End of the Night [Mizu and Izumo]

Mizu was walking over towards the kitchen. She heard him talk and looked over her shoulder.

" Sure go for it while I cook" she said

She pulled out a pan and then the won tons and the chicken . She chopped it finely then began to cook while this was happening. Umi was playing and brought out some markers trying to draw Izumo, but it was random lines.

Izumo walked into the dinning room as Mizu walked into the Kitchen area, which was connected to the dinning room. Izumo lite up the fireplace as it began to blare flames. Izumo moved the cover in front of it to block the flames causing any damage to Mizu's beautiful house.

Izumo sat down on the rug in front of the fireplace, he looked around the house smiling at all the pictures of Umi and Mizu growing up. Izumo looked over at Mizu and Umi. Umi was awake again after the rest on the way home. Izumo snickered a laugh very quietly about how cute Umi was being, trying to draw something over in the kitchen.

Izumo looked back at the flames, it was getting nice and warm now and Izumo was getting more and more relaxed. He stood up briefly placing another log into the fireplace and covering it back up to stop any danger occurring once again. He finally looked back over at Mizu, once again staring into her big blue eyes. Izumo couldn't resist her eyes, it was one thing he looked in a girl and Mizu's were breathtaking.

Mizu was cooking and humming to herself and Umi. Umi was drawing random things and humming along to Mizu's songs. Mizu subconsciously always sung to herself while cooking for herself and Umi. She took out the done dumpling after boiling them then put them on a pan to make them light brown. She smiled and took out soy sauce and vinegar.

She hummed and moved her hips side to side , causing Umi to giggle and copy her movements with failure. Mizu giggled and hummed with Umi. She then felt a pair of eyes on her and looked up to see Izumo staring at her. She blushed lightly and put the plates on the table. She looked at him back as he seemed to be staring at her and she smiled slightly.

" Foods done" she said softly.

Izumo got caught staring at Mizu, he looked down to make it look like he wasn't staring at her, he snickered another laugh under his breath. Mizu walked up to the table and put the plates of dumpling on the table.

"Foods done" Mizu said softly. Izumo stood up from the fireplace and removed his katana attached to the holster near his waist, he also removed his Leaf Flak Jacket, which was given to Chuunin and Jounin. Izumo walked over to the table and took stepped next to the table. He smelt the dumplings that were freshly made. "They look and smell great-" Izumo said with a smile "-I appreciate you cooking for me" Izumo said softly too Mizu.

Izumo walked over to where Mizu was standing and pulled out her chair for her to sit down.

Mizu smiled brightly as he complemented her cooking. She never cooked for anyone but herself and Umi so having company was nice. Umi scurried over trying to get on the table. Mizu laughed lightly and put the plate down of sauces. She then bent down to pick up Umi like a child she had her little palms up.

" Here chibi," she said lifting her up " There, now mommy made you your favorite, Strawberry cake" she said and handed Umi a cupcake.

She then smiled at Izumo who pulled the chair out for her.

" Why thank you Izumo what a gentlemen. Anything for a good friend, now let's eat" she said winking.

"Here chibi," she said lifting her up " There, now mommy made you your favorite, Strawberry cake" Mizu said to Umi. Izumo snickered slightly at how cute Mizu sounded.

"Why thank you Izumo what a gentlemen. Anything for a good friend, now let's eat" she said winking. "Okay" Izumo said simply as he checked that Mizu was comfortable in her seat.

Izumo walked over and sat down in his seat, next to Mizu. He picked up a napkin and placed it on his lap, to make sure he wouldn't get any mess any himself. He waited for Mizu to begin eating because he didn't want to seem rude.

She smiled and felt a little bit of pink on her cheeks as he heard her be like that with Umi. Umi did not wait for the others and sank into her cake. She was never patient and Mizu groaned in embarrassment. She smiled a little and looked over at him.

" Sorry she is a messy eater. " she said

She put on Umi a bib and patted her head and she looked over at him noticing he had not begun to eat. She was going to ask him, but then understood and took a bite.

Izumo watched Mizu blush a little bit, it made him smile. Izumo kept waiting for Mizu too begin eating he heard some mushy noises and turned to see Umi sinking her face into her cake. Izumo chuckled very lightly.

Mizu smiled a little and looked over to Izumo. "Sorry she is a messy eater." Mizu said. "Its okay, shes gorgeous." Izumo answered. He chuckled as Mizu put a bib on Umi, giving her a pat on the head. Mizu looked over to Izumo. She looked like she wanted to say something, but Izumo just sat there, he was slightly confused.

Mizu took a bite out her dumpling and Izumo smiled as he took a bite out of his too. "Ohhhhhhh, this is great" he said as he swallowed his first mouthful.

Mizu smiled slightly as she felt his eyes on her. She smiled sweetly back at him as he said the comment about Umi.

" I am glad that you think that. She is only seven months, so not the best eater. " she said smiling.

She smiled as she tasted them and she was happy and relieved the food was not burned or tasteless. She picked one of the bottles of soy sauce and mixed it in a small bowl with some white vinegar and dipped it. She moaned a little at the rich taste. Umi squealed and at more.

" I agree"

Mizu smiled sweetly at Izumo so Izumo smiled back polity. "I am glad that you think that. She is only seven months, so not the best eater." Mizu said smiling. "Its okay" he said again still smiling.

Mizu began to make a mixture of flavors, as she dipped her dumpling in it and took a bite. She moaned a little which made Izumo blush from the cuteness of the moan. Umi squealed a little more.

Izumo was still blushing as he leaned over the table slightly to dip his dumpling into the mixture. He took a small bite and swallowed it down. He smiled as he dipped it on the other side of the dumplings taking a bigger bite out of his dumpling, he finished off the first of his dumplings and picked up a second one.

