Physical Appearance:
Senki is a beautiful woman. She has pale, almost flawless skin. Her hair is snow-white, and they match her wings. Unlike others of her clan, she has six, long, narrow wings. These wings have armor plating over the base to protect them from enemy attacks. The plating is strong, but flexible to allow for a full range of movement. Senki wears a large tunic over her clothes, covering most of her body. The tunic is white, and trimmed in gold and blue. Underneath the tunic she wears all leather, and metal plating to protect her during combat. This plating it made from the same strong material as the plating over her wings. Her eyes are a pale brown, and her lips are never colored. Her boots seem to be made of the same metal as the rest of her protective gear, though they sport strange onyx spikes to allow for maximum kicking damage. Senki wields two blades. The first blade is constantly hidden in a scroll, attached to the inside of her sleeve. The second is strapped to her waist and seems to be made of the same material as the rest of her metal equipment. However, his blade was made to never bend or break. It is also said that it will never dull or stain.

Personality: Senki is quiet, and sheltered. She doesn't like talking to new people, because she always finds it so awkward. While extremely intelligent, she isn't very wise. She has a very extensive amount of knowledge, but she comes off as ditsy because she doesn't really know how to use it. She is powerful, but she always enjoys becoming more powerful, and will be eager to learn anything from anyone. Loyal, talented, and obedient, she likes to think of herself as a model student. However, that is as far as she goes on the complimenting front. With a lower self-esteem than one would imagine, she is very sensitive and also very kind. Knowing the pain of being talked down to, and losing those she loved, she doesn't want anyone else to experience what she has. This causes her to be friendly to everyone once she gets to know them, and very helpful. She will come to anyone's aid, no matter what she is doing at the time and no matter what they have done to her in the past.

Effect: This blade is a specialty blade forged solely for Senki. It is made out of a metal that is said to never break, bend, blunt, or stain. It's main efficiency lies in that it is a chakra conductor. This makes her kekkei genkei and jutsu all the more efficient. Using it's conducting abilities it can take the user's chakra element, in this case fire or lightning, and form the element on the blade. From there the element can be launched in a wave, if the sword is swung, or in a spear-form if the blade is thrust.

Effect: Nicknamed legend for a reason, this blade is Senki's last resort. It has a few special properties that make it deadly to both the opponent and the user. The first property is that it can absorb life forces in any form(Meaning chakra, chi, spiritual energies, etc.). While it can absorb massive amounts in a short amount of time, it also absorbs the user's chakra at a slower rate. This absorption fuels the sword's power. The sword is capable of producing a strange mist. This mist will call forth various monsters, much like a summoning. If a normal human enters the mist, they will not leave with their sanity. It is said that the things seen in that world would make even a willow go insane. The sword has seen more battles than any ninja nation, and it is unknown how Senki obtained it. This is brought forth through a summoning jutsu

Birth&Childhood
Senki was born under the full moon. She didn't cry much, even then. This worried the family, and she spent a lot of time at the hospital. When she turned four she stopped going to the hospital, they had discovered nothing wrong with her. Senki began to live life like a normal child. She played with her clan members, lived with her family, and lived and all around normal childhood. Her favorite game was playing ninja, and she dreamed of becoming a powerful kunoichi like her mother. Her favorite clan member was a boy named Saruno. Though they were really cousins, she called him Nee-san and looked up to him like an older brother. She was like glue with him, though she never knew if he returned the affection. She didn't quite understand people, so it was easy for her to be confused by something as simple as this.

Academy
Senki went to the academy with everyone else. She made some great friends, and they stayed up all night talking about class and how they would become ninja like their parents. She made average grades, and always rivaled with her best friend Niiro. Niiro was a strong, stubborn, boy. He was also the best in the class. He was amazing at everything from Henge to sparring. Senki swore that one day she'd beat him in a fight. She began staying after with her sensei for extra lessons to improve herself. One day, the sensei got sick of it and told her to train with her friends. Senki hated her sensei ever since that day, no one treated her like that. A few days after, she unlocked the first stage of her kekkei genkei. It was rare for anyone to unlock it at her age, and with nothing to push it along. She had simply been sitting in class one day, glaring at her teacher, when she began to feel her chakra network move and pulse. She focused her chakra into her palm to experiment with this, and discovered a small orb of chakra there. She ran her open hand along it, and the chakra thinned out into a senbon. She threw the senbon and it struck her sensei square between the eyes. No one ever discovered who had killed the sensei.

