| Name: Kutosei Hyumei Age: 16 Gender:Male Village:Village Hidden in the Sand Rank: Chuunin Physical Appearance: Kutosei has short grey hair.Often wears the normal clothing for leaf shinobis. But he most commonly wear a green shirt under his black and green short sleeve jacket. The jacket has a pattern of colors of green and black,the outlines are dark and the hoddiy he wear is notrmally white with black stripes.He also weak like a swordsman full set of clothes.He always tend to have a stick on his mouth chewing it. Personality: Kutosei always act the same. He always tend to act laid back and smart. He doesn't like to get in trouble or anything in the related section. His smartness allow him to be focused at all time and anywhere. Just like his father he tends to walk around the village to watch for it,he is mostly like a guardian of the village that always stay alert at any moment. In fighting he doesn't not laugh or play around he always like to get to the point and finish the battle as soon as he can,so later on he don't regret having the opponent alive. At his house he seems to have a pretty strict personality but he have never disobeyed his parents. Element: Earth, Sub: Fire Weapon of Choice: Twin Extendible Sword Fighting Type:Nin-jutsu,Sub: Tai-jutsu Background:Academy Arc: Kutosei never went to the academy in fact he trained with his parents who are the village elders. The Kazekage only allowed the elders to do this because he had a strong bond long ago with his parents. He was only trained by his parents and hasd obtain what every shinobi had and even more. Genin Arc: As a genin, The elders of the village,his parent had full hopes of him becoming the Kazkage once later on. Kutosei's skills were almost as superior than those of a genin. By this time of his life he was a genin and fully working to do missions with his team. Till one time he was sent in a mission with his team to the land of waves and one of them died because of him. Kutosei never forgive himself for letting his team mate save him like that so,he decided to help all the persons that need help even if they had a dark side on them,he always though that dark could be overcome with light and kindness. He worked hard and helped those in the village and those who wasn't in the village. He was later known as Kaindohiatto meaning Kind Heart. His earth and fire skills were already superior to those of a genin. The fire element was pretty rare in the wind country but his father came from the leaf so he learned it from him before he past away from a heart disease. His mother is still alive and still is the elder of the village. Being her son Kutosei knows everything about the village's past and the present. From the smallest stories to war. Chuunin Arc: In the Chuunin exams the great war occured in the wind country against the Leaf. The war seemed to never end and almost every shinnobi were killed all at once. The fight seemed equally strong. Most Genins didn't fought for they were only kids and they were just gonna be killed at once. In other hands Kutosei's mother fought along side with her son, Kutosei didn't feared war but unlike others it fascinated him inside. He only became a chuunin through this war,he survived and so did his mom. He proved loyal to this village and also proved his strenght to those who also survived. Surely after he was a Jounin. Right along with all the others,they all gathered and made a meeting and they all aggreed that Kutosei was an unique and fine shinobi but he had to have more experience in the world and learn more stuff about himself. After that meeting an ambush happened eventhough the village was not fully recovered because the unending war the kazekage was killed unexpectedly. Later after a new kazekage was chosen. Kutosei was dissapointed for all he had done and he wasn't given the rank of it and stayed as a chuunin. Rp Sample:Kutosei had finally found the right job to do over the days he's off,he found out a boy an old man who was training anyone the basics of Taijutsu.So Kutosei took his time,even though he was really excited about this,the place took over at the village's outer most houses. For Kutosei it seemed preety suspicious but the sign had in the paper that it would be a private training session.So it made sense to Kutosei.Kutosei got on the trees and just let the breeze carry him as he turned to the right angle of the place and ran through out the forest.In a few minutes he reached his destination,he stopped and turn to the dojo,and just let himself dropped into the ground."Well here it is,I hope this is a good help for my training." Kutosei said as he walked towards the door and knocked.The door slowly opened and shrieked."Hhhuuuh?." Kutosei questioned himself as he walked in to the dojo.Suddenly shurikens just appeared coming towards him with metal cords and tied up his legs.As a man just appeared. "Sigh, I never thought someone could come here, it took me a minute to make that sign,though i had to wait abit longer for someone to come, now all i need is take your identity,take this,I'll knock you out first." The man said as he swung a punch at Kutosei. "I don't think you should attack your opponent without knowing what he can do." Kutosei said as he made handsigns and the wood of the dojo just lift. Unexpectedly the man started inhaling the air of the outside. "What, I don't understand,only the first Kazakage can do this." The man said as he tried to crawling on the floor.'Preety much nothing,just my special ability." Kutosei said as he turned back on the man and let the woods fall on him. Clan Name: Death Eaters/Brinkers of Death Kekkei Genkai:Death Eaters or Brinkers of Death are members who just eat people's blood to gain chakra and become more powerful. The user then drinks the blood and his chakra,energy and power will instantly increase.Like all the member of this same species they tend to have more learning abilities. They also have a good sense of smell to blood,their sense of smell is so good that they can smell blood that is inside people's body not even out side.Another part of their kekkai genkai is that they tend to regenerate lost limbs in a certain time. It takes more time to grow a leg or hand than just a little hole in your hand or to regenerate the palm of a hand.They also tend to have 50% more chakra then any human. History: This clan originated in the deep and dark caverns of the sand village. For centuries they lived there without no food or seeing light. There were hundreds in these cavers through the whole village. They all fought each other to have food for their families,and those who didn't cared ate their owns.They all did not came out until the battle of Konoha gainst the Sand,big holes appeared as the light shunned in the creatures faces. They all came out and annihalated everyone who stood before them. They were creatures but they had a some kind of mythological advanced way of fighting. Although they only did Ninjutsu and Taijutsu they all soon adapted to learn other different kinds of fighting styles. Kutosei was one of them and was born about 17 years later after the incident. Only two other persons remained alive and stayed in the village as citizens and those were the strongest among the whole group. Eva and Kyo mother and father of Kutoseiremained alive in the village and became of great use for the village and Eva gave birth to the new and perfect shinobi Kutosei.They adaoted to the new life in the outside but they still have the instincts of one. They often need blood and chakra to remain themselves strong eventhough they don't age when they reach the age of 56.They tend to not waste that much chakra eventhough that have a 50% more chakra than the usuall normal human. Description: A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows them to summon different size and skill levels of creature. The ability to summon more advanced animals largely depends upon the amount of chakra the ninja can muster to perform the jutsu. To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary handseals and then touch their hand to the ground or another object. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.

