Mission Objective:
This is a stealth mission to obtain blueprints on flying technology from Sky country. The participants must enter and and secure the blueprints as fast and unnoticed as possible.
The Blueprints are underneath the Kage building which is in the center of the flying fortress of Sky country.
Name: Flying Device
Appearance: A set of large metallic wings that have 3 jets on each one. The wings is usually about the size of the user. They are made of lightweight metals so that they do not weigh a lot, but are easily breakable.

Special Abilities: By sending chakra into the wings, the user is able to fly using them. The chakra is sent through the internal structure of the wings and into engines that blast out pure chakra. Due to this, It would be very chakra consuming to use this for extended periods of time.

Name: City Levitation Belt
Appearance: This is an extremely large belt like structure that has the power to make a city fly by using the same method as the smaller scale flying devices.

Special Abilities: By attaching this belt to any large structure and powering it, the structure is able to fly using chakra jets. Since this is a large scale version of smaller devices, it takes a lot more chakra. It would take two S-ranked ninja giving all of their available chakra to the machine, to make it fly above reach of other ninja. However, by fueling it with more chakra, it can fly much higher and can possibley reach the cloud line.