Fleeing the Moon
Sick with grief, Senki began slacking in class. Her grades began to plummet, and she was told she might not pass. However, when the day came she passed with flying colors. She had never told anyone about the activation of her kekkei genkei until then. She went home with her headband in her right hand, and her veins showing more than usual. Her parents congratulated her, and they celebrated. That night, she was haunted with dreams of her sensei. She woke ill, regurgitating the celebritory dinner all over the floor. Crying, she wiped her mouth clean and opened her window. The next morning she was gone. Senki spent many years as a missing ninja, honing her skills all on her own. She met a Kazura on the road once when she was older, and he gave her scrolls of their clans techniques. He said it was the last of the things he owned, and that he might have been the last of the clan. Hearing this news, Senki felt something she hadn't felt in a long time. She was worried for Saruno.

The hunt for Saruno
Senki began her search at her old home. She came upon the ruins and was stunned. She stood for almost an hour, just staring at the blackened remains of buildings. Crying out in horror, she began to go through the ruins. It seemed no one had gone through it yet, for she saw charred skeletons everywhere she went. Coming upon her house, she traced through the ruins to where her old bedroom used to be. There, sitting by the place where she used to sleep, was her mother and father's skeletons. They had been praying by her bed side when the attack began. Her father was fallen in a way that Senki could tell her was just getting up to fight when some unknown person killed him. Her mother looked like she had been protecting something, but whatever it was had burned away during the fight. Senki left that horrible place, and swore never to return. She began to ask around, showing everyone she knew a picture that she had of Saruno and her only days before her graduation. No one could help her. That was, until she heard that the Akatsuki had gained a new leader. She checked this out, realizing that if Saruno were anywhere he would be in a position of power. However, no matter how long and hard she looked she could not find him. So, she joined the nearest village in the hopes that one day she would become strong enough to be reunited with the last of her family. However, the Kazekage did not trust a missing ninja, so he placed her as a genin to further evaluate her power.

Rp Sample:
Senki appeared at the front gates of the Hidden Leaf Village in a flash. Ashes swirled around her as the flames she had used as a medium for transportation dispersed. The sun was high in the air, having just passed the mid-point of the day. With a confident smirk, she began to walk toward the closed doors. She raised her hand to the sky, her thumb and middle finger touching. With a sudden flick of her fingers, she snapped. The sound resonated through the silent area, followed by the sound of crackling flames. A torrent of flames seared the air as it traveled toward the massive, wooden gate. The entire gate was consumed in flames in a matter of minutes, the wood being consumed like meat in a lion's den. Senki stepped through the fire, unafraid to get burned. Today she wore her make-shift akatsuki tunic. It resembled her everyday tunic, except it was made of black fabric and held the traditional cloud patterns of the Akatsuki. She stalked through the ash, fire, and smoke like a demon through hell. Her eyes burned and glowed in the firelight, as her fingers met one more time. With another snapping noise, the small stand where Jounin guards stood was set ablaze. With a twisted grin, she continued onward. Reaching into her tunic, she produced several explosive tags. These tags flew through the air like arrows, sticking to the sides of buildings. The tags erupted into flames, sending the rubble flying into innocent bystanders. Smoke filled the air, sending the world into the abyss of false-night. The air was now filled with the cries of both angry and afraid. However, one noise that resonated above all others was the laughter of a devil. Senki continued through town, slaying ninja left and right with her trusted blade, turning others into piles of ash.
"Where is the challenge? Feed my hatred you pathetic mortals! Come, bring your strongest and challenge the Goddess of Ashes!" She declared, thrusting her blade into the sky. Her tunic billowed around her as heavy winds picked up, her eyes and blade glowing in the firelight. She stood there for several minutes awaiting a challenger worthy of her time.

Kekei Genkai: Kekkei Genkai: Ayatsuriryoku.

Special Effect: The Ayatsuriryoku was developed by the highest ranking members in the Kazura clan around the time of the First shinobi war in the Continent. The members discovered the Ayatsuriryoku to be able to manipulate their own chakra, into a formation of many designs and patterns to fit the need of the Kazura, and being able to use Genjutsu and Ninjutsu along with it. Similar to the Leaf ninja's Sharingan, the Ayatsuriryoku is able to use devastating Genjutsu and Ninjutsu. The Members of the Kazura clan are to be able to use Lightning elements in a well-patterned format if able to go to the ranking of Adulthood (Like the Uchiha, they had to be able to spit fire from their mouths in a great fireball to become an Adult.). The vision of the Ayatsuriryoku user was set up into Three different stages, the First state, the Second state, and the Third state. In some other kinds of ways, the Kazura clan member can alter chakra to an automatic chakra sensory device. Like in used for the ability to sense one's chakra, they can use it to locate and enemy and utilize it with a bit of ease, almost with no problem. Except for the fact that it follows the deadline for the effects, a member can't use it all so often, or the chakra network of that member begins to break down.