Mizu looked at Umi as she ate messily and clapped her little paws with cake in then in glee. Mizu smiled and ate her dumpling dipping it in her favorite sauce. She loved the taste for it was string and sour which she loved that taste in her mouth. She saw him blush and said nothing.

" Is it okay?" she asked softly

"Is it okay?" Mizu asked softly.

"Are you kidding, these are just as good as the ones made in the Dango Shop" Izumo answered with a smile. He took another bite out of the dumpling that was sitting firmly in his hand. He placed it down for a split second.

"I'm a little thirsty though" he said.

Mizu smiled and blushed slightly at the compliment. She was not one to cook everyday for anyone but herself and Umi. She smiled and ate a dumpling.

" Oh very sorry I will bring something to drink" she said and got up.

She walked over and then froze not knowing what he wanted. She grabbed some water . She had so many things to drink. She decided on water and some mango juice, which she loved to drink.

" There you go Izumo" she said softly.

She then sat down and looked at him slightly.

" I am sorry again for being a bad host" she said blushing.

"Oh very sorry I will bring something to drink" Mizu said and got up.

"Its okay don't be sorry, but thank you" Izumo answered.

Izumo kept an eye on Umi as she continued to eat her cakes. Izumo put his arm on the table and put his hand on his face just looking at Umi. 'What a cutey' he thought. He turned as Mizu was walking back, she placed two bottles on the table, one of water and one of Mango Juice.

"I am sorry again for being a bad host" Mizu said blushing. "Your not a bad host, I would of gotten it myself but i didn't want to seem rude" he said.

Izumo reached over and grabbed the Mango Juice. "I love Mango Juice" he said with a big smile. He liked it nice and strong, with not much water and this mango juice was perfect. He drank down half the glass in one gulp. "Thank you" he said again as he had one last sip and took a bite out of his dumpling again.

While Mizu was in the kitchen Umi was playing with her cake. She ate anything given to her but meat. She looked over at Izumo and squeaked. Then Mizu came back and she saw her master blushing and giggled. She decided she was bored so she would entertain herself. She grabbed a handful of cake and threw it at Izumo.

" Umi!" Mizu said shocked as she saw the cake splattering on him. " Oh I am so sorry" she said biting her lip to keep herself from laughing.

Izumo finished his second dumpling as a slice of cake started flying at him. "Umi!" Mizu yelled out. The cake splattered on Izumo's jacket, but he quickly used the Replacement Technique, replacing himself with a log. "Oh I am so sorry" Mizu said biting her lip to keep herself from laughing.

"Its, okay" Izumo said, relieved that he managed to escape that flying cake. He picked up the logged that was covered in cake and threw it into the fireplace. He laughed slightly and went and sat back down.
"That was a close one" he said.

Mizu laughed out loud that Umi ended up hitting the log. Umi pouted disappointed at her aim and huffed. Mizu walked over and cleaned Umi's paws so she would not throw it anymore. Honestly she acted like a real mother with Umi , for it was her child, in her opinion.

" Are you okay Izumo, I never meant for her , or thought she would be this playful." she said frowning lightly.

She then walked over and sat down net to him on the chair and looked over at him.

" I am glad she didn't hit you with cake by the way" she said softly

Izumo smirked, "Mizu, shes fine, she's just like a baby. Your doing a great job. Its okay" Mizu walked back over and sat down again, she looked at him. "I am glad she didn't hit you with cake by the way" she said softly. "Haha yeah i have a quick reaction time, just comes natural to use the technique" he explained.

Izumo finished eating and finished of his glass of mango juice as he waited for Mizu and Umi to finish up.

"Haha yeah i have a quick reaction time, just comes natural to use the technique" she heard.

" Well every Konoha nin should. " she said laughing.

Mizu was not that hungry , but she knew she had to let herself eat for energy. She ate a dumpling and love it, but she was full. Umi on the other hand was not. She was hyper and was eating her second half of the cake. Mizu sighed and took the plate, much to Umi's protests. She was not going to let Mizu take it and she got on her shoulder making Mizu trip.

" Umi!" she said as she began to tumble and fall over.

Mizu had finished eating also, the only one left was Umi. Izumo smirked as Umi protested to Mizu taking away her plate. Umi then jumped on Mizu's shoulder causing her to fall.

"Umi!" Mizu said as she began to tumble and fall over.

Izumo gasped as he zoomed over to Mizu faster than she would be able to blink and caught Mizu and Umi in one arm and the plates landing perfectly in the other. Izumo was unsure what to do next, he didn't often reveal his clans Kekkei Genkai of God Speed unless it was a must. But he didn't want to see Mizu and Umi fall, so he used it as a reflex.

Mizu closed her eyes for the impact. She was so embarrassed as she began to fall. She knew that was not a good impression for Izumo to see, but that little cub was strong for being small. She then was surprised when she did not feel the cold floor. Umi frowned she felt herself fall with Mizu. Umi opened her eyes and jumped off Izumo as she felt it was safe.

Mizu opened her eyes and she saw the quickness in Izumo. She blushed and looked at him pink.

" Thank you " she said softly.

Izumo light up read. He looked into her eyes deeply, they were amazing. He slowly leaned back up still with her in his arms. He placed the plates back on the table still looking into Mizu's eyes the whole time.

Mizu looked at him and let herself be moved towards his direction as he moved standing upright and she still had a flushed face. She was entranced by his eyes.

Izumo couldn't resist anymore, he continued to hold Mizu as he kissed her deeply and passionately.

Mizu blushed but kissed back softly. She was a little surprised, but put her hand on his face.
