time the higher the rank jutsu. If they lose concentration completely, such as being attacked, most of their jutsus will fail. Because of their medical background, they are groomed from when they reach the age of five in the medical arts, so they treat all medical jutsu as if it is one rank lower than it is, in rank, and chakra cost. (Genin can and must have Medical as their first specialty, and if the clan members start as Genin, they can learn one medical jutsu as if it is one rank lower. As in, Genin can learn 1 B ranked jutsu.)

History: The Bouken clan have been studying anatomy and the medicinal arts for centuries. They were always the ones getting put on trial for illegal autopsies. They teach their children that the body is something of wonder, and they need to explore it and discover it's secrets no matter what. Over the years, the clan only used medical jutsu for a long while, so their chakra networks developed to better suit their medical attuned bodies. The clan got in bad tidings with the village, dissecting the clans of the villages, so they were eventually thrown out. When they left, they felt free to study whatever they wanted, so they started to delve into the study of DNA. They learned a lot about the human and animal genetics, and they made many jutsus utilizing this new found knowledge. They kept these jutsu a huge secret to get back into good graces with the villages. The villages eventually excepted them back during the third great war, because they were the best medical ninja around, and now they are dispersed everywhere.

Name: DNA Extraction
Type: Medical Ninjutsu

Description: Using the Bouken clan's mastery of DNA, they can forcibly extract DNA out of a body or enemy, simply by touching them. A special disk of chakra will instantly bind any DNA from a person to it, slightly away from the user as to not contaminate it, and the user will have to store it soon, or it will become useless for study.
Medical use/Bastardized use: This jutsu manipulates DNA.

Name: DNA Examination
Type: Medical Ninjutsu
Rank: C

Description: Using the Bouken clan's mastery of the body, they have an advanced understanding of DNA and the genetics of the body. The clan members use this jutsu on a portion of DNA from a person(blood, spit, sweat, hair, etc.), and they can tell if they are part of a clan, and discern their kkgk. This jutsu is the first part of a series, and more jutsus can be used after this one. This jutsu has to be used on a sample that has been successfully stored, and they must be in a safe place.
Medical use/Bastardized use: This jutsu examines the DNA of a person, using advanced medical knowledge.

Name: Advanced Tracking
Type: Medical Ninjutsu

Description: After examining a target's DNA, the user can use this jutsu to track the target. The target will leave a colored trail that only the clan member can see, and this jutsu is immine to any chakra hiding abilities because it is tracking the target's biological signature instead of chakra.
Medical use/Bastardized use: This jutsu uses DNA as a tool.

Name: DNA Manipulation
Type: Medical Ninjutsu/Kinjutsu

Description: Using the Bouken clan's mastery of medical ninjutsu, they created a way to implant the DNA of a person into another person, giving them partial control over the kkgk of the DNA. The user must first get the body of a person with a desired kkgk, then retreat to a safe place, and then post 500 words dissecting and examining the body. They can then create an extract for another forbidden jutsu.
Medical use/Bastardized use: This jutsu manipulates the DNA of a deceased person.

Name: DNA Conversion
Type: Medical Ninjutsu/Kinjutsu

Description: Using the Bouken clan's mastery of medical ninjutsu, they can use the extract created from the DNA Manipulation technique to give a person(including themselves) the kkgk ability of the person they made the extract from. The extract can only affect on limb, and the person targeted does not need the requirements usually needed(such as elements to form advanced elements). There is a 1/6 chance that the person that was targeted will die from the process.

Name: Ultimate Autopsy: Unearthed
Type: Medical Ninjutsu/Kinjutsu

Description:This is the most powerful jutsu of the Bouken clan, only available to the absolute master of medical jutsu. This jutsu allows the user to resurrect a fallen ninja. The user must first use the DNA extract on a person, killing them in the process. The extract contains the life energy needed to bring back the body of a deceased shinobi. The user must then sneak into the village or area that the body of the shinobi that the user wants to resurrect is in, and steal it. The extract, and a large amount of chakra is used on the deceased body, giving it new life. The newly living shinobi is under the control of the person who gave them life, and is RPed by the creator of the ninja, but will have to obey all of the user's commands. The risen ninja will have the resilience of themselves as if they were alive again, unlike the Edo Tensei.
Medical use/Bastardized use: This is a resurrection technique that allows the user to revitalize all the cells in the body of a ninja.

- Make it so clan members have to have medical as their first speciality.

- I dont see how this is "Dark Medical Arts" as this can be achieved through normal medical ninjutsu.

Manipulating probably isn't the right word. But if so, you would need to explain better. manipulting the DNA of the opponent say in battle would be one of the most OP things ever xD. Fix this regarding the jutsu as well.

ok, I put that most of the dna manip would be on dead bodies, however, if you see one of the jutsus in particular, it allows for the use of a kkgk from another, but just from one limb. And for that, I would need to kill a person and mess with their DNA. And about the "dark" medical arts, I just put advanced medical arts.

This will be on hold.

There are already advanced medical type clans available.

If you were to be a medical type and have a clan to specialize in DNA it woould make a bit more sense.

Having higher ranked jutsu on a app gets messy. It would be better to go with chakra reduction for current ranks.

Using DNA in battle would be allowed to an extent. Such as getting a sample of the targets body in battle, then using your DNA manipulation you could find out genetic knowledge of the opponent e.g weaknesses. That would be acceptable.

But regarding DNA it would have to be really well explained. Give detail on what DNA actually is, and how members can access it, how far they can access it, how they use it, and what special enhancements they get from it or skills. Also drawback would be a major player here as well.
