Kekkei Genkai: Maindo Joumae
Maindo Joumae allows the holder to create genjutsus that cannot be seen through, nullified, or released (by anything, including ninja ability, jutsus, ect) until their requirements have been met. Obviously this only pertains to certain genjutsus. The jutsus that it is enabled in will be listed along with the requirements to release it.

History: The clan has no significant history besides it has been the original genjutsu users, starting shortly before the first great shinobi war. Most present day genjutsus stem from this clan. There has only been one significant member: Sora Yochi, whom was the founder of the clan and it is believed that she indeed taught many of the Uchiha's their genjutsus, allowing them to be so gifted in the art as well.
The clan as a whole have been participating as strategic weapons in wars for Konoha. In the first great shinobi war, the clan was dispersed to each of Konoha's bases and used originally as a defensive tactic, for distracting enemies while their forces could capture them. However later they were used greatly for strategic maneuvers on the first line. Clan members that traveled as a team could do anything from force an army to turn on itself to distracting a target for hours on end, if the target had enough stamina to endure the time. In the end, the clan was responsible for infiltrations of several shinobi village HQs.
Between the first and second shinobi war, the clan had been relatively secretive in their tests for genjutsu. They were far from isolated from the village, most of the clan leaders being important elders to it. However their training and studies were mostly kept within the clan. The training methods have been known to be incredibly harsh, enduring their successors in brutal mental training. Most clan members don't keep strictly to genjutsu though.
A lot of the teachers encourage their student's (sons/daughters usually) to have a side ability to train with as well. When the second shinobi war had come, almost all of the clan members have developed their own abilities that would make their genjutsus even more brilliant. This is because the clan has been known to be (because they are some of the most skilled tactician in konoha) genius when it came to strategy and involved their side hobby to assist with the genjutsus they made (some of the clan members developed their own genjutsus). When a njinja in the clan became chunin, they were taught the Grand Illusion jutsus of the clan, which were known exclusively to them.
