The Jifuku are aa rare clan made up of typical normal shinobi who have advanced knowledge of using clone techniques to the full extent even at younger ages. The clan specializes in creating and manipulating clones to a high extent and using them more effectively in battle than any other shinobi. The clan also has an uncanny amount of chakra which was the basis for the creation of the clan by first using Shadow Clones to create more amounts than most could. Eventually more effective Shadow clone techniques were made so that even genin could make solid clones through training. It became a clan special so that no other genin but members of the Jifuku clan could make shadow clones. However do the manipulation of the Shadow Clone technique by the clan it became known as the Neo-Shadow Clone jutsu as it was used differently. The Neo-Shadow Clone jutsu works differently with chakra usage than the actual Shadow Clone jutsu. The Shadow Clone jutsu cuts the users chakra in half and splits it amongst the clones cutting the users chakra in half each time. The Neo-Shadow clone jutsu is used by the user designating how chakra they wanna use and they can split that chakra used to make multiple clones. Example: The user uses 50% of their chakra to make 50 clones each with 1% chakra, this chakra is not enough to use jutsus; also the Neo-Shadow Clan jutsus never lets them use anymore than 50% of their chakra at a time. Also note that a clone must have 25% chakra to even use a D rank jutsu. However as a setback nobody in the clan of any rank can use jutsus over C rank without it costing three times as much unless the jutsu is Clone related. This was found out when somone from the clan attempted to make a reguar shadow clones at a high amount and nearly died doing so.

Genin have normal amount of chakra and as such would be 100% (C Rank) [Up to 50 Clones. 2 Max for Jutsus]
Chuunin have double a Genins chakra and as such would be 200% (B Rank) [Up to 100 Clones. 4 Max for Jutsus]
Jounin Have triple a Genin's chakra and as such would be at 300% (A-S Rank) [Up to 150 Clones. 6 Max for Jutsus]

*Clones are not limited to making copies of himself but also cloning a weapon or an object as well.

Name: Neo-Shadow Clone
Type: Ninjutsu/KKG

Description: The Neo-Shadow Clone jutsu has many restrictions to it but uses chakra less than the regular Shadow Clone jutsu but creates more clones. This clone jutsu depends heavily on how much chakra each clone has. Clones must have 25% chakra in them to even manage a D rank jutsu. Clones with lower than 25% chakra will disperse immediately after landing an attack and not necesarily to an opponent (if it hits a tree they die). Also Only clones with 25% chakra each can even use the weapons on them otherwise the weapons are illusions. The Neo-Shadow clone jutsu is used by the user designating how chakra they wanna use and they can split that chakra used to make multiple clones. Example: The user uses 50% of their chakra to make 50 clones each with 1% chakra, this chakra is not enough to use jutsus; also the Neo-Shadow Clan jutsus never lets them use anymore than 50% of their chakra at a time. Also only clones with 25% or more send information to user upon them being destroyed.

Description: The user throws a weapon and uses the Neo-Shadow Clone jutsu on the weapon. This is different from copying the user themselves as there is no actual chakra in the weapon itself. However restrictions are more radical. C Rank only makes 10 more copies of that weapon. B rank makes 15 copies. A Rank makes 20 copies. THIS DOES NOT WORK FOR SPECIAL WEAPONS LIKE EXPLOSIVE TAGS AND EXPLOSIVE TAGGED KUNAI'S, IT CAN ONLY BE USED WITH REGULAR KUNAI OR SHURIKEN.