Ayatsuriryoku - Manipulation Power

First State: Life Finder - Itonami Fainda

Description: The first state was known as the 'Life Finder' (Itonami Fainda [Japanese format]), which is able to manipulate the chakra within the ninja into a weapon of choice, not made by Jutsu of any kind, and marking of veins show up on the arms of the user, the chakra network working it's way towards the manipulation process. The process of the Manipulation is draining to the user of it's chakra, reason, the Chakra expelled from the body cannot be placed back into the user because of it's use, even with the greatest of chakra control cannot do so.

Second State: Life Flower - Seimei Kusabana

Description: The second state was known as the 'Life Flower' (Seimei Kusabana [Japanese format]), because of it's shifting chakra that can be the shape of a flower in come cases. This state is able to use chakra in a Genjutsu and Ninjutsu more effectively and more powerfully. Within the use of the Second state, the veins of the user begin to show as the chakra network's flow of chakra begins to flow faster, at a
more-productive pace, being able to use the Chakra-consuming Ninjutsu and Genjutsu a bit more powerfully, and with more drawbacks on the matter. With each Ninjutsu and Genjutsu used, the amount needed for them are timed by the amount needed by the size of the chakra flow through the body.

Third state: Life Giver - Jinsei Ataenushi

Description: On the Third state, the right or left eye is permanently sealed to become a bringer of annihilation to the mind and body. The color of the eye is mainly Grey or a dark crimson, and the flow of chakra used in manipulation is automatically doubled by the amount given off by any Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. By the same marking the Chakra used in both terms are doubled to it's highest state. The eye is also used in some of the clans' forbidden Genjutsu, used to call forth a power which is harmful to the target and the user. The eye will become more and more blurred with each use of Genjutsu, degrading it to it's lowest state, and to blindness. The chakra network, of overuse of the Chakra manipulation, will cause in a complication of the chakra network, and be less able to do Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. Within this state also, the member can place his/her own chakra signature into the opponent and use the Genjutsu/Doujutsu 'Kurai Shitsunen' with ease. A ninja has an ability to seep into one's mind, if they have proper skill and training within the art of Genjutsu and/or Doujutsu. Anything less will result in the counter effect of the jutsu on the caster and fear their own memories.

Clan History:
Many millennium ago, between the first time a clan was founded. But this wasn't the time the Kazura, Narame, or Amizaru was founded, mainly other clans, unnameable clans, since they were instantly destroyed because of their power. These three clans had to hide their abilities as well as they could from being discovered and obliterated like all the rest. Times passed and people of the clans simply didn't know either of them existed. It was a quiet, peaceful time.

Far before any villages or land was decided between the nations, there was always peace and prosperity, no wars, no fighting to the death, like before them. The kazura clan was settled on the To-be, Land of fire, where the Leaf village would surely be built. Years pass, the kazura realizing their bloodline had been a special one, the specialty of chakra manipulation. Long before the First shinobi war, peace had still settled in the lands, the bloodline of the kazura standing to even this moment, thousands of members, on a wide piece of land. But the peace would not last long, a saying from a member twenty years ago, an elder.

At the first sign of war, The kazura quickly gathered their strongest and most prestigious members of the bloodline, suiting them up for this oncoming threat, their three major enemies from the four corners of the continent, The Narame and the Amizaru, both masters of other types of jutsu. All sides prepared themselves for the worst war they would ever have to fight, the one for the freedom of their clan, to say free and peaceful, but peace, was not what they did. The war began, the three clans converged on each other, blades swinging, blood flying, people dying, the worst war could offer. Days passed and nights continued, the bloodshed never stopped, not once, they battered each other with maces, axes, Swords, all of a different substance. At the brink of defeat at the Kazura side, someone stepped up to take down the threat, even if it cost her, her life. Yes, it was a female, the best female in the clan, even greater than the men themselves, master of the most dangerous Ninjutsu they had to offer. Hundreds of lives were killed on this attack, many gone insane, the power of Sasina, the woman, was so immense, no one could match her power, but it didn't last long. Grief filled the clan as a single arrow swept passed her defenses, piercing her heart in an instant, the chakra around her fading out, Sasina has fallen. With the death of their prized Kunochi, they became more and more powerful, each with anger against the other two clans, disrupting the entire flow of the war, killing thousands of the other clans in mere moments, the chakra of the clan bursting from their bodies itself! Not one member backed down, all forcing their all in their onslaught, then darkness fell upon the war, not much is known about the end, but we all can say, it ended in bloodshed...