Description: Successive hand signs lead the chakra they manifest to the caster’s lungs and builds up the elemental fire within. While the heat generated from this is mildly hot, this technique is really only intended for making the attacking target slow down in his or her charge to better enable the ninja more time to get out of the way more easily.

Description: Chakra is added to one of the caster’s legs. After the successive transference of energy, all of it is released in a large upward or downward kick causing a large area of crippling but not bone-shattering damage to the intended target. Afterwards, the muscles will need to recuperate from the energy burst, meaning the ninja’s leg will be fatigued for about 45 seconds to 1 minute.

Description: After a single hand sign, chakra is manifested at all major joints along the skeletal system. These spots, or areas, have minor traces of the elemental fire chakra. At the consent of the ninja, more energy can be added to at least two spots at a time. This energy is very erratic and will result in complete cancellation of the jutsu if more than two areas are used at the same time. The purpose of this jutsu is to add a small jet of flame that can propel itself while still attached by chakra to the caster. The result being, is a push of force caused by the jet that lasts for at least 3 seconds. And although these are near the joints, the actual propulsion happens above the skin which is protected by a layer of chakra. That being the case, this jutsu requires at least 7 seconds of recharge to make sure that ample coverage can be provided if this jutsu is used in succession.

Description: The user preforms a number of hand signs. After this a large wave of heat is sent through the air, depending on the rank of the user it would be scorching hot or just plain hot enough to burn you. Since this wave of heat isn't solid, it simply can't be dodge unless you get a form of passing by the middle of lowering yourself down from where the wave is coming from. The wave comes from every point of there body. There are few techniques that could stop it. If you were to put your self in a barrier that has no possible are way entries, you would be safe. The jutsu only lasts for five seconds.And are like slices of fires coming towards you.The waves reach about 8 feet around the user from every part in an circle.About 15 meters around the user.

Description: First the user forms 3 simple handsigns. Then eight small plates (Four per group) of earth rise up around the target, which is usually feet. These plates keep the users feet firmly planted to the ground. The technique requires aiming, so it is hard to use against a moving opponent. This jutsu could mainly be seen as a detaining jutsu, but it can also be used in more unorthodox ways such as in the 'earth skates' technique.

