Appearance:
This puppet floats 1 foot of the groud but it's cloak touches the floor.the cloak is just a plain black cloak.
The wings of this puppet are made of chakra and is the color of the users chakra the wings help is glide back and forth and side to side. You can't see the puppets face because of the cloaks hood. 7 ft tall wing span 10 ft spread out 3 ft across.

Requirements: puppet parts(arms,legs.body,Ect) cloak, Chakra for the wings and time
