Clan Name: Death Eaters/Brinkers of Death

Kekkei Genkai:Death Eaters or Brinkers of Death are members who just eat people's blood to gain chakra and become more powerful. The user then drinks the blood and his chakra,energy and power will instantly increase.Like all the member of this same species they tend to have more learning abilities. They also have a good sense of smell to blood,their sense of smell is so good that they can smell blood that is inside people's body not even out side.Another part of their kekkai genkai is that they tend to regenerate lost limbs in a certain time. It takes more time to grow a leg or hand than just a little hole in your hand or to regenerate the palm of a hand.They also tend to have 50% more chakra then notmal human.If put on alot of chakra on to your libs the limbs will regenerate in 4 posts. Any other little limb should take up to 1 post or 2.

History: This clan originated in the deep and dark caverns of the sand village. For centuries they lived there without no food or seeing light. There were hundreds in these cavers through the whole village. They all fought each other to have food for their families,and those who didn't cared ate their owns.They all did not came out until the battle of Konoha gainst the Sand,big holes appeared as the light shunned in the creatures faces. They all came out and annihalated everyone who stood before them. They were creatures but they had a some kind of mythological advanced way of fighting. Although they only did Ninjutsu and Taijutsu they all soon adapted to learn other different kinds of fighting styles. Kutosei was one of them and was born about 17 years later after the incident. Only two other persons remained alive and stayed in the village as citizens and those were the strongest among the whole group. Eva and Kyo mother and father of Kutoseiremained alive in the village and became of great use for the village and Eva gave birth to the new and perfect shinobi Kutosei.They adaoted to the new life in the outside but they still have the instincts of one. They often need blood and chakra to remain themselves strong eventhough they don't age when they reach the age of 56.They tend to not waste that much chakra eventhough that have a 50% more chakra than the usuall normal human.

Well, Kekkei Genkai are nice and all, but without the actual jutsu behind its just an ability. Usually, anything involving 'souls' and 'power increases' is iffy to begin with, as they are unmeasurable, even by RP standards.

OKay I put like by how much the chakra and energy increases when eaten a soul.Well and the jutsus I'll will be making them. Like in the side of the special jutsus says... They don't have no special jutsus because they were closed down in a cavern where they didn't had time to learn jutsus but to fight hand to hand combat. So basically they are like mythical creatures that as they adapt on the outside they start becoming physically human looking. And the ability is mostly like that of Hidan's he can kind of suck like a cloudy kind of thing.

Haha, well the issue is that 'soul stealing' or anything of the sort is kinda uncommon in the naruto verse. Even the sealing jutsu of the third hokage would lead to his death, and any abilities retaining to soul manipulation are Jounin+ level tech at least...

If you want Jounin skills should have made a Jounin app or wait to get promoted. You will only be considered a Chuunin except on the specific differences outlined in the Kekkai Genaki which mentions none of the above