Description: This technique is mainly used in conjunction with the earth shakles jutsu. With the users feet firmly on the ground, along with a few handsigns, chakra is pumped into the ground through the feet. This allows for the earth to move in short wave-like motions syncronized with the users steps. This allows for quick movement with less effort than walking. But like actual skates, sharp turns are hard to make.

Description: The user gathers chakra to his limbs and occasionally other parts, utilizing it to make them stronger and tougher. When the user goes to hit an opponent, they strike with the limb (or sometimes not-limb) that's been filled with chakra, causing more of an effect. This technique makes your attacks 25% stronger. This jutsu can be done with any body part, but is hard to pull off, because it requires advanced chakra control. Only those with advanced chakra control can pull something like this off. At Kai's genin level, it takes him a full post to use only one of these chakra techniques.

Description: The user gathers chakra to his specific parts of his body, utilizing them to be faster. The user can then run 25% faster and can move the rest of his body just as fast. This jutsu is effective on missions where speed is critical, or can be used to pack more of a punch. This jutsu can be used in harmony with Chakra Strike, effectively making blows 25% more strong. Using these in harmony is incredibly hard, maybe impossible, and even difficult at Jounin rank, making it an A rank technique. At Kutosei's chuunin level, it takes him a a 3'4 of a post to use only one of these chakra techniques.

Elemental Affinity: None.
Description: The user gathers chakra to his limbs and occasionally other parts, making them tougher. The user then blocks any attacks with this body part, reducing damage from the attack. This in ineffective against sharp objects unless mastered at a great level. This jutsu can be put into harmony with Chakra Speed, making defensive blocks faster and more effective. If one is truly great with this technique, they can make a part so tough that it actually hurts the other user due to shock from the collision. At genin level, it takes him a full post to use only one of these chakra techniques, and can only cushion about 30% of the blow.

Description: The user gathers chakra to his hands and creates a small wire of chakra that is just about 5 meters long. He ties the wire around one of his projectiles and then throws the weapon, using the wire to manipulate the weapon. Since the wire is made of chakra, it cannot be broken without a very special Fuuma seal or without chakra to counter it. This jutsu isn't very commonly used since real wire could used, but it's useful when you are low on thread or situations when an indestructable chakra thread is needed. This jutsu isn't very hard to use, but it's hard to keep up, needing intense concentration.

Description: Three wolves made out of mud with a hardened outside shell are created from a nearby source of mud. The outside layer of mud quickly hardens into a solid but thin shell of stone. They can run pretty quickly and can damage much like normal wolves because their claws and teeth are made from sharp stone. D ranked wolves can withstand one D ranked jutsu before they are destroyed. For the C rank two additional wolves are created and they are tougher, able to withstand two D ranked attacks or one C rank before being destroyed.

Name: Cutting Sword Flame Technique

Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Elemental Affinity: Fire
Description: Much like the Fire Propulsion jutsu, except for the use of more consistent hand signs, fire elemental chakra is concentrated at the hands and wrists of the ninja. Much of the reserve of chakra that the ninja has must be used for this jutsu, because of it’s major energy output. Once the fire chakra has come to it’s highest point of temperature and power that the ninja can sustain, it is released in a massive ray of force at stone melting temperatures that lasts for 5 seconds. After successful conclusion, the user hands will be immobile for up to 4 minutes due to the massive energy serge that their hands had suffered as well as the chakra used to protect themselves from the extreme heat.

Description: This jutsu is similar to other "earth spike" techniques only more advanced. Instead of one spike, once the handsigns are made, a ring consisting of 12 spikes about 5-6 feet in length will erupt out of the ground surrounding the user. The angle can be adjusted to where the spikes can created a push-back effect, or they can be aimed straight up to form a protective shell around the user.

Description: This is an upraded version of Wezurii's "Breath of the Dragon" jutsu. After the handsigns are made the user will exhale with force, almost a yell. They will travel farther than the other jutsu, about 6-9 feet before becoming considerably weaker. This jutsu requires a deep breath for full effect.

With the performed hand signs the user creates a ball of fire that is hold in hand. The fire will not burn the user unless the user can't controll the fire holding in his hand. A great chakra user will perfectly use it. once used the fire once in tact the fire will burn any object touching it.If successfuly used the fire can burn through skin if the chakra being used is massive.

