Clan Name: Tatiko Clan
Kekkei Genkai: The Tatiko Clan's Kekei Genkai is when their eyes go pale white and their speed is temperally increased but their strength is decreased by half. The Pale Eyes only last for a couple of minutes depending on the rank of the shinobi. Academy Students can hold it for 2-3 posts. Genin can hold it for 3-4 posts. Chunnin can hold it for 4 posts. Jounin can hold it for 5-6 posts. Hokage and Akatski can hold it for 7 posts. Their speed increases 25% and their strength decreases about 50%. Because of this drawback, the Tatiko Clan usually is physically fit and strong so they aren't too weak while using the Pale Eyes.
Rumors have been heard of different forms of Pale Eyes. One of the styles was a huge slash diagonal the eye, it represented Pale Eyes of Strength. This form deceased the amount of strength is drained during the normal phase of Pale Eyes. The drawback is the chakra drain. This is why Ryne is trained hard and long in jutsus.
A third form was a second slash creating a upside down looking like this: /\. This is the Pale Eyes of Stamina. This increases the stamina and strength of Pale Eyes. It gives the user 25% bonus to Speed, Stamina, Strength. But using this form with not a good control of chakra will surely knock out the user as soon as the user activates it. Using this form surely prevents any other jutsu from being used. Even a simple clone will drain the chakra reserve.
A fourth form is also rumored to exist. Pale Eyes of Protection. This form gives the user a 25% bonus to endurance, allowing the user to withstand greater attacks. This form has a dash right through the /\. Not many Tatiko members would survive this form. Only a very skilled Jounin would be able to even activate, but only for a short time period. Activating it would probably kill the user.
A fifth form is a legend. No one had even heard of it. It's a myth to them. But it does exist. Pale Eyes of Intuition. It adds two strikes to it. With the complete strikes, it makes a complete star. This form is deadly. It increases every aspect of the user. Making the body work twice as hard. It gives a great strain on the body. Even if the Hokage used it, it would speed up the age process of the body dramatically. It also gives the user a sensation of death. Because of the agnony the user goes through.
There is a loophole in the records though. Tatiko members could activate each of these seperately. They could activate the fifth form without accessing the other forms. Although the user only activates that skill only. No one so far as accessed any other form except the orginal form. Ryne is the one to discover them. Depending on the form, the slash forms for that form when activated.

Description: The First stage of the Pale Eyes. The Pale Eyes of Speed increase the user’s speed by 25% while decreasing the user’s strength by 50%. When forming the necessary handsigns, the Tatiko Clan members eyes go vacant, and the irises color dim to nothing. The user has no strain on the body. It does drain chakra, but not much. The user can hold this stage depending on their rank. Academy Students can hold it for 2-3 posts. Genin can hold it for 3-4 posts. Chunnin can hold it for 4 posts. Jounin can hold it for 5-6 posts. Hokage and Akatski can hold it for 7 posts. The user can move as fast as the next rank. So academy moves at Genin speed.

Description: Stage Two is Pale Eyes of Strength. The Pale Eyes of Strength cancels out the deduction of the first stage. This gives the user the speed without the strength weakness. But it does put a bigger strain on the body. After forming the handsigns, the user’s eyes go dim and white with a diagonal etching through the eye. The body has to work harder which makes it harder to maintain. This stage can only be activated by a experienced Genin or a Chunnin. Also the period of time for Pale Eyes of Strength is weakened.

Description: Stage Three. Pale Eyes of Stamina. This form, once preforming the right handsigns, the user gains 25% bonuses to Speed, Strength, and Stamina. But with this strength, one surely has their weaknessess. The Eyes causes exscricating pain at first. The eyes form a opposite diagonal slash connecting at the top of the first one. The user, once Jounin, can access this form. It does cause a of stress on the body. A typical Tatiko member will not be able to use any jutsu while in this form. This wears at the users body rapidly. Aging the muscles, the organ, and the brain. The length of use is dropped more than 50%.

Name: Pale Eyes of Shielding (aka Pale Eyes of Protection)

Description: Stage Four, Pale Eyes of Shielding, gives the user an Endurance bonus. This stage sends a horizontal slash right through the first two forms. This is a deadly form, Jounin level form. This form can only last for a post basically. It drains the chakra to 20% left, or less. Depending on the skill, the Jounin Tatiko will surely black out and left vunverable.

Description: Stage Five, the final stage, Pale Eyes of Intuition, increase the users evaseness and reflexes 25%. If activated in order, only Hokage level, skilled shinobi can access this level. This form adds two slashes, finishing off a star in the eye. Every time the Tatiko member uses this form, their body is sped up by 2 years. Chakra is exterminated after the first use, and bedrest for 3 months. If strained, the user is for sure dead.

History: The Tatiko Clan was founded many years ago when a rogue ninja came to the Hidden Leaf Village with his wife and brothers and sisters. They settled down the Konoha and made a living for themselves. The leader of the time was Kaito Tatiko. His eyes were always pale white and was normally faster than most of the other ninja. But he was weaker for some reason. Every time he was knocked out his eyes were normal and his strength and speed was normal once again. But during the day his eyes were reverted back to pure white. When he had his first child, the baby boy was born with his pale white eyes and had the same issues as his father. Then when Kaito had his other three children, they all had the same thing. Soon as his children had began at the academy, while studying for their jutsus, they seemed to be doing some unique justsus that no other ninja could do. At this point Kaito had decided they would become the Tatiko clan. Although they are still a young clan, they have risen in power and have gained much fame in Konoha. The oldest son of Kaito is now leader of the Tatiko Clan and is father to Ryne.