As the war ended, many casualties were administered, many funerals have been taken place. The Three clans have had their greatest clan members to appoint an ambassador for the meeting being taken place at the wars' end. At the meeting, the daughter of Sasina Kazura, Nazima Kazura, stepped up to be the ambassador, to see if they could become peaceful with each other. During the meeting, two of the men from the two clans stepped forward from their clans' to be ambassadors' for the meeting, with an intention of making sure no war came forth again, with a cost. Two hours later, the meeting ends, a paper is signed, a treaty, one that shall end all wars between the clans, no matter what, and if any clan is threatened to war, all three clans will be in the war with each other, fighting the threat as one, but divided clans still stand.

Description: With the efficiency of the Kazura clan's Chakra manipulation, a member can create a short-stemmed or long-stemmed whip with a little flaw in the technique. A constant flow of chakra in the brim of the whip can keep it's painful strikes in a constant motion. A simple crack of the whip, charged with enough chakra can snap through skin in a second, and only a small density-kind of steel. Higher amounts of chakra and great amounts of training can easily increase the strength of the whip, being able to do as a member pleases.

Description: On the efficiency of the Kazura Clan's chakra manipulation, a member can create a small or large kunai made of pure chakra, the kunai can be as tough as steel, and sharp as a normal kunai. The kunai can only travel up to to a short or long distance, based on what is in the way or resisting the air flow around the kunai, and it will disappear after a certain amount of time. The density of the kunai depends on the amount of the chakra used.

It is formed out of fire chakra. While this doesn't change its appearance at all, it gives it a nasty effect. The kunai will create an explosion about as big as an exploding tag's on impact. This technique takes little chakra, about as much as it would to activate a tag's seal.

Description: Using the efficiency of the Kazura bloodline, the user will begin by making the rat hand seal. Then, they will place their palm on the ground. From there they will force their chakra into the ground. Now, they may form their chakra into a solid chain that will fire out of the ground and attempt to bind an enemy within 5m of the user. The chain takes little chakra to make, but it is only as strong as the amount of chakra the user can put in it while still keeping it stable.

Description. Using the efficieny of the Kazura bloodline, the user will begin with the handseals rat, tiger, dog, boar. Then, they will open their palm to the sky. In their palm, orbs will begin to form. These orbs are used mainly for enhancing the range of other attacks. They are also used as scouts. The orbs will float through the sky, invisible due to the fact that they are formed of pure chakra. However, when detonated it acts much like the "Exploding Puppy Technique". However, instead of real kunai it launches a multitude of Chakra Kunai into the area. Again, these kunai are invisible due to their consistency, but they are also rather weak. They would be used more for distractions than to kill someone.

They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Description: Katon • Souken - Fire Style • Creation is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. This technique is what earned Arca her nicknames. First, she coats her fingers in fire chakra. Then, by snapping, she creates a spark. The spark will then burst into a larger flame which can be further controlled by Arca. Using her kekkei genkei, which allows her chakra manipulation abilities, she can expand and shape the flames she creates with this technique since they are simply heated chakra. This allows her to create weapons, creatures, and massive flames from one simple technique. More advanced creations require extra control, and would be ranked up to A.

Description: Katon • Hitori Tsuiraku is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After preforming the Katon • Hitori Ryuuki technique on her wings, Arca will then force some of her feathers into the fire. Before doing this she fills them with a small amount of chakra, making them stiff. Next, she will beat her wings toward her opponent. As a result, a cloud of flaming wings will fly toward the opponent, incinerating anything within a 2m radius of the impact. This technique can't be used too much at once, or her wings will begin to lose all of their feathers.

Hmm... already then. I like it from first glance, but lets get technical now!

I will approve the jutsu as is, and i read your little note as well. However, you will still have to 'train' stronger jutsu as you rank up. Even if that training takes place in the past.

As far as the uchiha like clan, the only element of the uchiha clan that is forbidden is the ability to copy, so it's legit, as is. However, sense there are stages, you should place limits on when these stages can be reached. For example stage1 = genin, stage2 = chunnin, etc.,