Description:The user will perform needed hand signs and a wall of fire is performed. The fire can be turned off with a stronger water jutsu. But f you try to pass your self with no shield or armor you will get severely burned. This is most common used to surround himself to take over. The wall can be manipulated and can be sent into the opponent at high speeds.
Name: Katon: Kudakasei no Jutsu (Fire Element: Shatterforce Technique)

Description: Dehydrates any opponents caught within the radius of the blast. Crack boulders. Devastating concussive force. Fatigue, blurring their vision and causing mild headaches. Second-degree burns. Radius: 15 meters/20 meters/25 meters.Gathering heat in between both hands the user focuses it until it cannot be condensed further. Manifested as a sphere of raw, glowing energy it is at first held at bay as if only for show. Then, given any cue, the user slams the sphere into the ground, causing it to explode with the power of pure heat behind it. The user is unaffected by this burst of power if they have mastered Katon, but anyone within the radius of the blast suffers some unsettling consequences alongside the devastating concussive force it sends forth. This technique, by sheer strength alone, has even been known to crack boulders. Separate effects of the jutsu are that the intense heat dehydrates any opponents caught within the radius of the blast, drawing them closer to fatigue, blurring their vision and causing mild headaches all the while. Second-degree burns may also result from this technique.

| HOKAY! Now that the whole rank thing is cleared up, lets check this app shale we!?
In the Clan history it says something about they have about 50% more chakra then normal humans? Remove that, if it wasn't in the description of the clan KKG then it shouldn't appear in the history either.
Ruling on the whole 'soul eating' aspect is also subject to change... so be aware of that.
TO THE JUTSU!
HeatWave: An inescapable 'C' ranked fire tech... Well considering heat 'waves, or at least the ones your refering to, travel in seeminly straight lines, one could just put something in between themselves and you and presto, consider it defended against...
It may only last for '5 seconds', but a move like this, there needs to be a stated 'area of effect', like a certain radius from yourself that the heatwaves can travel.
Also... seeing as though fire is weak against water, it wont be able to simple 'evaorate' a water element defense alone at 'C' rank...
Chakra Strike: 200% more is a bit much for a 'C' rank technique. ALso it says something about 'Kai' or some other character... please remove that
Chakra Speed: 150% is alot too... considering in real life I run a 10.7 100meter dash... at 150% of that, im running a 100meters in 5.35 seconds... not to mention speed of shinobi is increased anyway. Just like the Chakra strike, it needs to be trimmed for 'C' rank, and thus so does the relaition between them.
Chakra Wire: a five milimeter string? thats about half the size of a finger nail...
Earth Wall: Mind, 2-3 normal attacks... jutsu of the same rank or better, especially of the lightning element, should be able to tople a 'C' ranked wall with ease.
Statactite: Remove the "More with Chunnin" comment and it's fine.
Mud Wolves: Keep it 'C' rank only... and 3 wolves maximum.
Rasengan and it's variants are off limits... sorry.
Honoo: No wall, especially made out of something that isn't solid like fire, can be 'impenetrable'. Please fix that. | |

| Rasengan and all it's variants aren't aloud, period. Robin might be a special case, but in any situatoin, when it comes down to your app, what has been approved for him is completely independent to your app.
Heatwave - Still needs a stated approximate range/radius of effect, and what happens when the opponent is hit with such a wave? | |

Special Abilities:Both of these swords are able to extend for about 15 feets of lentht. It is basically to attack the opponent and to drag them to you to a closer range for an attack.The sand sword is able to manipulate sand to a certain range. If too far the sand will deactivate and will stop working. The water which is his mom's elemnt is able to maipulate water and like the other sword the water can be manipulated only for a certain range from the user.(About 5-7 fts.) The swords only works on the hand of Kutosei. Both sowrds have a kind of magnetic force that pulls the elemnt and the user with great Kenjutsu skills will be able to controll it. Basically the sand sword have a well balance magnetic pull that attracts the minerals in the sand. (Crystals,any mineral on the area will be controlled.)As well with the water sword,the water sword have a some kind of ability that consists on a well balance gravity pull that pulls the water onto whatever direction is controlled by the user.Like all members of this clan,they tend to hame 25% more chakra than normal humans.So when used,these swords take about the same chakra as a normal jutsus. All movements with the swords will be considered as B-or lower ranks attacks. Unless the ninja is stronger than what he used to be can do more giher ranking attacks.
Drawback:After using the sword for one post the swords have to be unused for another 1 post so they recover their strenght back.
Origin: Both of the swords are given to every member of the clan. They was made by Kutosei's father and the second one was made by his mom. Both have different abilities since they are made from different persons as a gift to Kutosei. | |
